Easy to use
Easy to use, easy to charge up. And once charged last for a long time- about twenty days before having to charge again. Easy to clean. Comes with extra accessories for flossing. Great alternative to flossing manually.
Great customer service from the supplie
The water flosser is so good. Couldn’t be without one now! Ours unfortunately wouldn’t charge after 7 months but I contacted the seller and they replaced it. Only took a few days to arrived. Would definitely buy from them again.
Great flosse
I had this product 4 months and then it broke. However the company were so good and sent out a new one immediately it arrived a few days later! So far so good!
Excellent customer service
After 6 months, it stopped working, but on raising the issue with the supplier, it was replaced. It cleans well, some might find it best on pulse mode, as its a strong stream.
Replacement of faulty produc
My water flosser failed after a few months of usage, which was really unfortunate. My dealings with Hangsun on the replacement have been great. I am currently awaiting promised delivery of a few days.
The first one of these we had worked well for about a month, then it started turning itself on randomly! I contacted the seller and they asked a few questions and then sent a replacement without fuss. It arrived within a week and has been working well. It really cleans those teeth and gums!
Cleans your teeth brillia
I was told to use interdental brushes by my dentist but couldn’t get on with them. This product is very easy to use and blasts all the debris from your teeth prior to brushing. Leaves the gums feeling fresh. Love it !

This has replaced normal flossing for me. Great recharging easily done with usb c connection , easy to use and controllable power to be able to floss in areas you cannot normally get to. Save money on dental floss and buy one of these instead , good quality and highly recommended.

Bought for my son who has difficult teeth to clean.
I use myself and like how it leaves how my gums and teeth feel.
Easy and fast to charge. Takes a bit of getting used to using without getting water everywhere.
Definitely recommend and would buy again.
It’s quite big, so I wouldn’t automatically take it on travels.
Good solid produc
Good quality product , much cheaper than other brand names, but does the job as much. The only downside it feels a bit chunky (to handle). Also, the turn-on button and the mode buttons are too close and located on the same side. That makes it hard to keep you fingers away from these buttons. But hey, It’s a small inconvenience I can live with. Other than that it’s a solid well designed product , and am happy with my purchase.
This flosser is life-changing. I have bought three for my family members. Also have recommended it to my friends. Using it is very simple. The feeling afterwards is so clean. It removes hard-to-get particles that brushing alone cannot reach. The best part for me is the deep cleaning of the back of the teeth. They feel extra smooth and clean. The jury was out for a while, but happy to say it really does work!. Took a while to get used to it. I got water everywhere but found that if I kept my thumb over the on off button and aimed the nozzle before switching it on and also closing my lips around it, I could control it. After speaking to my dentist I have found that aiming directly at my gums works! They always tell me I do a really good job of keeping my teeth clean and there isn’t any plaque, however I am predisposed to gum disease. She also advised that I try and get to my gums from around the back of my teeth and at first I thought this would be impossible, but if you aim first and switch on, you can achieve it as long as the tank is full. This is because to aim around the back you have to tip up the machine and it won’t spurt water unless the tank is full. It’s a game changer it really is and when this one is eventually tired I certainly will purchase another!

Need to properly advise customers how to plug in USB cable. I spent 1.5 hours annoyingly trying to find area to attach. Had to give up and contact Amazon customer service who talked me through. PLEASE advise comprehensively on attached leaflet HOW to achieve this!!
Well priced water flosse
I bought this as I was so disappointed with the performance of the branded version previously bought. It has all the features and with five flossing heads there is one for each family member. One of the biggest bonuses is the battery life and short charging period. Brilliant!!

Gentle but effective
Works well . My former water floss was much stronger in power and speed and unusable for purposes. This one is just right in speed and power to remove foods left between teeth . But does not give you a pain nor fears . Massage mode is good too . Good buy .
I struggle flossing because my teeth because the gaps are very small, so I tried this. On first use I got water all over the bathroom (including the ceiling) but I tamed it! You could remove grout with Normal mode, so I used Soft mode. I found that positioning it and turning it on for quick blast was the most controllable. I can already see it’s way better than flossing, as it removed debris from a scale and polish I had two days ago. Bit uncomfortable to use with very cold water, so will use slightly warm salty water in future (dentist advised salt water over mouthwash). Seems convenient enough to use daily, although the unit is quite big. Great product, does exactly what I wanted. USB cable supplied, but no power adaptor, so you’ll need one of those to charge it.
needed if you have implants or hard-to-get-to areas in your mouth
It made a positive change to my oral hygiene since my implants as I felt i couldn’t reach all areas around the implants with normal flossing. I now use it in addition to normal flossing and interdental brushing. I use it every night and barely ever need to charge it… battery life is great. Personally I haven’t taken it with me when travelling though as it’s rather large for travelling.

