This is an amazing piece of kit. I am pretty sure they helped the growth rates on my plants this spring. I did have a poor quality compost that meant some plants needed repotting and extra care, and they are now as they should be thanks to the lamp. I am sure they could help grow all sorts of indoor plants.
I knocked of a star due to the possible typo which can mis lead people and may halter sales as no one wants to run a 600watts lamp just for their plants during this period of energy poverty.
This grow light is perfect for keen gardners working on a small scale of their own gardens not suitable for industrial gardening but this is obvious once you look at the sizings.
There is no off switch so you have to turn this off manually which isn’t really a problem , won’t over heat as it has a cooling fan, not the loudest thing you will hear jsut a mild buzzing which you do soon atune too and eventually don’t hear it anymore.
Does the job and helps the seedlings flourish.

It can promote plant growth like sunlight. Its more than 500 small LED bulbs are only 65W and can emit 600W of light. There are sockets on the lights to connect other lights. There is a cooling fan on the back of the lamp, which can quickly dissipate heat when the lamp is turned on for a long time. It is a very good energy-saving lamp for plants.
My kids have taken an interest to plants, so I got this and it’s been a great addition; not only has it made it more interesting for the kids – it works very well for infantile plants.
The built quality is good and feels premium. Nice design with LEDs covering almost the entire surface. Using it was simple DIY job and straightforward.
The brightness is great and can also be adjusted. I have uploaded a video demonstrating the functionality. So bright that my phone could not properly focus on it. It covers different light spectrums and useful for growing plants.

I used this in conjunction with a heated bed in my greenhouse. I felt the instructions could have been better, with regards to the % of light used, so I had to experiment until I felt the conditions were right for plant growth. The light spread over 4′ * 3′ of my greenhouse floor which was enough to light up all my plants when they were young. As the plants grew bigger I turned the % light up and raised the height of the lamp. The plants on the boundary of the lighted area did not grow as well as those in the middle so I kept rotating their positions. It is all about experimenting with grow lights, but it is worth giving them a try.
We had decided last year, that this year we would decorate a memorial garden.
Had around 50 packs of seeds and all different bulbs to planted between March and May and a frosty start to the Spring looked bleak.
Covered the seeds with a transparent polythene to give them a chance, but the wind managed to flap and rustle the covers and eventually blew this away.
I saw this lamp and knew this is exactly what we needed.
Was initially worried that 600W would be a massive impact on the Electric bill, but it runs as a 60W with the LED’s making it equivalent to 600W.
There was hardly any noticeable difference when checking on the Electricity smart meter usage.

I have a bench set up in the garage, with a power source adjacent and use it to set seeds early in spring. With the lamp, they germinate and develop faster than set outdoors so they have a head start.

Design: Because of the rectangular shape, the only practical option was to arrange my herbs grouped on a table. While this did not bother me as I have shelves, most people might prefer a bar-type design.
Installation: I find it easy to install as it comes with daisy chains. Tho, it comes with a user manual for beginners.
Function: It doesn’t have so much noise when turned on, just a muted whirring. Its dimmable light switch is most useful as most of my herbs are heat-sensitive. And the fan helps dissipate the extra heat from the lights. It is a recommended choice for winter-time or year-round indoor gardening. Your plants will have the artificial sunlight they need to photosynthesize and grow.
Effectivity: To early to say if the LED lights would function as my current grow lights, but I’d wait for a few weeks to compare it.
Power consumption: At 60W LED power, it could be an unwelcome addition to our power bill. It may have to run on trial for a month first.
Durability: It is too early to say if it is effective, efficient, and durable, but I am glad it comes with a 24-month warranty.

Our other grow light is more expensive and I can see the difference. If you want a powerful grow light with lots of features you will need to pay a bit more, but this is a good basic grow light.
Being 600 watts I was very worried with current energy prices that this would cost a fortune to run but luckily it does not. Think this is because the light is 600 watt equivalent and not running at 600W. The smart meter jumps up about 2pence per hour at 100% brightness, so if it’s on for 12 hours a day that’s 24p a day or 87.60 a year if used every day on full brightness for 12 hours. Not as bad as I thought.
The light has a cooling fan which is pretty quiet and a dimming knob.
It doesn’t have a timer function but I used a smart plug to fix that so I can add a schedule if needed.
Overall a nice light and the plants are doing well under them.

This is great grow light that’s light in weight, it looks heavy but it’s not.
I recieved the 600w version but there is a 1000w option too.
It’s energy efficient.
My husband has got this all set up for his plants as he’s the gardener of the house, he impressed with it!
He says it was easy to set up and it working exactly as the description states…… His plants are coming on in leaps, and bounds.
It runs quietly even with the built in fan, it’s alot quieter than others we have purchased in the past.

Both hubby and myself can reccomend, works with no issues.
