Tower fa
Just love this fan tower it’s super works like a dream , only used it on the number 1 setting with quite mode as it keeps my bedroom lovely and cool . Highly recommend this produc
Great fa
Bought one of these for my daughter, and it was so good we purchased another one for ourselves.
Lovely and cool. Adjustable fan is really powerful. Night mode is brilliant as it is thermostatically controlled which means as it cools the fan automatically slows itself down. Did I mention it’s very quiet too?
Fantastic Fa
Bought this as my partner can’t stand the heat when we get warmer weather and we are so happy with this fan.
It’s reasonably lightweight making it easy enough to move between rooms when needed.
The night feature works amazingly for preventing unnecessary light when we’re trying to sleep.
Turbo mode is perfect for getting the room temperature down quickly when you’ve been out and come back to a wall of heat.
Auto mode is really handy for keeping the room a consistent temperature once you get it comfortable.
Overall great fan, so much so we bought a second one!
Fab
Really great fan, looks smart and does the job. Settings are all great from powerful to gentle. Super quiet on the 1 setting ideal for nighttime and can switch the LED display off too so dark, cool and quiet at night. Definitely recommend
So pleased, I bought a second.
Purchased a 42″ tall Levoit several months back and couldn’t be happier with it – I left a fairly glowing review at the time. Rather than re-hash it all again, I’ll simply say that I was so pleased with the first Levoit, I decided to buy another for the guest room. I think buying the same product again speaks for itself as the ultimate expression of customer satisfaction.
Levoit tower fa
I bought this for the bedroom to replace an old cheapy one that sounded like a diesel motor. Absolutely brilliant. Whisper quite you can berley hear it at all and absolutely excellent at cooling down the room.
I was so impressed I’ve ordered X2 more 20db Levoit fans on the stands. I’ve got high hopes after my experience with the tower one.
I definitely recommend
Has a mind of its own..
This is a good fan with many functions, the annoying thing is it will randomly oscillate without being touched which is annoying at night, also I have to press the buttons twice for example to stop it oscillating which is annoying, also have to press the up or down buttons twice on the remote to make it work. LED lights on top very bright so had to buy black out stickers, really hope this fan doesn’t pack in as the air from it is pretty dece
Very quie
Was expecting from the description that this would be quieter than most fans but have to say it’s even quieter than I expected, been using this every night in the bedroom during summer since I got it and I really like it, it’s quite large which seems to allow it to circulate alot of air which is good for cooling the room down, the remote control is a nice touch and the timer is great for night time
Better than expected.
I use this in my front room mainly and only need it on the lowest setting, which is adequate for my requirements. Looks sleek and is easy to use. I like that it has an automatic temperature adjustment which is a handy option although I personally don’t use it. I’m really happy with this purchase and wouldn’t hesitate buying another if required. My only negative comment would be the price, but you do get what you pay fo
Buy it!
The fan is bigger than I thought it was going to be but that’s not a problem. The important thing is how good it is and I’m pleased to say it’s fab! I’ve only used it once so far but it was great. I’m using it on a night mainly and can’t believe how quiet it is when on the lowest setting, when I was testing it when it first arrived I even wondered if it was working on that setting due to it being so quiet, this is a bonus for me as background noise when I’m trying to get to sleep causes difficulties. I’m not sure about the sleep settings yet as I haven’t tried them properly but I’m sure it’ll be fine. Basically for those of you who are unsure – buy it, it’s worth it!
Really quiet and works well
I needed a fan for my kids room but had to make sure it wasn’t too loud as they’re a light sleeper, this is perfect. It’s not silent of course, but quiet enough that they can sleep through. Tells me the temp of the room on the top also which is so handy. Air flow is nice and steady, it has almost 180 rotation and it works so well that I bought a second one for my room.
Quie
I love this fan bigger than I expected but that’s fine, easy to assemble .I bought it as I have a very nervous dog & previous fans have scared her due to the noise but not this one & of course it’s great for me too. Obviously you can hear it more the faster the fan is on but even then it’s quieter than a lot of others. Actually when my friend saw it she bought one too.I also like the night function. I would definitely recommend this & I purchased it on offer so win win.
