Difficult to really give a review properly yet. Everything seems fine, seem sturdy, look good and easy to assemble. The only problem has been the weather as it has been awful – dull, wet and very windy. Looking forward to some lovely sunshine now to see how good they look. I bought them to accentuate a lovely new pergola I have just had built.

I know Lumens seems to be the new standard for describing the light given by a product, bug I would also like to see Watts included for comparison and understanding purposes – as everyone generally knows how bright 60 Watts or 100 Watts is going to be.

I bought these for two main reasons
    1. Settings – you can have either bright or low light intensity
    2. Flexibility – I can place them anywhere without worrying about daisy-chaining or linking back to a separate charging cell.
So thumbs up on both counts! I love the ambient light that the lower level provides but if it’s a brighter effect you’re after, flip the switch and you’re in business.
As I had hoped, they are super easy to place anywhere and have a spike or wall mount. Just make sure they have enough light to charge throughout the day. The cells can be moved around to capture the best light while you keep the actual light directed where you want it.
One note. And it’s obvious from the images. The charging cells are quite big so these lights may not be “pretty” to some but they do charge very well. I’ve been able to put the lights down lower into the raised beds so that they are just at the same level so are hardly noticeable.

This solar spot light is quite bright as it has two pieces of solar panels which can supply very strong power storage. The solar panels are adjustable so you can rotate the solar panels to a perfect position to absorb more sunlight. It is easy to install and assemble as well.

Having this bright light for use as a solar powered one which is not too bad atall.

The brightness is powerful which is amazing. The only concern is winter if the sunshine will be enough to charge the battery but its absolutely perfect.

I’m a big fan of solar garden lights and have kitted my garden out with a variety of different solar lights. Having new solar spot lights to add to the mix is always a nice addition. This one is different in that it has a double solar panel so it generates more power which is then stored in the battery to use to power the light. This is great because the light is fairly bright on the high setting, so you have plenty of juice to keep it going!

However, I’m really disappointed that they sell this as a solo product and not as a pair at least… There’s not really anywhere in a garden that you can simple place a product like this. Symmetry is always attractive, so it proved to be super difficult to find somewhere that looked nice for this. Even now, I’m not happy with the placement, but I can’t do much unless I purchase a second one. I’d actually recommend wall mounting the light instead, and sticking it on your front drive; it’ll look much more in place there.

Overall, I think it’s a really nice solar light, but it just doesn’t look nice in the garden as a solo product! Would recommend for front drive usage.

I ordered this solar spotlight to light up my pathway at night.

Arrived in a small branded box.

Initially I used ground fixing and pushed into grass, although light work well as just one spotlight in the ground it looked stupid.

So I tried wall fixing above beside my backdoor.

Provides excellent free lighting all night long.

Quite expensive for just 1 spot light when I have a pack of 4 for less than double price.

Overall, light works very well but if using in the ground needs to be part of a team of lights or it looks a bit out of place.

    I would recommend this product.

Good set of solar lights with adjustable tilt solar panels and once installed in a good sunny location they give off a good bright light and last well until after midnight.
We have these pointed at two trees in our garden and they look lovely lit up at night.
They are simple to put together and easy to operate.
At 22.99 at the time of this review I feel is at the top end of what they should be and I can recommend them.

The solar spot light arrived in a small cardboard box, inside is the spot light unit and 3 sections that make up the leg, I have only used one leg section and connected it to the base and screwed it to my fence, the full leg assembly allows you to place it into the ground if you prefer, included also is a set of fixings.

Checking over the light it looks well built, there is the light panel on the front that comprises of 60 LEDs, a twin solar panel on the top that can be tilted independently towards the sun but only in one direction.

To operate the light there are 2 buttons on the rear of the light body, the first press of the power button turns the light on in low light (300 lumen), the second press switches to high light mode (600 lumen), the third press turns the light off.

The mode button toggles the light between 3 colour temperatures of 2700K/4000K/6000K.

There are display lights on the front that light up green when charging and also displays 1 or 2 green lights depending if in low or high light modes, these front status LED lights are always on during the day/night but are low light enough not to be too annoying.

The light will always come on during the night, this isn’t a PIR motion activated light, the battery will last 6 hours on high and 12 hours on low depending on charging levels during the day, having the dual solar panels and a 3000mAh battery helps.

Overall, a good IP66 waterproof spot light that would have been better to have a motion sensor option also, thank you.

This is a great garden spotlight we trialled. The ground spike/stake slots together easily and and also has the holes and fixings if you wish to fit it to a wall or fence. It is quite large so check the measurements before you order. The solar panel folds out so it can capture light really well as it’s such a large surface area. The two buttons on the back of the light turn it on/off and cycle through the different lighting settings. A really bright garden solar light that lasts well into the night. Very pleased with this trial light.

