I have fine hair that doesn’t respond to gels or mousses. Hair powder was introduced to me by my hairdresser, so I purchased this for myself. I works fabulously and I adore the scent. I highly recommend this product.

This hair powder is great and extremely easy to use. After watching my barber use a simular product for some time now, I thought I should get some myself. I always enjoy how my hair feels after using it and it makes it look professionally done everytime. The issue I find with gel, wax and clay is that it always looks like you’re using product… Not with this. Super easy to use and has a great result.
I used to use styling powder before salt sprays became all the rage. Looking for something to give me dry hold and texture, I gave this a try. The scent is a little odd and you have to make sure you apply gently and distribute well so you don’t look like you have a raging dandruff issue.
But it’s a good product with a nice, natural hold. Reasonably expensive but seems to work fine for the price.
This is a nicely scented powder that works well into the hair although using too much does leave a tacky feel. Use sparingly and it’s a good flexible hold that lasts and is reworkable. Better holding than I was expecting.
This is the first time I’m using hair styling powder, and it works perfectly. It’s like getting salt water spray, but with more gel mixed in. It gives hair a good matte look and is semi-pliable. I say semi because it’s not that easy to work once it starts sticking together. I don’t even need to blow dry the hair to style, just apply to dry hair in the morning and style. The only con is that it’s a powder and it can get airborne pretty quick, and as such I’ve inhaled the powder a few times and it’s caused me to cough so be careful when applying.Other than that it’s very solid choice for a reasonable price.
I like hair powders as they are easy to use and mostly don’t leave any residue and can confirm this one that doesn’t leave residue.

Does exactly what it says on the tin: provides a matte, textured gold to hair that lasts surprisingly well. A good sized product for the price with a nice scent to it too. My only issue os that you really do have to wash your hair after using as the next day it does become too textured/matte and I struggle to restyle!
This is the first time I’ve used a powder hair product and I am extremely impressed. I’ve got fine hair that flops easily and this powder gave perfect hold to give it some body.
Getting the amount right takes a bit of getting used to but I’ve got it now and I love it.
What I don’t love though is the strength of the scent. Quite frankly, I smell like a teenage boy heading out with too much aftershave. It’s not an unpleasant smell but it is strong to me. I can be a bit sensitive so someone else may find this fine, each to their own.

I have never seen anything like this before, i normally use mouldable wax then apply to my hair so to apply a powder straight to my hair then mould my hair as normal did appear a little odd. Amazingly this powder magically transforms into a mouldable wax with no residue left.
The powder has the same sort of perforated lid as does talcom powder so it si gradually released in fine form
The powder has the most glorious smell, it’s defiently non gender specific, very light and fresh aroma which lasts a long time as does the wax.
Suitable for long and short hair, I use it while wearing a tie back style to keep stray hairs in palce and it lasts me all day.

This not only helps style your hair but actually adds volume which, with my receeding years is extremely welcome!
I was surprised that a powder could achieve this and it worked best after a couple of applications when I was better able to judge exactly how much you use.
The price is not bad either and you should get a few weeks use out of it – again depending on whether you use it every day or just going out for the evening.
If like me this is something you would not usually consider you might be pleasantly surprised if you give it a go.
I use this to tame my son’s unruly hair! I have the medium strength and that doesn’t last all day if your trying to defy gravity with your hair but if your holding bits in place at the crown it works well. You don’t use much powder so this seems good value for money. The scent is fine, not overpowering and smells similar to having products used in a salon. Overall this is a really quick win to help style and manage hair in adults and children alike.
I have recently discovered that my hair likes these powders better than wax or gel or anything else like that. They leave a really good matte finish and easy to work with
This one for me is a little too strong. I liked how the powders gave more of a natural hold and allowed you to sculpt better. However this one is too fixed for my liking. My suggestion is if you want a more natural hold then go for the slightly less strong ones.
That being said it smells great, it does work very well (too well for me) and is well priced.
I have quite curly hair which is sadly now showing the first signs of thinning and I was impressed at how well this powder seemed to volumize it and make for easy styling. The powder, although white seems to quickly disappear and you do not end up looking as though the baby powder fell on your head before you left the house. I find that on my hair type, this product works better than creams do.
I love hair powder because it doesn’t leave the same residue as gel/wax, and makes your hair look much more natural! Even when you run your fingers through your hair, it feels thick rather than sticky – perfect for a natural feel and look!
Of course, because it doesn’t stick your hair together, you’re not going to achieve a “set” look, and your hair will move about a lot, but it will generally retain the same sort of rough shape. This is perfect for days where your hair is very flat and you just want to give it some volume/shape. On days where I’m looking for a bit more of a “set” look, I just use a load of hair spray afterwards and it holds itself much better!
This powder is very easy to use and doesn’t have a bad scent to it. It gives your hair instant volume and comes out very easily in the shower if you want it to!
Overall, I think this is a great product for the price and it works exactly like you want it to! For 8 at the time of writing, I think its very well priced! Would recommend!
I have been using these type powders like talc basically for ages.
The object is to add a bit of powder and create the style you want.
Certainly adds a lot of volume, and what is good, whether thin or thick, curly or straight hair, this can be used.
All I do is sprinkle some powder into my hair, best to part the hair in sections because then the powder and hair can be rubbed and by magic the hair lifts up high.
For once I have a scent with this product and so freshens the hair if not washed beforehand. No need to wet hair, goes on dry.
This type is one of the best I have used and a good price at 7.99. This is only a 20g tub but please be frugal, no need to use much, it’s trial and error how much individuals use, but my hair did go greasy using to much. As they say, you can add, but not take it away
So this powder is unisex, anyone can use.
I really like it, some very creative styling going on now at home.

Perfect for my new hairstyle. After getting annoyed at my hair getting in my face while out walking I have gone from long even hair to a medium layered, textured, cut. It looks so much better with a bit of volume and structure instead of laying flat. This is brilliant, it works so much better for me than wet styling products. It smells nice and doesn’t look powdery once on. It holds my hair just right, loving the messy textured look, wish I’d done it years ago.
Hair powder is great for texturising and adding matte volume but it’s a little fiddly to apply so better for evenings out than in the morning, for me – you only need a little and then can foof up hair – it can get a bit sticky by the end of the evening so best wash out – light fragrance is nice and not too noticeable.
I like the messy look with my hair and find it difficult to achieve this without wax or putty that has a wet look.
This is perfect – it’s not too firm or too soft, holds my hair just right.
It’s powder, so has no wetting qualities and it keeps the hair looking rugged.
It smells great too – totally recommend.
