Cheap and cheerful
Item was a little fiddly to put together as the hole for the bolt was still covered over with the plastic of the main unit. Had to cut the hole out myself and then hammer the bolt home so that it would engage with the nut on the holder.
Unit was fine after that and looks great. Holds the parasol nice a tightly.
Sturdy base which worked well with our umbrella
Used next to our outdoor table, to hold an umbrella to provide shade. Did exactly what we expected, nice and sturdy. Very happy with purchase. Looks nicer than I exepected too.

Love every bit of it except the tube for fitting the parasol into was too big for the parasol stick, so had to add pieces of wood into it to steady the parasol which blew off on the day we used both! ::)). Make sure to take measurements before purchasing!

Thought this would be ideal for my umbrella it rocks in the wind and nothing to block the hole off when not in use so not to be left outside during winter months .
Sturdy
Sturdy umbrella holder. Pre filled so no messing with sand or water to weigh down. Easy to assemble and adjustable to umbrella pole size. Nice rattan pattern gives it a more expensive look.
Very easy to assemble, a few reviews have said it ‘wobble’, not if you assemble correctly, there are two bushes to allow for different size of poles, plus one that fits inside at the bottom of the upright pipe that takes the parasol pole, this bottom one has a funnel shap inner, so it can take different size poles, this keeps the pole in the centre of the upright pipe, once you tighten the retaining screw, the parasol pole will be ridgeded and not wobble, works great for the price
Ordered the Parasol Base late afternoon on Prime next day delivery and it had arrived by midday the following day. The Base came well packaged with all of the necessary parts and an illustrated assembly sheet So it was very easy to put together, it seems to be sturdy enough and sufficiently heavy to secure our large Parasol mounted within it.
Therefore we were very pleased with this item and would order another one, if it was needed
Mostly good
Absolutely fine if your one of the people that only puts the garden umbrella out when you need it. I’m not so organised and mine lives out in the garden all year round. I bought this for a base that was trashed by the 70MPH winds earlier this year, but the 40MPH winds we have just had (April 2022) still blew the umbrella over. I have now added to the weight with a sandbag style parasol weight (also available from Amazon).