I have a small green house and wanted a solar light to use inside when it gets darker.
This solar light seems to fit what I need.
The light comes with 3 plastic pipes for either mounting on a wall via screws or a stake for securing in soil.
I like the large crystal clear lens with the multi LED lights which can give off a nice yellowy vintage light effect or white light by the press of the ‘mode’ button on the back. There is a simple on/off button which is also located on the rear.
I like how the dual solar panels are able to swivel left or right, and swing upwards or downwards to catch the sunlight direction.
The only minor thing I didn’t like was the protruding wires from the elbow joint. This can weaken and break if moved alot but I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt.
The solar panels look good quality and the ABS plastics used in the product is sturdy and robust.
The way the panels can move means I have more flexibility throughout the yest to angle the panels towards the sun.
The light is surprisingly bright and wide and I can see what I’m doing in the greenhouse. I was inside the green house for at least an hour and the light is still working great.
I am very happy with this product and hope the manufacturer take a look at the wires poking out of the plastic elbow.
    Good value for money.

I chose this light because it can sit nicely in a plant pot and focuses a beam of light towards the shed to give the garden a nice glow in the evening. It can be mounted on a spike or the wall and the case is all plastic which feels a little cheap but it does the job.
On top is a double solar panel that folds out and can be rotated into almost any position to maximise the time it sits in the sun. The back has a power button and mode button to change between two brightnesses and three different colour temperature options with cool, warm or all on.
The buttons are a little difficult to understand because I struggle to get it to change modes, but once it’s set I can leave it, it only comes on in the night and during the spring it’s been lasting a good few hours without too much light on the bright setting so ideal for evenings in the garden as it warms up.
At 17 it’s not the cheapest option around and there is only one in the pack but it gives off a nice even colour and has been working really well so that’s good value for money.

This light is impressive in terms of the range of light from warm to cool white. Also it has high and low settings. A good size battery means this will last all night in the summer even on the higher settings. I like that it can be mounted on a ground spike or post / wall. The only thing missing is a PIR which springs it into full on when triggered.

I waited for a bit of sun to review these and now we’ve had some I’m impressed that they’ll light until at least after I’ve gone to bed. I like to light the drive up so my newly driving qualifield daughter can see where she’s driving on the drive.
In winter sun or rainy days they don’t last that long but that’s what you get with solar.
The lights are good quality and the solar panels sit on top. I can’t say they’re the most attractive lights I’ve got but they do the job and I can’t complain.
    Overall I think they’re a decent buy.

I’m a huge fan of these garden lights – they’re solar powered so do not need hard wiring in.
They have three different light modes, giving a different white/yellow colour, this is adjusted using a push button at the back of each unit.
Installation is a breeze, the spikes simply push into the ground and stand on their own – very easy.
They work incredibly well, they’re really bright and after charging they run throughout the evening with a loss of power – something I’ve noticed on other solar lights.
Overall build quality is great, weather resistant and durable – recommended.

I am ever so slightly obsessed by garden solar lights – what an easy way to create another feature in the garden, at no electrical cost (very important at this current time).
Easy to add to individual pots or trees, or simply along a path: the light is beautiful and creates a lovely warm atmosphere. Pretty, and individual. I really love lighting the garden like this!
Well made, good packaging (recyclable), great quality and value too. Recommended.

Compactly boxed and well protected with bubble wrap
It is difficult to predict this time of year what the illumination duration will be as in the winter months they are largely ineffective?
I do however have a similar pair that last summer lasted into the small hours if not all night.
I’ll have to come back and let you know these perform?
They are bright and have colour adjustment. They are waterproof and have a ground spike or a screw fixing option.
The solar panels adjust towards the sun which I like as fixed ones don’t always face the way you want the light to point.
    Defect free.

These lights work great. They are sturdy and a good size. You can either place then on the ground or mount them on a wall, they do come with the tools for it. I love that you can put the lights in an angle and point it upwards like I did so it is shining the darkest side of the back of the house. They hold the bright light all night and still on at dawn. The color changing is ok but white light would have been better for me.

The lights are great if the sun has shone. I only got half hour of light on a dull day.
    Update 27/12/2021.
One of the light stopped working after a short time. After contacting the seller through Amazon they kindly sent a replacement out to me. Very good service.

You get two garden lights, each with double solar panels, which you can adjust so the lights can absorb the maximum sunlight available, a novel design.
You get two brightness modes, and three types of white light available.
The lights need assembly when they arrive, but the instructions are concise and easy to follow. (See photos)
They are very robustly made, and I can see them lasting many years, especially as the designer has allowed you to be able to change the batteries, when they eventually fail. Or you can just put larger aH batteries in, if you find they don’t last the full night.
The individual lights have dual switches on the back, which when switched on, will accept the charging current from the sun, and switch the light on when the light levels drop, and switch off again when the light levels increase. Make sure you position them, where they can get maximum sunlight, so that they get a full charge.
Also, make sure you position them away from lighting, otherwise they may not come on at night, if the photo sensor picks up stray light.
Now of course, during the winter months, it might not be possible due to the lack of sun, so you may not get enough charge to light them for the whole night.
I think these types of lights are great, they can lighten up dark areas of your garden, so that you don’t trip, or can be used for garden parties, to brighten the area up for security reasons.
They can even be mounted on a wall or fence, just don’t connect the spike. If using the spike, I would suggest making a hole first, to push the spike into, or soften the ground with water, so that you’re not putting too much pressure on the light, when pushing it in.
    I would thoroughly recommend.