Levoit’s the way to do it, bang and buck comes to mind
The LEVOIT Tower Fan is an exceptional addition to any medium or large bedroom, standing at 42 inches and boasting a powerful airflow of 7.5m/s. This fan is a true powerhouse, delivering impressive cooling capabilities while maintaining a whisper-quiet operation at just 25 dB, ensuring a peaceful environment for sleep or relaxation.
One of the standout features is its 90 oscillating bladeless design, which provides widespread air distribution throughout the room. With 12 different speeds and 4 modes to choose from, you can customize your comfort to the exact level you desire. The convenience of the included remote control and the 12-hour timer adds to the overall user-friendly experience, making it easy to adjust settings without getting up from your bed or chair.
As a testament to Levoit’s quality, I have several of their products in my home, and they have all exceeded my expectations. The LEVOIT Tower Fan is no exception, offering incredible value at a very reasonable price. Its combination of power, versatility, and quiet operation makes it a standout choice for anyone looking to enhance their indoor comfort.
I hope Levoit continues to maintain the high quality and affordability of their products. Thank you, Levoit, for consistently delivering outstanding home appliances that make life better.
Been using this fan since last year. It’s not heavy for its size but solidly built and looks good while being unobtrusive. Good features like sleep function too. Above all is its quiet operation. Sure it’s louder on higher settings but even then it’s not intrusive, and I’ve rarely had to use it above the lower settings anyway. It keeps me cool in a medium sized room effortlessly.
This is because it does help you cool down with a steady wall of air. It won’t cool a room like a/c but it will cool you!
Another great feature is you can control the horizontal direction of flow too – if you have a dog like me they can share in the cooling effect because with the flow fully down so it points at the floor (dog), the unit is tall enough to still cool me if I’m sitting or lying down on furniture.
I did have a technical issue with it recently but Levoit’s customer support was very efficient and resolved in days. Great customer service from Chem.
Would happily recommend this brand and fan.
Great fa
I dont write many reviews but i felt i needed too with this item..ive been looking at loads of different fans and came across this one.
Reading all the reviews for this fan thought I’d give it ago and I can honestly say it’s such a lovely fan, it’s so quiet you don’t even notice it’s on.. when setting it to auto it’s clever and changes the speed of the fan itself to keep it at the right temperature. It’s definitely keeping me cool, the test will be if we get any heatwaves this summer but for now I’m feel very confident about this lovely fan.
Absolutely Fabulous!
Wow. This bladeless tower fan is big, bold, and very effective. I’ve had it for 3 days now (just hope all positives continue). Easy
to assemble, just click the 2 sections of the base together, insert tower and lock in place with the threaded plastic ring. Easy remote controls and front visual temperature and fan speed. Really is virtually silent, even when experimenting with the highest of the 12 fan speed settings Back in the near distant past I was lugging the floor standing 20″ fan on its 3 trip-hazard legs from garage to conservatory ; not anymore. When I don’t need this it will stand proud in the spare room, ready for our next “summer”. Wish though perhaps such a tower could incorporate a heat function, then it would be perfect all year round. Anyway, now using it on auto so it adjusts its air flow according to air temperature.
As said, it is big, 42″ , black front and white sides/back, but, well, it’s a great “statement” which is fully functional, you just need 12″ diameter space on a solid surface. So far, so good. Really pleased.
My trusty old tower fan died after many years of life and the search for something comparable was really difficult. In the process I’ve tried 300+ fans from major brands and been underwhelmed, I wanted something that offered all the essentials without paying the huge price tag.
This fan is beautifully silent, bladeless and has loads of features. The coverage area is great and easily covers a large room. The ability to adjust wind direction is a cool feature that’s great for when you are laying down.
The remote is great and came with a battery, seems to work from quite far away too.
There is also a temperature on display so you can complain about how crazy the temperatures are compared to ‘back in my day’ while you’re cooled in complete silent bliss.
I’m really impressed with this fan and for the price it’s a steal. I can’t speak for reliability as I haven’t had it long but will update after summer when it’s been battered by the UK heatwaves.