I’m pleasantly surprised at how good this is. It takes a little getting used to, and I gave my face a mini shower a couple of times – so practice when you’re not fully dressed for the day the first time. But my teeth felt instantly cleaner from first use. On 2nd use, I noticed an improvement in my gums; they did not bleed so much, which is a good sign it is working quickly.
Does the job
I tried cleaning my teeth including flossing then used this, it found and removed several pieces of debris.
Only reservation is its size and your mouth is full of water in 2 seconds flat so keep your fingers on the on/off button when using.
So I bought this to replace a faulty Philips one that lasted just a year.
This one at first glance appears better in all respect to the Philips which is now 100….This one has an excellent pulse mode which I find very good. It charges well and seems to keep charge well. There are a lot of spare nozzles for other uses / hygiene etc. Three of these are not supplied with the more expensive model. The one with a small brush is excellent. The tongue scub is no good for me
On balance this is a 5 start based on Value and what is supplied. Cannot really belive its so good at the price

Can’t believe how well this works! Removed plaque that I’d usually have to go to the dentist for, and was really quick to charge up.
The range of nozzles it comes with is really helpful and also the different pressures on the device itself.
It took a few times using it to figure out how to do it without splashing water everywhere but once I got the hang of it, it was really easy to use. I use it with Luke warm water instead of cold so it’s not as hard hitting when it hits your teeth and gums.
Easy to clean I just fill it with fair liquid and run the device until the water runs clear.
Will definitely save on money and dentist trips in the future.
Cleans out the dross!
It took a while not to accidentally waterjet the ceiling, walls etc but – once I got the hang of it – it’s proven to be a very effective way of getting those pesky bits that gather in all those oral nooks and crannies.
Pleased with purchase. Will be easy to travel with I’m sure. It’s battery power seems very good.
Broke but got replaceme
Loved it while it worked, unfortunately it stopped charging after less than 3 months use. Contacted company and they sent replacement which I received within a couple of days. Kreping my fingers crossed for this one to last longe
Good customer service
I bought this flosser through Amazon last year in Nov 2022 and used it every day since purchase. Just recently the water tank tab broke off and I wasn’t able to use it as water couldn’t be kept in the tank, I needed a replacement water tank. I was quite happy to pay for it but within five days Hangsun sent me a replacement, foc, now that is what I call good customer service.
Great value water flosse
I really like how this product functions. Good battery life, decent water capacity and high water pressure. My first device had a fault after a couple of months, but this was replaced under warranty, so hopefully the 2nd unit will prove reliable.
Fast and Furious
I tried this on my dogs and they just got soaked and ran off disgusted. Tried another head on myself it clears out loose debris and is good alongside my electric toothbrush. Not sure I would bother buying another one.
Purchasing this Water Flosser was the best investment ever! I like it because it’s compact and fits well in my tiny cabinet. The water tank is plenty big enough for a single use. It offers three settings and you are able to choose the type pulse that is most comfortable for you. I have sensitive teeth and I like being able to use a slightly warmer water when flossing. The biggest bonus is that it really cleans between my teeth where a typical flossing pick just can’t cut it. When I’m finished flossing my teeth feel clean and great!
Can be quite messy
This product does provide the end result of removing plaque and food material from between your mouth and gums but you need to have enough space so that the water when it comes from your mouth can be disposed off. Always remember to place your face/mouth over the sink when using.
Great value for money
I’ve had this flosser for a few weeks now. I use it every night and I’ve only needed to charge it twice! Ideal for getting in between all the nooks and crannies – I have a partially erupted wisdom tooth and this is the only way I can clean around it properly. Only downside is that the water tube got mouldy after a couple of weeks despite me emptying the tank after each use. Managed to clean it with white vinegar but now I have to take the entire thing apart every night to ensure it all dries properly.
Good pressure but periodontal tip is loose
This is a replacement for a Waterpik I had after the battery started loosing its charge rapidly.
The price of the Hangsun is much cheaper than the Waterpik, the pressure is stronger, the tank is 50ml larger and the port to fill it up is located right at the bottom compared to slightly raised on the Waterpik, thus making it easier to empty.
My only complaint is the periodontal tip which is actually the same connector type as all the other tips (which do fit securely) is very loose and therefore spins on its own which makes it impossible to use.
Good piece of kit and a great company.
This water flosser is very good – better capacity and battery life than the one it replaced. And Hangsun’s customer service is absolutely first rate. I had a problem with the flosser, which should have been apparent to me when I received it, but I only recognised after the ‘return window’ had closed. I contacted Hangsun, thinking that I was in for a tedious experience, as I have had with many, very well known, companies. But this was absolutely not the case. Their communications were lightning fast, in once case within minutes of my message being sent, and their response could not be faulted. I will definitely buy from Hangsun again.
Takes a bit to get used to.
The first time I used this it was on maximum setting. Bit of a shock to say the least. However after turning it down to the next setting and allowing my mouth and teeth to get used to it, things got better. It definitely does what it’s supposed to do.
I was intrigued by the waterpik but wasn’t keen on the price, so looked into Amazon’s alternatives and settled on this one and I cannot complain. It comes with 3 different pressure settings for all varying sensitivities of gums. It holds enough water to do your whole mouth without needing to refill, so very convenient for that. It also has great battery life and we can use it several times without needing to recharge. It comes with several attachments so it’s multipurpose and helps with cleaning your whole mouth and you never have to share your main pick – enough heads for everyone in the family. Love that it’s at least half the price of the brand names but does the same thing with just as much quality.

