Ok. So it’s a lemon squeezer. But it’s nothing short of a revelation. Takes one thick chunk at a time but it gets out ALL of the juice with no fuss or mess. Also means you don’t have to waste a whole/half lemon of you only want a smaller amount of juice but trust me this little gadget really does extract way more juice than a traditional juicer.
You could even be weird and buy several so your dinner guests can have their own lemon squeezer at the table …
Simple and effective. Sometimes the fruity spicy cooking can be a little too sweet . A drop of lime slice can make a wow change.
No longer wetty sticky hand after squeezing a lime edge . If only they could have added a zigzag little spike inside . It would be much easier to press this little helper. But still useful !