After years of suffering on hot days I finally found a fan that does the job perfectly. I owned many traditional ‘bladed’ floor standing fans which were useless. I couldn’t install air con so I decided to try this floor standing fan, and I was impressed. The movement of the air is better than traditional fans and a lot quieter too. I bought the 42 inch model because I use it in my lounge. Even on the lower speed settings the air moves around the room nicely and I feel so much more comfortable. The remote is handy and comes with the battery. At first I thought it was huge but I’m use to it now, it looks ok in my lounge as the design is pleasing. Quality build is excellent and it doesn’t wobble. It can easily be moved from room to room as it is very light, and has a carry handle. Very happy.
5.0 out of 5 stars Soooooo quie
So quiet my son didn’t realise it was on until he walked in front of it! Nice gentle cooling breeze for the bedroom without sounding like a jet engine – higher speeds are noisier but the low setting is just right for me
5.0 out of 5 stars love this guy
It’s one of those purchases that seem a bit too pricy but turn out to be really worth it!
The adapting fan speed feature is great, and the quiet mode is really quiet and gives a nice soft breeze.
Would love a bit more flexibility with the oscillator range and control next model, levoit?
5.0 out of 5 stars Great fan.
Good, quiet, variety of useful settings. Used in bedroom at night and does not disturb at all.
My room is approx 10 ft square, and only comment is that the 90 oscillation is probably a bit too wide for my room. But that is not a diss on the product, just might be useful to someone when buying!
5.0 out of 5 stars Really does a great job 👏🏻
Easy to put base on / st up, looks sleek. Several settings and very effective – yes slight noise on top speed but really not an issue.
Only note is it operates from via the remote only not the top of the unit that has a fancy display but is not touch sensitive to operate oddly. So not loose remote ! Though there is a place to store securely on the unit.
Anyway for the money this is a great buy
4.0 out of 5 stars Great fan for keeping cool
This fan is fantastic for the price compared to a lot of options out there. Easy to assemble and light enough to move around with a well placed handle near the top. Only minor downside is that the remote needs to be pointed directly at the front, so if it’s rotating away it might not register the input. In sleep-mode the first input will simply “wake-up” the display on the fan, so you need to press twice before it accepts a command from the remote.
5.0 out of 5 stars Tower fa
This is the best fan I have ever used, it comes with a remote which you can turn the setting up and down, it tells you the temperature in the room and automatically puts the setting number to the correct number needed to cool the room and once it has cooled the room it will automatically turn down. It has a sleep timer so you don’t have to wake up and turn it off through the night. It’s a thin narrow fan which is perfect to fit anywhere in the room and it absolutely does the job it was made to do, I would highly recommend!
Great fan and genuinely does cool down a room quickly. Noise levels are acceptable, even when on turbo mode.
There are what I perceive to be a couple of design flaws. The first being the remote control holder. If the remote is in situ, it’s awkward to lift the fan as the remote is in the way. The second being the digital display. If you are sitting, the display can’t be seen making it difficult to judge what setting it’s on. Overall, i’m still happy with my purchase.
4.0 out of 5 stars Good but buy the version that has the display on the side
Its good and yes very quiet at low speeds, but buy the version that has the display on the side as well as the top because on this version you have to stand up to see what mode you are in etc. which is just annoying! Even if the top display tilted that would be bette
I’ve had this about a week now, no complaints at all. Compared to our other fans it’s so much more powerful and still quieter.
There’s a night mode which turns off the display lights and automatically reduces the fan power if the temperature drops. Not only is the fan quiet but you can turn off the beeps so if you adjust the fan at night there’s no worry if waking your partner.
A feature I would love (which isn’t included) is wi-fi/ Google connectivity to control through my phone/home assistant, however I assume you need to pay more for a fan with that.
All in all 5 stars for the price I paid (with a discount).
For a brief few weeks we had hot weather this summer (before the deluge started!) and our top floor bedroom was unpleasantly hot at night. I was sceptical if this fan would be any good. I was worried it would be noisy or ineffective. I’m pleased to report that it isn’t. The sleep mode is quite quiet, just an ongoing mild hum. The lights go out in Sleep Mode so they do not disturb us. The oscillating action gently wafts the air around. Very pleased with it. We’ve located it about 2 metres away from the bed on the floor and although I was worried it would be too low at only around 36 inches high it actually creates a pleasant breeze over the top of the bed. The remote is useful as well. Recommended. A quality product.
