So needed for my Sauna
I have a sauna (the electrical kind) and everytime i wanted to lean back, i felt uncomfortable leaning against the grids, even with a towel over my back, or I would hunch over.
This is game changer. I can lean back comfortably. Only think is this can slide around back and forth.
Wish it curved just a touch more.
I bought this for my infrared sauna.
The straight lines of the seats were hard on my backwhich is why I got the sauna in the first place to help with back pain.
This definitely helps. I put my red light therapy panel behind it and soak up the heat from the sauna and light from the RLT.
It smells nicely of cedar. But sure if it’s True cedar or fake sprayed on it. I turned on the sanitizer cycle in my sauna several times before use.
I might add some kind of anti-slip to the feet since it’s hard to hold in place.
Value for the item I think it’s a little high. Seems like it could break break, so I’m careful with it.
If I wasn’t so desperate for help with my back pain I wouldn’t have spent the $69 for it.

The backrest is comfortable when I want to lay out in my sauna so I don't have to sit up straight against the wall. It is durable and smells wonderful.

This back ready is very comfortable in our infrared sauna! I like to read while in the sauna and it provides great support while allowing the infrared to reach your body! Good sturdy construction!!

Recently purchased a high-end two person, ClearLight infrared sauna. We are using it every day. We realized fairly soon that we were going to need some back rests. I looked over the options here and took a chance on this cedar wood version. I ordered one to see how it would be and within a short time ordered a second one. I chose this, not real cheap, cedar backrest as we are trying to avoid any unnecessary toxins which is one reason we went with a higher end sauna instead of one of many, many cheaper ones. Both my wife and I are about 5-9 to 5-10 and these are just adequate for our sizes. They could be a little taller but it wouldn’t be that hard to add an inch or two. As they are, they are very comfortable and are recommended.
