Easy to install, easy to use.
Really pleased with this product. Solid lump of metal – weighs a bit which makes it feel solid and secure.
It looks smart when installed.
The hardest part was digging the hole! Some fast drying cement and 30 minutes later, the post was in and working as expected.
This came with a padlock and 2 keys, which I hadn’t expected, so really useful.
For this price, this feels like really good value for money.
Highly recommend.
That it works as a security pos
Post looks good and hopefully it will do what it should do. Lock not so good could not get the key to turn in it had to put a lot of oil in it before it would work
Easy to install, well made
This is a well made product. I have three of them on my side path.
Stops cars using my path for there use.
I needed 5 so used 2 of the other folding ones made by the same company.
This was due to some limit on just being able to buy 3 at a time?
Secured my caravan for insurance
Bright yellow so can’t be missed easy to install, prefer this buried post than the bolt down type
Although it came with a lock I prefer a different type of lock
Easy to concrete in but. after only one week of use the key broke off in the lock with the post up! So glad this wasn’t in the middle of the night and I was able to get it out. Quality of the lock is rubbish so throw it away and get a decent one. The post is fine and worth the money on its own.
Easy to install, just ease it in to the poured concrete and that’s it.
Easy to install with a little DIY knowledge and some basic tools. It looks sturdy and the padlock provided appears to be decent enough. It certainly will stop all but the most determined with a 4×4 and some tools from parking on my drive.
Solid fixings and due to weight seems quite robust. I purchased these more of a deterrent than a protection but they seem to be strong enough to protect also (not yet tested). All in all I am very pleased especially at the price. Fixing is simple, drill a 41/2″ hole to a little in excess of the depth (cutters can be hired), fill it with concrete drop in the post, it will require a little persuading with a piece of wood and hammer (with the post open) due to the concrete. ensure levels, let it set, and presto you are protected. Excellent. Note that locks are supplied also.