4.0 out of 5 stars Really good value and works well.
I don’t normally write reviews but this fan is really good value. I really didn’t know how much to spend and there are so many different reviews on various makes that it just confused me even more! I’m really pleased with my choice. It arrived quickly with pretty much no assembly just the low stand which was really easy to clip on. Good choice of various fan speeds and timers. I like that you can put it on night mode and timer and you don’t have any bright lights on in the night. It’s great to have the remote so if you want to change the fan speed during the night you don’t have to get out of bed! The fan is quiet on low speed. Very happy with it and will purchase another one.
4.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Performance
Just what I wanted, nice and quiet on low speeds. Turn it up high and it is noisy but it really shifts some air. The side to side oscillation is good if I need it, but the up and down is not impressive, the movement of the adjuster is such a small amount that fine adjustment isn’t possible. I love the sleep mode, doesn’t make me sleep but it is quiet and cooling.
I’m very impressed so far, time will tell. Will it develop a rattle or other noises? Who knows, until then I’m enjoying a cooler bedroom.
Great fan. It was a bit pricey at nearly 99.99 but it has good features and it’s quite. I sleep with a light sleeper and it does not disturb them on speed 3/4. I really like the night setting whereby the fan will reduce in speed as the room temperature drops and will start to oscillate. The fan does not shake or make a noticeable noise when it is oscillating. I wish you had a button for the room temp to appear upon request. I’ve only noticed it pop up when I first turn the fan on, although I’m not confident it’s reading the room temp correctly, but I can’t say for certain. Overall I am very happy and are considering purchasing another one for the front room. Although this fan is not excessively heavy, due to the height of the fan I found it hard carrying it up the stairs.
Had this fan for a full month now and it’s superb in many ways…
Except one issue: coil whine. Before I get into that, I have to say everything else about it is great. Quiet, high quality, it looks great (they should do a matt black version), the controls are neat (tho the buttons are a bit finicky when the display goes to sleep – you have to press a button to wake it, and quickly again to change mode/speed/whatever – not a big deal). The physical buttons on the remote are better honestly.
After the first few days I didn’t really notice it, but then a subtle, high-pitch whir, constantly emanated from the motor. This wasn’t much noticeable at speed 3 or above but I got this fan for sleep, where speeds 1/2 were more appropriate for the distance. Only way to describe it was a conveyor belt of glass bottles rattling in a distant warehouse (oddly specific I know).
But it was getting on my t*ts and I umm’d and arr’d returning it – for 3 weeks. Asked my bro if he could hear it – yea, barely, but thought I was fussing over nothing. I’m in my early 50s and lately been picking up higher frequencies (need to get m’ hearing checked out f’sho) BUT none of the other cheap blade / tower fans in the home, with their rickety swivels and much louder gusts of air, bothered me this much. So, I asked Amazon for a return, and an identical replacement (fingers crossed).
VINDICATION. The brand new, identical, fan arrived and I had them standing side-by-side. Clearly, there was a real, empirical, difference to my ears, and my bro had to agree. High pitch noise was gone!
While the replacement wasn’t perfect – the whine replaced with a quiet transformer-like hum (which wasn’t present on my first fan) – this was infinitely more tolerable and, quite frankly, most people probably wouldn’t even notice – particularly with nothing to compare it against. I only mention it coz there seems to be some variability in the quality of the motors. Perhaps I just got a faulty one?
All in all a pretty great fan. 4 stars for visibility only, honestly still deserves 5 stars, or close to it. If you have sensitive hearing, just look out for the coil whine.
