A Great Feeder at budget price
Was sceptical at the low price but with Amazon after sales took a chance.
Turned out no concerns fairly sturdy unit just no threaded base if want pole mounting, but perfect hanging feeder and approved by the Squirrel haha

    SUPERB, VERY QUICK DELIVERY.
You get what you pay for, my 2 cheap plastic feeder fell apart due to brittleness and the wind we have been having. This so far seems 100% better but time will tell !!!

    Metal rather than plastic
I previously bought a similar product from a different manufacturer but unfortunately it was made from plastic and was destroyed by a naughty squirrel. Since purchasing this item, which is made from metal it has lasted and birds and squirrels are happy.

    The birds love i
I had a couple of other feeders that were very lightweight and ended on the ground a lot. The upside of this feeder is that it’s very sturdy and even when the squirrel has a go it doesn’t end up on the ground.
The only downside is that it’s difficult to get at the base(internal) when cleaning it.

    Excelle
This bird feeder is great, it has 6 perches, which is ideal for the Gold Finches that come into our garden, they are always in a group, so they can all eat together. Also, the Blue Tits can use it as well, as we always have 2 or 3 flying around here and it it squirrel proof, as we feed them as well, but they have their own box for their monkey nuts.

    Good quality feede
This feeder is good quality, it’s nice and sturdy and easy to refill without having to take it down. We haven’t had to clean it yet but with a good bottle brush it shouldn’t be too difficult. It seems to keep the seeds pretty dry and the birds have been flocking to it in droves.

    Stay where we put them.
I have 4 of these. 2 for sunflower hearts and 2 for fatballs. I’d bought plastic ones previously and the birds that came to our garden constantly picked them off the bird station, then flung them around til they broke, even when they were tied on. Not these. These are fantastic. Not one bird has nanaged to get them off, and boy, they have tried. So we can now enjoy watching the birds feeding again instead of hunting for the feeders. Lovely.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersBest hanging feeders I've found
I think I reviewed these before but I bought another couple so I’ll give my current thoughts.

1 Very easy to clean once dismantled.

2 Easy to dismantle. There are three screws, which hold together the pairs of ports. The screws are recessed inside the feeder so they don’t get wet (so no rusting).

3 Ports fit snugly into the feeder creating a tighter seal than any others I’ve bought.

4 The shape and size of the lids deflects droppings from hitting the barrel of the feeder.

5 The hangers are positioned outside the barrel so that water can’t get into the food. I’ve had expensive cage feeders where the hanger actually allowed water to run through to the food!

6 The clear barrel is a good solid type of plastic. The last feeders I bought all split within a short time.

7 My only criticism is that when used for sunflower hearts, I sometimes find they don’t flow down past the ports, leaving small voids. I just have to go out and tap the feeder to dislodge the sunflower hearts, so it’s not a huge deal. It’s not also not a regular occurrence and tends to happen more when the weather is
    damp.

In conclusion, I honestly think these are brilliant.

    Good bird feede
I like this bird feeder but it isn’t as sturdy as my last one. Unfortunately when our birds come to eat the bird seed the lid gets misplaced so I have to go and put it straight to save the food getting wet, I would rather pay more to get a more sturdy lid but I do like the way you can clean it more easily.

    Nice bird feede
This is fine as a bird feeder well that’s what it is but seems fragile although it isn’t. It is not as strong as the others I have . The plastic is thinner .And although it has room for six feeding stations it was a while before the birds got used to it. Although they are happy now.
I feel that some day I shall find that it’s cracked but that is just my impression. It is strong and well made and easy enough to clean and I would buy another.

My wife said good value for money
She would recommend these as good quality, sturdy and easy to wash and dry. Her birds don’t have to fight over the food now. She will buy again now we have moved the feeders down at the bottom of the garden.

5.0 out of 5 stars It only took one day for my birds to get used to the feeder and they all love i
love that when the birds are feeding on it hardly any seed drops to the ground but the Robin and Blackbirds get the droppings Squirrel not very happy Well worth the money Pat S

    Okay so fa
The only downside to this feeder so far is that the sunflower hearts don’t drop down as they should as some other feeders do and there can be gaps in the seeds, not a big problem and still worth buying

    Great feede
I had been battling starlings at my feeders (there is plenty of food on the ground for them) bullying the other birds. After trial and error I found this feeder and it did the trick, the starlings have given up and my local birds have returned. The feeder holds a lot of seed so I am filling it up less and I like the ease of cleaning and is not too heavy.

Good product, larger birds unable to access, easy to fill
Feeder seems well made and quite robust. Smaller birds quickly started using it. Pigeons and squirrels seem unable to access. Haven’t taken apart yet to clean, but pleased so far.

    Works!
Excellent feeder, i top it up every day. The birds have a good view of the seed and easy access. The small one i used before was barely used but this one is fun for them and safe from bigger birds.

    It works!
I’ve had similar products which were useless as seeds cascaded out. This one is excellent as seeds stay in tube until the birds peck, they have taken to it, several sparrows at a time. I’ve not given it 5 stars as I would like the top lid to be a bit more secure as Cyril the squirrel can be very persistent- but not succeeded yet!

    Less waste
The feeding ports on this feeder are a little smaller than my previous one. Which means the small birds don’t seem to waste as much feeding the larger rats of the sky as I call them (pigeons)

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGood Feede
Feeder has been out in the garden for a month and is working well. Looks strong enough to last a couple of seasons. The birds seem to like it and can easily access the food. Good buy

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGood Sturdy Feede
I bought this after the one I had for some 10 years (also metal ports) finally broke when I took it down to refill. Good sturdy feeder, although slimmer than I had anticipated. Hopefully this one will last another 10 years. Metal ports means the squirrels can’t easily demolish, so worth the money in the long run.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersSquirrel didnt destroy it!!
The feeder was put out at 6.30 in the evening with sunflower hearts filled to the top. Usually first thing next morning, with my other pullring feeders, the squirrel has it on the floor and chewed straight through the port holes making it unusable. As you can see from the video (which I’m sorry for poor quality) is still standing the next morning. The downfalls of this feeder is it is screw fixed potholes so not easy to clean (not great if you have weak hands and also a clumsy clot like me who can easily lose the screws). The other thing is the lid, as you can see on the video it isnt sitting flat, it isnt heavy enough to stay in place which isnt great because of the rain getting in or easy access for the squirrels. Having said all that I’m just pleased it’s still standing and is much better having metal potholes making it much harder for the pesky squirrels to chew through and it is obviously heavier so they cant pull it off the stand. Only the first day so time will tell. I will update if this changes but having paid for 4 pullring feeders (which are great by the way if u dont have squrriel problems because they are much easier to clean) at an expensive price when they only last a few days this metal one hopefully will be the answer, fingers crossed
