Wanted to put a wireless charger in my BMW had a real battle getting the center console out, so had a look on the Amazon jungle and then had a gamble on these these tools which almost seemed too good at the price. This gamble was a great bet, condole out in under a minute & wireless charger installed.

Honestly really impressed withbgg the hear tools. Thank you 🙂

I anticipated that these would be cheap and flimsy but far from it. These are good quality trim removal tools and cover every shape or eventuality that I can imagine in trim removal.
    A really good buy

Only used a couple so far but seem robust enough to tackle most jobs. Used mostly for changing interior bulbs to led and made the job an easy task. Worth the money if you need to remove trim without breaking clips or scratching trims or interio

Needed this to pop out the electric Window control panel in my motorhome interior door panel. Had tried a small flat blade screwdriver but was starting to mark the vinyl. This bag of tricks did the job in seconds and left not a mark on the vinyl! Well worth the money and will no doubt be used dozens of times in the future as there’s a whole host of great accessories in this bag!

Decent set of trim removal tools, good assortment, seem sturdy enough. I needed to get the rear light cluster lens off my car and these proved invaluable, I imagine they’ll be every bit as useful for other jobs.

I occasionally have to remove the clips that secure car trims. These I bought as a stand in as my original set was left elsewhere. I was surprised how well made they are, durable and economical to buy. They’re vastly superior to using screwdrivers etc that usually end up damaging the clips & trim.

Nice selection of tools for trim removal and they look robust though I have not had need to use them so far. A handy set to have at hand for any car owner.

A good set but they are a bit too flexible for removing vag door card (the clips are very strong on these but the tools flexed quite a bit when having to have a decent amount of pressure on them.

Used them 3 times to remove my car’s door trim and held up ok in all but could be made of a stronger substance as they did flex quite a bit so be careful not to use too much pressure when trying to pry things off or risk them snapping.

For removing interior car body trim excellent bit of kit does what it says on the tin small size kit but big type uses plastic is strong robust well made and within its 14 pieces every trim panel can be removed safely without damage great for the DIY MECHANIC recommend.

For the price you can’t complain. Not the best of quality or sturdiness but saved myself quite a lot of money doing the job rather than garage. Would recommend for the price.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersA well made tool equally as good as the snap-on professional tools I’ve used before but for a fraction of the cost.

If you need to install anything in your car where you need to remove some of the plastic trim these are perfect and will not damage you trim.

Stop using a screwdriver and use these it will make your life easier I promise you, we have all damaged our cars interior using a screw driver DON’T DO IT AGAIN LOL

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThis trim removal tool was used by me (I’m not a mechanic) and they work well and don’t leave tool marks on the trim. I looked on line to find out he best way to replace a faulty rear N/s passenger door mechanism on a BMW E90 2006 saloon. The actual faulty part it turns out chews up a nylon gear wheel inside the door lock mechanism and is a common fault on these BMW models apparently. This lock mech is approximately 60cm x 60 cm made of nylon black plastic and the thickness of a BMW door it works electrically of the fob and obviously is fitted behind the trim. I can only speculate at the high cost BMW would charge to supply and fit this door lock as a new item. Even looking at the part it looks expensive. I managed to get a S/H replacement on line for 29.00. So the whole job -now I m at home re the CV 19 restrictions- plus cost of the panel removal tools cost about 40 in total. excluding my time. The tools worked well but you need to look on line -there’s plenty of info-to see how to do it. The door panel which is a press fit with nylon peg and friction fasten holes came off quite easily with these tools. It probably took me as a practical novice about 4-5hrs over two sunny days start to finish with a suitable sit down chair to sit on and cups of tea including checking on line instructions.Door looks and works like new too!

I bought these for accessing behind panels in my van. They worked well, although I had fun figuring out which tool worked best for which fasteners. In the end the metal pry tool was a good all round tool. A nice set but unless you are a full time mechanic or car interior fitter, you might find 14 tools a bit of a waste.

I don’t know how they boxed it before, can’t the life of me get it all back in. It is handy and great for lifting car panels with scratching them. You really only need a couple or you just choose your best tools and stick with them. Only thing I don’t like is they do take a lot of space up in my tool case!

