Bought this because our Lay-z-spa had two holes that we patched and was frankly a bit long in the tooth. Firstly on this design, there is no ‘egg’ to attach and leak everywhere. The ‘egg’ so to speak is in built into the wall of the hot-tub. There is a wired remote control that inflates the tub and controls temperature, and the functions. I like the fact that the pillars of the hot tub have independent controls for the bubble effect, which also have three different ‘speeds’. You can switch these off and have the jets on only, which in my opinion are better, as there is lass splashing. I these days of being economical with the electricity, i would recommend placing a bubble wrap liner around the outside (purchase from Ebay) which will keep it warm when not being used, preferably it needs to be used inside if possible or in a summerhouse like ours is. I would highly recommend this Hot-Tub.

Love the hot tub use it to soak the muscles after playing football, also gets hot enough at 40 degrees, which is more unbearable in hot weather, than in cold. Have this over a year now and still going strong. I change the water between 1 to 3 months depends on usage and on how often you are changing the filters.

Very happy with the purchase and was definitely worth the money.

Have loved having my spa wish I’d done it sooner so easy to inflate and now I’ve got to grips em with the chemicals.. hasn’t been as expensive to run as I’d thought but so worth it for the therapeutic times I’ve enjoyed I particularly love this model for the jets which make a huge difference also the integral motor all in all very positive experience can’t recommend it enough

Excellent tub for the money, change filter each time and change water regularly and it should give you a hassle free hottub experience, enjoyed it a lot in this hot weathe

Getting a lot of use from this. Was hard to work out where the pipes connect to inflate it but eventually made sense of the drawings and up it went. Love that you can use the sun to kill germs! A little starter kit of chemicals would add value to this item (as I was a complete novice I had to wait for all the chemicals to arrive at a later date).

Easy to inflate and deflate. Easy to use once you are familiar with the parts. Takes around 24hrs to heat. We installed a hot tap, fills quickly and ready to use in no time. Would recommend purchase

The first one we ordered, had a leek inside the pump. We contacted the seller and had a reply within minutes, they were EXTREMELY helpful, and in two days they collected the faulty one, and replaced it with a new one. The new one is fantastic heats up quickly, is comfortable and quiet. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good priced hot tub.

Great Hot Tub, cant fault it for the price. Easy to assemble, fits 4 people at a squeeze. 3 people comfortably. The only thing wrong was the manometer I received (tells you whether hot tub is under/over inflated) was broken but Amazon refunded me the cost of a new one.

The Ozone generator and UV source didn’t make much difference as it greened up even though we’d put the appropriate Clearwater chemicals in. The next step is a water change. The air pump doesn’t fit the inflatable cover unless you force it in. The internal plug for sealing the outlet pipe is too large so you need to be smart with the emptying process. The structure when inflated is surprisingly strong. Otherwise, we are enjoying it – installed in an outer storeroom (with all the required electrical regs) check your floor strength at 900 litres volume plus occupants weighs over a ton.

The pool is packed in a manageably-sized box which is easy to locate on a small trolley. You will require a set of floor tiles/base to safely place the pool on and have to thread the LED lights around the slots in the base. The material is sturdy and the lights look good when in the dark. The insulated cover needs to be secured when not in use to help maintain the temperature. The remote control is easy to use however is not easy to see in the dark! Look great under our gazebo.

This was a fab purchase. I saw it on Instagram and went for it. It was easy to set up. Literally plug it in and turn it on and inflates in super quick time. Then fill up and turn on the heater. The instructions are really clear and it’s easy to know what to do. I bought the chemical set up kit as well and worked fab. It’s very sturdy and have had no issues with it. We did buy a mat for underneath but despite the fact we are on the floor it is comfortable. Heats up well and the bubbles are really good. Great quality. It’s for 6 and fits 4 people in perfectly. I’m not sure we would have 6 adults in this. Perfect for the 2 of us on an evening.

Love my hot tub however the hose that goes into the back of it doesn’t stay connected, it has to be pushed on constantly it’s like as if a piece is missing also it has to be inflated more every 2/3 weeks as it keeps delating slightly …otherwise ffrom reading comments on otherr hot tubs it’s a great buy.

The tub is great, easy up, sturdy, looks great etc really happy with it, But the cover/ lid well thats a real disappointment, we had a cheap vagas lazy spa a few year ago and the cover was much better that this one, so great tub crap cover, hence i built mine in and made lids

Very happy so far! Takes 24 hours to heat up initially but large volume and other spas the same so no problem there. Had some issues with cold spots and contact mspa directly and company who sold product on Amazon both contacted me back the next day and explain the blue sock that cover filter is new addition for 2021 models and has been causing the cold spot issues. Since taking that off all seems to working perfectly again. Nice design and runs quite so no bother with noise levels.

A modern inflatable spa with led lighting, uv light and ozone water treatments built in which will keep pathogens at bay and help maintain the water quality. It warms up from tap water temperature to 38 C in under 24 hrs, fairly easy to inflate and set up. It however doesn’t feel as robust as my previous spa, thickness appears less so it wobbles a bit when the kids are moving about in it or when the bubbles are on. That being said it seems a decent buy for the money though I am not sure about the longevity. My previous spa lasted over 5 years in all sorts of conditions before it herniated so time will tell whether this turns out to be as good an investment.

So this was our first hot tub, unfortunately there was a fault with it. I emailed and received a call from Phil. Amazing customer service. The hot tub was picked up the next day and the new one was delivered the day after that. Really fast and friendly service. We asked for the Soho instead and I must admit it is fantastic. Slightly nicer than the tekapo but that’s a personal opinion. I would strongly suggest filling it with warm water first as from cold it takes a very long time.
