Love this oven – moved into new house and old oven like something out of trainspotting. In the skip it went and bought this. Brilliant – even does air fry. Perhaps too many settings and you need the manual to hand to work out what does what but it’s a brilliant oven.
Note as with many of these to save cost there is only one shelf – that’s a pain and we bought two more at 25 each but all in it’s a great product.
The oven arrived,, safe and I damaged. BUT when my electrician came to get it fitted , everything was fine ! And it worked fine BUT Where were two of the shelves ? The only shelves included was the deep pan and wire rack!!! I didn’t think I was supposed to order the other two shelves ! So I’m two shelves short !!!!!! Please can you send them to me ? Please !!!!
For the price, this oven is VFM!
There’s plenty of features, with oven & grill (with or without fan); pizzas cooked to perfection; gratin feature; steam cook; built in air fryer and pyrolytic self cleaner (a definite must)!
One thing to note – the grill doesn’t work unless you close the oven door – as I eventually came to realize!
It has a large clear view door with a nice big bright light within the oven – enabling a good view of whatever’s cooking!
My biggest gripe – this oven only came with one shelf and a multi use deep pan!
When I eventually got thru to HISENSE customer service (after 4 tries) about this matter, they told me I would have to purchase additional shelves, etc. for the oven myself. When I attempted to buy the equipment from them, their customer service proceeded to tell me I should try B&Q or Homebase – however, none of them kept any additional accessories for HISENSE ovens!
Hence the reason HISENSE are only worth 4stars, not 5 – their after sales customer service leaves a lot to be desired!
I eventually had to rely on Amazon coming to my help, in getting the accessories I needed for my new oven!
Worth noting – most new ovens are now coming with additional cooking features, but leaving it up to the customer to buy accessories needed for their new oven, which you use to get as standard equipment!
If you want your oven complete with everything, you’ll probably need to spend 1000+ on an oven from the likes of NEFF or BOSCH!
This oven replaced my old trusties oven of many years. The fitting was so easy just hard wired into original electrics. It looks fantastic, it’s a great family size. I thought I’d miss my old oven but this one is much better in appearance . It’s very fancy and I’m yet to learn all of the dials but I will. Very happy and would definitely recommend.
Love the oven size but found wire tray, baking tray and thermostat missing. Will speak to the company and hopefully rectify this. Fingers crossed it cooks as good as it looks .