I bought this set to help remove a difficult aftermarket double din stereo that had been badly fitted to a car i recently bought , the stereo keys are decent that don’t bend out of shape after a bit of pressure it was a pity there were only 2 but it’s manageable the pry bars are great just enough give in them and not a mark on my Audi’s interior , I’m planning on installing a new Dab multimedia system with rear camera etc so they will come in very hand . The only niggle is a roll pouch of some type for storage would have been perfect . Cheap enough Well worth having a set around . Recommended

When you don’t want to leave marks when removing plastic trim in cars, vans, caravans and boats, then this toolkit is ideal. There’s a good selection of tools for gently prising trim pieces away from their retainers. I used it to great effect on my son’s car when removing internal trim panels in order to trace a rear washer pipe fracture. All panels were removed without any damage whatsoever and the problem located and repaired. Recommended.

I used these to hide the cables for my mirror dash cam on my Mercedes e class estate, with these I was able to hide the cables above all the doors windows etc, and I was able to tuck all the cables away from the front mirror camera right around the whole length of the car to the 12v socket in the rear and to the hatch door without a scratch or mark on the car a very handy set of tools.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersI was having a minor anxiety attack wondering how on earth I was going to remove some bumper trim without snapping the 9 clips that run across it. I wanted to do this as soon as it popped into my head, but a similar kit from Halfords was 16. I decided to wait and find something cheaper on Amazon. Having had this almost a month, I only opened it yesterday. Wow! So many different tools, really well made and very durable plastic. It helps if you can find a guide on the trim you’re going to remove so you have an idea of where the clips are. Bearing in mind I can be quite clumsy, these tools absolutely did the job and all clips remained intact. The box contains the loose items, no big deal. The best part is the good quality colour printed guide that tells you which tool is best for the job. Highly recommended piece of kit for very little money.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI used these tools to hide the wiring of a front and rear mini dash cam – which is stuck on the windscreen behind the driver’s mirror – and on the rear screen. I’d previously fitted a SatNav, and concealed its wiring, from the 12v socket to the right side of the windscreen using a combination of flathead screw driver and pointed vegetable knife – not without risk to the trim.or my fingers! But with these tools (I didn’t use all of them) I was able to discretely hide all the dash cam’s wiring above the mirror, round the top of the screen, down the sides, and all the way along the bottom edge under the doors, to the hatch back.

They came packed in a plain cardboard box, which fits nicely in the glove box, or in the under seat tray, where they are handy to use quickly. They could also be kept in a small drawstring bag. It would be handy if one was supplied. There is a plug-like connector bit on the rear dash cam cabling which the dogs sometimes knock, pulling the wiring out of the trim so, these strong sturdy plastic tools which do not bend as they are well shaped, continue to be an absolute boon. They certainly save the cost of having these gadgets professionally fitted, and do just as good a job. I have found uses for the tools in the house too. I just wish I’d had them sooner.

I bought these for 2 different jobs, but only had time for 1 up to now. I needed to remove the door mirror from the outer on my BMW. This involves levering it out from its fixing, which I had put off until these tools arrived. All went well, and I would recommend the product. I see that other reviews want a case or tool roll, but that wold increase the cost a fair bit, so, I am being adaptable, and using the box they come in.

Golden Review Award: 27 From Our UsersOverall: Nice solid tools, with plenty of choice.

    Disclaimer:
I generally don’t know what I’m doing. Honestly, I really don’t. I am not a car mechanic or a detailer. However! I have actually used tools like these before so I do have something to compare them too. If you are in the same situation, hopefully this helps you and sets your mind at ease.

    First Impressions:
They arrived in a plain box with not much presentation – but these aren’t really something you’d gift to someone. All pieces were there with none missing or duplicated. They seem as strong, tough and durable as ones I have used before.

    Design:
    * I bought these to help fit a dashcam I’ve just bought – the tools are great at tucking the long wires away, and also useful in fishing the wire out from tight places.
    * I also take some bits of trim off to wrap with vinyl wrap and again, these are just what you need.
    * I thought that I would only use about three pieces, but thought it prudent to get the largest kit, since it was cheap anyway. Having said that, there are some pieces in here that are going to be very useful (ones on the bottom row of the picture are chamfered edged and therefore perfect for tucking vinyl wrap).
    * I’m not a massive fan of the colour. The ones I’ve used before were blue, and a little bit more palatable. But given the price, beggars cant be choosers!

    Use:
So from the off, these are nice and tough. I made sure nice and early to “test” them – mainly the largest one since I’ve snapped one of those before. They’re strong and tough. Also, like I said, given the sharp edges to some of them, they are perfect for getting into tight gaps – just use a cloth if you’re going near the car paint just in case.

    Longevity:
The biggest worry is them snapping. I’ve already tried somewhat, but they could still break I suppose. Using the one best suited to the job will help. Regardless, and as always, if they fall short and fail or break then I’ll come back and update this review.

5.0 out of 5 stars Cheap with a great selection of different pieces.
