These seeds are definitely of a high quality and without soaking sprouting within a day or two.Takes no time to reach optimum size for eating. The down size is that you go through them very quickly if there are others in the family: and they are not cheap. The upside is that broccoli and kale sprouts have 100 times more nutrition than the mature plants. So you have to bite the bullet and pay up!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThese are okay but I found ones higher in sulphurophane which is the whole point. THey send a little sample packet of mixed sprouting seeds with the order, a nice gesture, but slightly odd as the seeds all require different sprouting times. Broccoli seeds take a good 5-6 days before you want to eat them and others are ready in 2-3 days. Doesn’t really work.

who has never sprouted anything, can grow them.
I definitely recommend buying from this seller, they give a lot of extra customer satisfaction, as well as offering help, if you need it.
Included are a sample of other seeds for sprouting, along with their prompt dispatch, instructions and an included recipe, they are definitely value for money.

This is my first time sprouting seeds. Many of the seeds did not germinate but lots did. I found it hard to separate them out when they were done. They taste lovely and were worth waiting 5 days for.
I watched a video on YouTube to help me know what to do. I used a mason jar with a mesh lid.
I received a small sample of protein mix seeds which I’m trying next and I’m excited to see how they turn out.
I add the sprouted seeds to salad sandwiches and they have a pleasant peppery taste, like cress and rocket.

I cannot comment on the flavour yet as only received yesterday but I’m very pleased with the value and very quick delivery. They are easy to sprout and should see the results in a few days. Very happy thank you

These are great seeds, growing in about 6 days in the winter. They taste like an old lady show, but are very healthy. For those that enjoy this sort of torture, I highly recommend them. Otherwise, stay fat and buy a candy car!!

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersSprouting is my new found joy. It is an amazing experience, so satisfying watching the sprouts grow every few hours and eating your own grown food. There are so many health benefits from eating sprouts especially for our gut. This is the food of the future!

I had a few failures with Raab seeds, with sprouts going mat or rot. The methods that works best for are 1) Glass jar has to be sterilised everytime; 2) Soak the seeds for 12 hours (longer than the instruction); 3) Rinse and drain the seeds/sprouts once a day, instead of twice a day. The key is just to get the seeds just moist, not drowning wet. 4) 5th day leave the jar out to photosynthesis for a few hours. 5) Refrigerate sprouts in same ja

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe fact that these seeds are soil-association certified gave me confidence. They arrived securely and I followed instructions and soaked hem for eight hours. Then followed my sprouting book advice and viewed a couple of TYT videos. I had organic cheese cloth secured with elastic bands and used a dish drain rack to lean my mason jars. Then I waited, rinsed twice a day, By fourth day I had a beautiful harvest of delicious, organic and highly nutritious sprouts. I have had several harvests since and still have plenty of seeds left.. I am very happy!

My first attempt at sprouting and I’m on a roll with my 3rd jar. I followed “Judy in the Kitchen” advice on YouTube, she’s been sprouting for decades and it’s so easy. This packet will last for ages as I use 2 tablespoons of seeds in my jar.

Have a look on YouTube, there’s plenty of information on how to grow these. I found that the jar with the mesh lid is the best.
Two table spoons worth will give you a few days of sprouts.
Have a small handful 3 times a day

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersFirst time growing these but very easy, just needs water changing a few times a day, investing in the proper jars with mesh lids – my previous attempt in a jar with kitchen paper was not great.

Anyway a week later you get a jar full of broccoli sprouts, and I actually quite like the taste, I’d say it’s not the dissimilar to rocket/mustard or strong cress. Given the amount your going to throw over a salad it gives it all a nice kick. Although I have found I prefer the taste if there is something else in the salad with a strong or spicy taste such as Kimchi, or garlic.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersIt may be me but I find it difficult to grow in the mason jar. It took far longer for the seeds to germinate than information suggests, and even with cleaning regularly the seeds from my second attempt had to be thrown away due to the smell and mouldy appearance. I managed one good grow but it took about a week of constant cleaning and replacing in the dark cupboard only getting out into the light when they had grown. Only approx half the seeds seemed to germinate. It must be my technique and I think another utensil to grow might be needed.

I have sprouted a tablespoon of these seeds. They seemed to sprout slowly in my cold kitchen but after 6 days the sprouts were about 1 inch long. Tasted really good and I feel a lot better I have a 3 tier sprouter and will start some every 2 days so I will always have sprouts available.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersThis s my first time trying to sprout seeds – and it worked. I’ve started slow. I’ve just added a tablespoonful to my salads and I will gradually increase my portion sizes. I’ve just heard that the health benefits of sprouted broccoli seeds are multiplied many times by freezing the finished product and also by making sure you chew thoroughly, so I will be doing that in the future. I’m so pleased. I live in a small, dark, flat. Nowhere to grow fruit or veg, but now I know I can grow my own sprouted seeds
