Pump care is essential to the longevity of the fountain. Please clean the pump every 4 weeks following the instructions below: 1. remove the pump screen. 2. Place your fingernail under the pointed end of the impeller cover and pull it out. 3. remove the impeller and clean the parts with soap and warm water. If the pump stops running, it is almost certain that the impeller rotation will be interrupted by debris trapped in the impeller shaft. My cat is very fussy , and drinks little causing urinary problems, however he likes drinking out of taps !!! This was a perfect solution, something I can keep on all day without any annoyance!! My cat uses it constantly now
I would have gave this 5 stars however if the water is not filled to its max ( where it makes little noise )

I’m very pleased with this, and so is the cat. The assembly instructions were very clear and well written – which is unusual these days. It’s a nice smooth unfussy design and completely silent as long as the water level doesn’t get too low – we are using it with the single white fitting which just gives a gentle bubbling of water. My only quibble, is not being able to unplug the USB cable for cleaning – but it’s still quite manageable.
I ordered on the 25th October 2022 and the pump has given out less than a year later. The product was good however it’s not long lasting shame it didn’t even have a year in it!
We bought one of these over three months ago ( we already have one ) and we was having issues with the pump, it was noisy water not running proper so I messaged the seller explained the problem, sent them a video and they sent me a message to tell me they are sending me a new on one. They where very understanding and extremely helpful, so if you do have issues contact them they are very helpful.
Easy to set up, arrived on time. Cats love it, it was to replave one which had broken. Usually takes them a while to get used to new stuff but began drinking grom it right away. Its a lot quieter than old one.
I don’t normally write reviews but I can’t believe for the price how nice and quiet it is & definitely better than some more expensive ones I’ve brought! My cat loves it & was also very happy with the little gifts for her that came with it! Will definitely not be using another brand again x
But my cat is disinterest in it. She has better quality drinking water than us and couldn’t care less .
Should have save my money. But no fault in the product.
I was sceptical that my cat would drink from the fountain as she seems to prefer pond/puddle/neighbours bird table water. And at first the cat preferred the two toys to the fountain. I’ve never seen her move so much!!
After a week, the cat sussed the fountain and drinks from it regularly.
It’s easy to put together and the pump is quiet. Perfect item (and glad I didn’t spend 20 quid on 2 toys…)
I brought my cat this new water fountain, it stopped working. But the company kindly replaced the item immediately. This item I noticed by the parts is of new design & is working perfectly, more importantly the customer service of the seller was really good ie instant replacement on the faulty item & they did not ask me to bother to return the previous item, so all in all I cant complain & the cat loves it. Due to its stainless steel bowl it keeps the water cold as it flows into it & then drains away for fresh water to be pumped into it.
It’s ok, quiet, but unfortunately my cat is afraid of it, so doesn’t come close 🙁 (my cat is scared of everything) The product came with 2 cat toys as a surprise that my cat loved!
As my cat will only drink from the tap. I ordered this as I thought it would be nice for him to have constant drinking water. The cable isn’t that long so ended up placing it on the kitchen counter next to the plug socket. At first my cat didn’t seem that interested in it, but a week later on two occasions I have seen him drink out of it. Im hoping he will get more use to it as time goes on.
Buying this fountain was the best decision I ever made and the best money I ever spent towards my kitten. My kitten was terrible at drinking water regardless of how many water bowls I put out for him and how often I changed out the water, he was also tipping over water bowls on a daily basis. As a result of the dehydration he was getting cystitis every few weeks and as you can imagine the vet bills were racking up. So I made the decision to invest in a fountain in a bid to motivate him to drink more water and I have not looked back. I have had this fountain for around 3 months now and my cat has not had cystitis even once since my purchase. He almost drinks more water in a day than he was in a week previously. It is a sturdy structure as it has never been tipped over by my kitten and virtually soundless, it is great for when I need to be away for the day as I can leave it on for him and the light inside is also great for when it is on overnight. Assembling it is straightforward with the help of the video and it is easy to clean. Cannot recommend it enough for a happy and healthy cat.
My only gripes with it are, that although there is a level gauge on the side of the bowl, it is quite difficult to see at times; they should’ve fitted something like a floating bead to make it easier to see. Also, when it comes to cleaning it’s a bit fiddly as you have the power lead, pump and light to contend with unless you completely disassemble it first.
The filters have helped catch loose fur from him as well as helping to reduce the bleachy taste that comes in our area, I tried a small amount of the water before letting him use it and can say its helped with the taste in this regard.
I would definitely recommend it as its not too loud, going from other reviews I think it may vary from product to product, mine is quiet and only makes a light trickling sound when the fountain head is on, personally I find it calming though, it’s also offered more independence for my cat since he wont need to ask us to turn the tap on anymore when he wants running water.
I noticed in existing reviews that others mentioned that the pieces don’t click into place and cats are knocking the top off. I haven’t had that issue so far, it doesn’t click into place as such but seems fairly well weighted and has held together ok while my cat plays and drinks. In general pleased. I also bought a pack of filter refills. Happy with both purchases. Thanks
Easy to put together, relatively quiet and holds a decent amount of water. This was our first water fountain with neither of our two cats having experienced before. We initially set it up with the beansprout but they both look nervous of it. Used the short spout instead and one of them took to it straight away. After a few weeks I changed to the beansprout as it’s ‘cute’ and she was then fine with it. The other cat took around a month before he decided it was safe to use, but then he is fussy! It’s been brilliant for them in this hot weather. One downside the pump did stop working after a month but after a clean, it burst into life. The customer support were very helpful once reported and did offer to send a new motor. Still going strong at 4 months.
The product arrived earlier than expected, packaged very securely in a neat little box. After opening up the box, I was very pleasantly surprised to discover that the seller had very kindly included some lovely cat toys in the box as a free gift. My cat was delighted to receive them, even more than his new fountain The fountain itself was securely packaged with all the necessary parts, which only took me a few minutes to put together & set up. It’s been working nicely so far & after using it for a week I cleaned it out, which is very easy to do & necessary for maintaining hygiene. It also comes with a filter, but I would suggest getting some extras to keep the water fresher for longer.
I’m very pleased I chose this fountain, not only because it looks good & matches with any decor but it’s fairly quiet too, with a gentle & soothing trickle unlike a lot of noisier fountains. It also features a light to indicate the water level, which is quite useful for the cat to locate it at night time. I also like the size & shape of the bowl, which holds an ample amount of water while being compact & is nicely rounded with a sort of lip around the edge of the bowl to stop water dripping out. It has several different flow modes, so you can adjust it according to your cat’s preference. Mine prefers the bubbling flow, so I use the shorter nozzle for that effect. All in all, I’m very satisfied with this fountain & would highly recommend it to anyone who has a fussy furbaby like mine that refuses to drink still water. This is a great way to keep them hydrated while being quiet, stylish, easy to clean, affordable & well made.
