Easy to use, easy to charge up. And once charged last for a long time- about twenty days before having to charge again. Easy to clean. Comes with extra accessories for flossing. Great alternative to flossing manually.
The water flosser is so good. Couldn’t be without one now! Ours unfortunately wouldn’t charge after 7 months but I contacted the seller and they replaced it. Only took a few days to arrived. Would definitely buy from them again.
I had this product 4 months and then it broke. However the company were so good and sent out a new one immediately it arrived a few days later! So far so good!
After 6 months, it stopped working, but on raising the issue with the supplier, it was replaced. It cleans well, some might find it best on pulse mode, as its a strong stream.
My water flosser failed after a few months of usage, which was really unfortunate. My dealings with Hangsun on the replacement have been great. I am currently awaiting promised delivery of a few days.
I was told to use interdental brushes by my dentist but couldn’t get on with them. This product is very easy to use and blasts all the debris from your teeth prior to brushing. Leaves the gums feeling fresh. Love it !
This has replaced normal flossing for me. Great recharging easily done with usb c connection , easy to use and controllable power to be able to floss in areas you cannot normally get to. Save money on dental floss and buy one of these instead , good quality and highly recommended.
Bought for my son who has difficult teeth to clean.
I use myself and like how it leaves how my gums and teeth feel.
Easy and fast to charge. Takes a bit of getting used to using without getting water everywhere.

It’s quite big, so I wouldn’t automatically take it on travels.
Good quality product , much cheaper than other brand names, but does the job as much. The only downside it feels a bit chunky (to handle). Also, the turn-on button and the mode buttons are too close and located on the same side. That makes it hard to keep you fingers away from these buttons. But hey, It’s a small inconvenience I can live with. Other than that it’s a solid well designed product , and am happy with my purchase.
Time will tell how it performs.
Need to properly advise customers how to plug in USB cable. I spent 1.5 hours annoyingly trying to find area to attach. Had to give up and contact Amazon customer service who talked me through. PLEASE advise comprehensively on attached leaflet HOW to achieve this!!
This water flosser is very good – better capacity and battery life than the one it replaced. And Hangsun’s customer service is absolutely first rate. I had a problem with the flosser, which should have been apparent to me when I received it, but I only recognised after the ‘return window’ had closed. I contacted Hangsun, thinking that I was in for a tedious experience, as I have had with many, very well known, companies. But this was absolutely not the case. Their communications were lightning fast, in once case within minutes of my message being sent, and their response could not be faulted. I will definitely buy from Hangsun again.
The first time I used this it was on maximum setting. Bit of a shock to say the least. However after turning it down to the next setting and allowing my mouth and teeth to get used to it, things got better. It definitely does what it’s supposed to do.

I got in contact with customer support and they resolved the problem straight away and I received a new one in the post a couple of days late
I bought this having never used a water floss before and I won’t ever look back. If you want white clean teeth you need to buy this. It’s fantastic.
If you have sensitive teeth fill it with warm water and I normally use two fills of water each time I use it. It can take a few days to get the hang of it but it’s worth it. It’s not painful or uncomfortable at all, much easier in my option than your standard flossing.
I must admit it took a little while to get used to this unit but once I got the hang of it I found it very good for removing entrapped food from between my teeth. The unit has a powerful pulsating motion, pumping the water quite fast and it was this that I had to get used to. Overall this unit does what is says on the box and comes with 8 cleaning heads so it can be shared with other user in the family. I like it a lot.

This is the second portable cleaner of this type I have purchased, and the Hangsun is already proving to be the better buy.It is very versatile and easy to operate, providing the instructions are followed.It’s too early to comment on the battery life, but if it’s as satisfactory as the other features, I don’t anticipate any issues.
Overall,this is a fine product and one I can already recommend.
This is a simple machine to set up and use. It has plenty attachments. It has 3 settings, normal, pulse, gentle. Normal is quite strong, but, I like it. I’ve had a flosser with 10 settings, but, hardly changed them. The tank is a bit small, but, not a big problem. It’s too new to review battery life, but, it’s portable. I haven’t travelled with it, but, I don’t see why not and at the price, well.
There’s a bit of a learning curve, but once I got the hang of it, I was hooked.
There are multiple settings, even though I have read people had complained in reviews about how strong the water comes out, that’s a positive for me, I like my flosser to have a good pressure, strong enough to take the stubborn food out.
This flosser has a large tank, and I typically use 2 tanks worth. It’s easy to fill, and the charge lasts crazy long.
The package includes eight (yes 8) color coded tips, so it’s easy to share within the family, and still have spares.
It’s IPX7 rated, so it can be used in the shower; I don’t, but that’s a good way to get the hang of it without getting your mirror wet.
This flosser is comparable to some well known name brand units, but at a third of the price.
Overall for the price this is a great choice and I have recommended to a friend already. Highly recommend!
Overall, for this price range, hands down this is the best water flosser you will find for your money.