5.0 out of 5 stars Just what I needed
It’s summer, it’s warm. Our last standing fan broke over this past year and we had to get a new one for our bedroom. After reading the reviews I settled on this one. So glad I did. This fan is powerful enough and very quiet to use. We were able to sleep with the fan going all night. The remote makes it so easy to use when you wake up in the middle of the night with the dreaded night sweats. I’ve found this fan has helped me sleep better and know that I’ll get a lot of use out of it all year round. The fact that it is so quiet means I’m not worried about waking my husband in the middle of the night. Highly recommended
5.0 out of 5 stars Truely quiet. Works very well
First impression was the fan is bigger and taller than expected. I thought I could move it to different room for use easily but it has now become too much of an effort to move around (at least for me it is). The fan is not heavy tho.
The best feature has to be it is quietness. We can sleep without being disturbed 100%. For multiple times we even forgot to turn it off in the morning because it was simply unnoticable. This fan works very well for us.
The only complaint I can make is the display light cannot be turned off when we sleep. I simply use a card to cover the display and it does the job. But it does mean I had to flip the card to see the display in changing different speed mode.
We have 4 fans in our house as I suffer with menopause so always hot,but was finding all of them woke me up during night..this one is so silent it’s brilliant a bit more technical to work out not as straight forward as your average fan, but I will never buy a diffrent one infact when I can afford it I’m going to replace all the other fans with one of these.
OK its got a black front and white back so would of preferred it all black but that’s a small negative.
It might be a bit pricier but worth it.
We live in a very quiet village so no other noises so no matter what fan I tried it would wake me up in the middle of the night as I am a light sleeper, this one does not wake me up ..its brilliant well worth the money…
I bought this fan because I knew the brand very well having purchased 3 of their air purifiers so knew the quality.
As we have quite a large bedroom I opted for the 42 inch as it would cover further being taller. We have put this fan to one side of the room and it easily covers the whole room.
As for being quiet enough to sleep with that is not a problem at all. Last few nights we have had it on level 3 with the sleep mode activated so the display lights are off.
We cannot hear it but can certainly feel the cool air. It has great features such as automatic mode that will increase/decrease the flow according to the fluctuating temperatures.
Not even got this on our Dyson fan that cost 3 times as much. Also the turbo feature is excellent as it cools the room quickly and drops down with the temperature.
Yes you can buy blameless fans for less. But in my opinion this is well worth the bit extra as it is not only well built, quiet and very efficient it is also ” non juddery ” when oscillating which is something that cheaper fans tend to do. Give it a try.
5.0 out of 5 stars A good, stylish fan with some great features, not a leaf blower.
This fan is whisper quiet, comparatively speaking. It is stylish and compact, at least in terms of width and depth; I believe there is a shorter version but why do that to yourself? The remote is great and sleep mode makes it disappear. The sleep timer only works in one hour increments but that is hardly a problem. It moves enough air even at half power to keep you pleasantly cool. Oscillation function is pretty awesome too and airflow can be selectively adjusted up/down. It has autonomous functions, which I have yet to try, that sound amazing i.e. auto mode and advanced sleep mode, that each adjust the fan speed depending on current ambient temperature. The only missing features are a way to restrict the oscillation angle and voice assistant integration; the first is not that important as it oscillates at a fair speed and the area covered when oscillation is off is fairly wide, the second would just be a nice to have but you can’t have everything for only 110 pounds.
It’s big & it wasn’t cheap, but it’s a quality product that seems well made & I think it was worth the money.
The most important feature for me, is that it’s quiet enough to use in the bedroom at night.
It also has a useful preset night program which promises to drop the fan speed when the temperature drops a few degrees (confirmed).
We started using it on fan1 the first night but, every night this last week, we’ve had it on fan2 & I may even try fan3 some night soon if it get’s really hot.
The slower the fan speed, the quieter it is, of course, but we haven’t needed to use the higher fan speeds (4 & 5) which are noisier or the fan turbo setting which adds even more noise.
The only quibble I have is that, to ensure the breeze spans the bedroom is not blocked by furniture, I’ve put it on top of a chest of drawers. This means that, because it’s so high, we can’t see the control panel which is on the top. But, the remote controls everything we need & we can guess what the display says by what the fan is doing. Fast, slow, oscillate, fanspeed, turbo, program
The whole fan oscillates (90 degrees) only the base remains static.
Only the base (less than 12″) needs to be assembled & attached (very easy).
Update: 3 weeks later, I’m still glad I bought it despite the expense
