I don’t understand the bad reviews about the bands being too long, you can adjust the length with your feet or other means. Unlike tubular rubbish bands, this is really durable and thoughtfully designed to last. It comes with all accessories and attachments with a great price. Highly recommended.
The bands are as described by the seller. I personally prefer free standing weights but the resistance bands provide a cheap, easy to store alternative if space is tight or if you are away from home.
Ideal for a small room / space in which to do fitness muscle strengthening or rehab work. These are well made with strands rather than a single tube . The handles are comfortable to use and the door jam devise works well. The spread of band weights make them suitable for all. Colour coding as well as labels make it easy to identify each band.
I was very pleasantly surprised as other products often feel very cheap with small handles
These differ as they are a corded material but are generally well made with nice touches such as clear pvc tube to stop wear at anchor point.
I doubt they’ll last as long as Bodylastics but they are perfectly adequate and the handles are strong compared to many others and the metal buckles etc seem substantial
In context the whole set including handles, bands, snap hooks and door anchors and 95lbs combined is less than a set of handles from Bodylastics
Bodylastics are the gold standard and deservedly so but at about 20% of the price these are definitely a viable alternative especially if the user looks after the bands properly
his item is head and shoulders above all other resistance bands, have bought 2 sets and plan on buying more (need extra weight due to progress made) and also at a very reasonable price
Good resistance bands, made from what seems to be good material. I like the hooks because they are made from metal, the handels and the bands are pretty long so you will need a little bit of room to get more tension on the band. I used the for a couple of times and I am happy with them.
Impressed with the quality of the product so far. I’ve been using it for over a month now. My only issue is that all the weights are in lbs not kg. Seems very durable and strong so far.
Will continue using it to advance exercises when strength returns so looking forward to using it more . Good range of bands but can only use lowest two at the moment and will be fitting a wall anchor so in time making full use of the set.Everything about the set is of good quality and works well definitely recommend spending a little extra and buying Proiorn bands – the old saying applies here in that u get what u pay for .
