Where have you been all my life?
I had a drawer full of various other types of jar openers that were not always very easy to use, and they took up a lot of space in the drawer. This is discreet and out of the way, and it works easily on every size jar and bottle I’ve tried with it.

I have the beginnings of arthritis in my hands and sometimes struggle to open lids and bottles. I like the fact that this is very unobtrusive. At the moment I have only applied it using sticky pads, although I’m not sure if it may eventually need fixing with screws. When I purchased this I thought it had serrated teeth on both sides, but it actually only has them on one side, this is my fault for not reading properly and to be fair it does the job, I’m just not sure how durable it will prove to be. One issue I have found is that it is not possible to open cartons of fruit juice/milk due to the top of the carton being higher than the bottle, however I would still recommended this.

Super helpful kitchen tool
I actually saw this on Facebook video initially. I loved the way it is hidden under the cupboard for using. So much kitchen equipment nowadays takes up space but this is a space saver. Once fitted it works wonders, effortlessly loosening even the toughest of jar lads. Absolute recommend.

I liked that this jar opener can open all sorts of different jar sizes, and is easily fixed to the underside of a cupboard, where no-one can see it but you know it’s there, just waiting to help! It’s great too that I can now open jars with just one hand.

easy to use
This item is described as it is specially designed for senior people, but I believe it is very helpful to have it in every home. My husband hurt his hands during decorating, and he could hardly move his fingers for weeks. During this time he really appreciated this item. This jar-bottle-lid opener is just the best little versatile tool. It requires no effort at all. Fits nicely under my kitchen cabinet. We secured it with screws so it is definitely going to hold. Brilliant item for a family with kids too. As it is sharp, it scratches the lids a bit, but still does its job, so there is nothing to complain about. I Recommend it.
I got this for the wife mainly as she suffers with fibromyalgia so she is forever asking me to open jars and bottles as she really does struggle with them, This is a simple gadget that just works really well, it comes with screws and a sticky pad for fixing but I just used the sticky pad and stuck it to the underneath of one of my wall units and it is stuck really strong and I cannot see it moving at all, I got the wife to try opening all the usual jars and bottles she struggles with and she managed all but a medicine bottle she could not open due to needing to push it up and twist at the same time due to having the child lock lids on them, Overall it is a great product and will work well for the disabled and elderly.
Works well
This is a really good gadget. I tried it straight away, even before it was screwed under the cabinet. It was easy to use and opened the beetroot jar so well.
Once it was mounted onto the underneath of the cupboard it was hidden from view but in a really useful place to use.

This is just one of those useful little items that you don’t realise you need until you have one. First, it comes securely packed, I’d made of sturdy materials, with a choice of three sticky pads or screws to install it. It was easy to sort out in minutes. I went for the sticky pad option. It’s so much easier using this, one quick twist and my jars are free of stuff or awkward lids. It’s great if you can’t open a jar for reasons of disability or whatever, but it’s also just easier for anyone…why struggle?! The price is also good.
