Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBought this as our pool is 12ft and I typed in 12ft pool covers and this came up, however this does not fit 3.66m (12ft) steel frame pools and only fits quick up pools, not the sellers fault but my fault , the box does say 3.66m pools but the quick up pools are only 3.45m at the top and it does say this on the box in smaller writing but I didn’t read it all untill I put it on the pool this summer( about 8 months after ordering it when I ripped our old one putting the pool away last year) but a real good strong cover if bought for the right pool

This cover fits our pool very well and after being on in the sun, the cover has become softer and easier to put on. We have not had to tighten the string at all yet as it fits nice and snug. I can see where people have had problems with the stitching but I think on its first use be careful, don’t force it too much and let it stretch naturally in the sun. Hasn’t blown off in the wind either. We have a 12 ft best way fast set pool which this is designed for. It also heats the water surface too. So far so good and for the price, if it needs replacing in time it’s not a big expense. This is much better than the blue covers that do blow off in the wind and don’t stretch at all! And cost more!

Was a bit worried after reading reviews about it tearing but it’s fine. Just don’t pull the strings towards you/ away from the pool. Pull them in the direction they are already going in. So tighten by kind of crossing your arms.

It’s a little big but not a lot for the best way fast set 12 foot/ 3.66m pool we got but works well. Also use a solar cover, and between the two on a relatively hit day (mid twenties and blu skies) the pool temperature creased by 2.5 degrees between 8am and 1pm.

Helps to keep rain water out of the pool which will bring down the temperature.

Cover is plenty big enough to comfortably fit over the pool without stretching, but as it’s a dark colour it also heats the top 3/4 inches of water when the sun is ou

We have this cover on our 15foot easy set pool. It is much better than the cover that came with the pool and fits really snuggly over the inflatable top ring (just carefully pull the cord and tie a knot when you first put it on, after that you can just slip it over the inflatable top ring).
This is our second cover, the previous one being retired after a year on the pool and an unfortunate accident with a trimmer. The newer design is better in that the (ventilation?) holes in the cover are now closer to the edge and therefore we no longer get water coming through the holes and sitting on top of the cover.
This cover keeps all the leaves and bugs out, and keeps the water and chemicals from evapourating, so the pool is ready for use whenever we fancy a swim… Really good value for money, if you have a pool this is a great addition.

By far the best pool cover I have brought. Easy to use and felt strong it’s going to do another year which I have yet to get out of others. My only criticism was that there is only one tie it would of been better to have two ties opposite each other.

This is excellent, it is easy to put on, keeps the pool clean of debris and the water clear. It also helps to get the water warm – the dark colour heats up and in turn warms the water up. Bonus!

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersAfter up scaling pool to a 14 ft

    Steel frame
From a fast set 12 ft
I bought this 15 ft cover
Learned from experience if you get size recommended it barely covers,
And a real pain to fit,
This went on with 2 of us in 5 min flat,
    Pulled the one drawstring tight,
    I am very impressed,
Its more rubbery material than past models,
They have tended to degrade in sun and fill pool with blue bits and rip apart after 3 months
    This looks fantastic

Just what we needed, simple, basic and cheap covers the pool, although if it rains you end up with the cover sinking a little if you haven’t pulled it extra tight, not to much of a issue, just mean when removing you get a little wet and the rain water end up in the pool. Overall good product I would buy again.

The Intex 12ft Easy Set Pool Cover did exactly what it was supposed to do.
Well happy also seemed like it kept the water warm.
Needed 3 to 4 people to get the cover on the pool.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersHaving asked questions on here about this cover I went a head and ordered it. The lightweight cover that I originally ordered had started to disintegrate and shed masses of tiny blue bits into the water.
The material of this cover is more rubbery and stretchy. I ordered one size bigger than the pool (12ft for a 10ft pool) and am really happy with it. I have cats and although rare, this cover protects the pool from them if they jump on it and the excess material can be tucked in under the inflatable rim. There is only one drawstring but that actually makes it easier to secure.
Edited to add. The size of the holes for drainage are larger and a bit of a pain as they let debris through, however a quick once over with a net sorts it and it’s better that having a punctured pool from cat claws

5.0 out of 5 stars Good quality, hard wearing cover for bestway or Intext pools

Great buy. Not the most well made, but it keeps the bugs off our pool at night and helps keep the water clean. It does it’s job and the price was good!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersFits over all of my 12ft pool very well quick delivery. Would have given 5 stars but it was a bit flimsy round the tie area and split the first time I pulled the toggle to tighten. Have since found technique to avoid further damage.

Great size garden pool, takes a long time to fill and needs to be on completely flat surface. had a good few hot sunny days spent in and out. We bought the cover for it too, and glad we did it kept the water clean and helped warm it slightly

Excellent size and quality especially compared to others which tend to be hard to get on due to being too small, this is most definitely the best cover I have purchased over the years.
if anything this is slightly too big but is very handy and easily sorted with the draw rope.
very good value for money and would DEFINITELY recommend.

Wow! So much better than the cheap tarpaullin one I previously used. It’s thick and has a slight stretch in it. The first time you use it you might think it doesn’t fit because it’s snug and needs to be gently stretched into place with another person helping – it takes a bit of time but worth the effort. I use it with a bestway 12ft frame pool. There is a slight sag in the middle but my chlorine dispensers are still able to float around pretty freely. The fact that it’s a dark colour does actually help warm the pool. I’m so glad I bought this one.

It does the job its designed for and everyone asked where we got it and the pool as everywhere had sold out and it has been pictured on facebook so much people will get one ready for next summer.

Although the pool itself goes on forever (it seems!) every few years the pool cover deteriorates and needs replacing. I always order the same one so I know what I’m getting but this year Intex have changed the colour of their covers to a darker shade which has the added benefit of absorbing heat on a sunny day and helping to warm the water in my pool! Double benefit!