Great water floss
I bought this having never used a water floss before and I won’t ever look back. If you want white clean teeth you need to buy this. It’s fantastic.
If you have sensitive teeth fill it with warm water and I normally use two fills of water each time I use it. It can take a few days to get the hang of it but it’s worth it. It’s not painful or uncomfortable at all, much easier in my option than your standard flossing.
very powerful cleaning
I must admit it took a little while to get used to this unit but once I got the hang of it I found it very good for removing entrapped food from between my teeth. The unit has a powerful pulsating motion, pumping the water quite fast and it was this that I had to get used to. Overall this unit does what is says on the box and comes with 8 cleaning heads so it can be shared with other user in the family. I like it a lot.

Versatile.
This is the second portable cleaner of this type I have purchased, and the Hangsun is already proving to be the better buy.It is very versatile and easy to operate, providing the instructions are followed.It’s too early to comment on the battery life, but if it’s as satisfactory as the other features, I don’t anticipate any issues.
Overall,this is a fine product and one I can already recommend.
Excelent value for money
This is a simple machine to set up and use. It has plenty attachments. It has 3 settings, normal, pulse, gentle. Normal is quite strong, but, I like it. I’ve had a flosser with 10 settings, but, hardly changed them. The tank is a bit small, but, not a big problem. It’s too new to review battery life, but, it’s portable. I haven’t travelled with it, but, I don’t see why not and at the price, well.
This is the first device of this type I have ever owned, and I am so glad I bought it.
There’s a bit of a learning curve, but once I got the hang of it, I was hooked.
There are multiple settings, even though I have read people had complained in reviews about how strong the water comes out, that’s a positive for me, I like my flosser to have a good pressure, strong enough to take the stubborn food out.
This flosser has a large tank, and I typically use 2 tanks worth. It’s easy to fill, and the charge lasts crazy long.
The package includes eight (yes 8) color coded tips, so it’s easy to share within the family, and still have spares.
It’s IPX7 rated, so it can be used in the shower; I don’t, but that’s a good way to get the hang of it without getting your mirror wet.
This flosser is comparable to some well known name brand units, but at a third of the price.
Overall for the price this is a great choice and I have recommended to a friend already. Highly recommend!
The Jet HOC700 is equipped with three modes and a wide range of accessories, making it an excellent product. However, it stopped working after six months. Once I contacted the brand’s support, they promptly provided me with a replacement. Overall, the product is great for the price and the support is exceptional.
My dentist suggest I get a water flosser some of my teeth are so close together it is really difficult to get regular floss between them. The first time I used it I was in the shower as until you get use to it water my go everywhere. It only took a couple of goes before I was able to use it over the sink as normal. I use tepid water rather than cold. It has different settings which are useful but now I just use the normal settings. If you find flossing difficult I would definitely recommend.
This water flosser is more than upto the job, left my teeth feeling super clean and my gums refreshed. A little bit of a challenge at first, it is quite bulky to hold. You may drench yourself at first, once you get used to operating it, it does the job of flossing so well. I think if you were to take the flosser on your travels, you would have to keep the box for protection. It is very light and may not survive the rigour of the airport luggage staff.
The product works well as an alternative to regular floss. The soft setting is best to start with as i found the normal mode caused my gums to bleed so it does take some getting used to. I have found it works well in removing bits stuck in between your teeth especially if you have very tight set teeth. I have not tried to travel with it but likely wouldn’t as it is very bulky but overall I am happy with this product.
I have been thinking of a cordless water flosser for some time and finally took a plunge with this one. Delivery was very fast. Product was exactly as described and we have now been using it for about a week. I am very happy with it. It handles very well, has a big enough water reservoir and I really like the three different programs for normal, soft and massage. This flosser left my mouth very clean, I am actually very surprised that it not only helps with food particles between teeth but with tarter build up as well. My teeth look cleaner and whiter. It IPX7 rated water proof meaning you can submerge it in your sink without every damage the unit. We have not had to re-charge the flosser yet. The unit comes with 8 removable heads where the water shoots out and you can have each of your family members to have their own head without cross contamination, and the heads are very easy to change. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it. I no longer have to buy disposable flosser picks. I may actually have to purchase another one for our second bathroom! 🙂
Overall, for this price range, hands down this is the best water flosser you will find for your money.
