Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersVery good quality, looks like they could last, time will tell, the fit is a little on the small size but ok with normal socks but not with boot socks.
I take 10-1/2 but normally go for 11s for comfort with thick socks but these boots in size 11s feels tight.

I sent my pair back. They are perfect for hubbies feet but felt uncomfortable to me. Hubby kept hood ones and I returned mine. I guess we are all different. I ordered another pair for myself.

I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis and these are the best out of 8 pairs of footwear that I have bought to try and ease my pain.
I wear them for more than 8hrs a day.
    Around 6k steps each day.
    I’m very happy with them.

Took a few walks to break in but after that incredibly comfy. I’m around a 9 but ordered a 10 and they fit well with some room for if I needed thicker socks. They tighten well and provide adequate ankle suppo

These boots are extremely comfortable and lightweight, they give support to my ankles and as I’m on my feet all day working in the building industry, this is very important . They also look great. Great service and quick delivery

I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THESE BOOTS
THEY ARE COMFORTABLE NO HOT SPOTS ON MY FEET WHILST WEARING THEM
    THEY ARE WATERPROOF
THEY ARE LIGHTWEIGHT BUT VERY TOUGH
THESE BOOTS ARE MADE FOR WALKING AND THATS JUST WHAT I’LL DO

The boots are good quality, the construction is good and the materials are fine.
They are however small fitting, you will need to order at least one size larger and they are also of narrow width, so bear this in mind.
Overall they are fine if you can live with those constraints, I however will buy future hiking boots in a store where I can witness the size parameters and overall fit.

If those issues were addressed then these boots deserve a solid 5 stars, but with those issues in mind I would not buy again.

I bought them for my new partner as I noticed his others were very worn. He tried them and was extremely happy with them. He said they are very comfortable, good support and a great thick grip on them.

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersThere is something basically wrong with these shoes.

I think it’s down to two things:

    The heel is unusually high.
The insole is ‘bubbled’, rather than flat.

The consequence of these two design features is my feet tended to slide forward most of the time; the reduced friction of the insole and increased ‘height’ of heel created a sort of sliding chute effect.

It meant there was usually a tightened feeling around my big toes. I say ‘usually’ because if I walked uphill, my feet didn’t slide forward and the shoes felt fine.

BUT as soon as there was the slightest downward incline/slope, my feet would slip forward again and the tight-fit discomfort at my big toes returned – argh!

At first, I thought I just had to break the shoes in: I went for two one hour walks, thinking ‘these shoes will be fine, just give it time’. But I was wrong; after the second walk, I cannot begin to explain the intense relief I felt on taking the shoes off. In addition, both of my big toe bones ached for several hours afterwards.

At that point, it was an easy decision to return them.

I won’t be buying from this brand again. I think they have over-thought their design in what could have otherwise been a great pair of walking shoes.

Now time to look for another brand – I am open to suggestions!

    ************ EDIT **************

I ordered one size-up, size 11, and what a different story – they were a perfect, comfortable fit!

Due to this, I have upgraded my review to 4 stars.

I can’t in all fairness give them 5 stars as I believe they have not been sized properly, and I’m not the only person to have said this.

I ordered a further pair of size 11’s so as to have the convenience of reaching for a new box when the current pair wears out.
