We ordered the silver set and my daughter wears them very often. She finds they help her focus in lessons and gives her fidgety hands something to do. They wear well and haven’t faded.

These rings are very pretty and eye catching. You get two for 13.99 and they are both different designs.
They are marked 925 and are adjustable which is great so you can wear them on any finger. They have movable spinners which are suppose to help with anxiety. Gave one to a friend who seems to fiddle with it alot she loves it.

The rings arrive in a nice small black gift box and are individually wrapped in plastic bags. The quality of the rings isn’t amazing but for the price they’re good value. The gold plated 925 silver has a very yellow gold look. The adjustability is decent ranging from what I would consider small/medium size to large. Can be fiddled with using the same hand you are wearing the ring on which is handy. Would make a lovely gift for someone who suffers with anxiety or for someone with adhd to keep fidgeting at bay. Would recommend.

If my daughter wants to fidget in school, she is allowed to wear these rings and moves the parts on the fingerrings and eases her urge to move around without anybody knowing.
They look amazing and will fit onto any finger.

I really like the anxiety rings. It’s gives me something to fiddle with . Very comfy to wear. I do take them off quiet often as I know this sort of jewellery can stain your fingers.
2 super cute rings, both marked 925, very comfortable as you the are adjustable. I do find myself playing with them, so they are definitely good for anxiety. They are also just so pretty that they would make a lovely gift.

Both have a small hallmark and listing states 925 silver and they are able to adjust in ringside from about a L (small) to a T (large). I have the gold coloured ones and the colour is a bit brassy but they are well made and very pretty
