Personally I think they are better than ghds (which I’ve had for 10 years) They glide through your hair and do not tug. Very recommended. Easy to do curls with too.
I never used to use straighteners because I could never find a good pair to straighten my hair as it’s so wavy and puffy but now I use it everyday. I would definitely recommend.

Bought these as a cheap purchase after my GHDs broke and funds were a little tight. These in my opinion are sooo much better for a fraction of the price the best straighteners ever for my long hair. Very impressed!
I’ve tried all the straighteners out there, these are without doubt the best I’ve ever had. Even if I’ve curled my hair, the next day I can just straighten the curls out, no problem. You won’t be disappointed.
Bought this only a few days ago and it’s really good. I wanted a straightener with adjustable settings and this one seemed like a good option. I can’t complain about the product it’s really good and it does what it’s supposed to.
Cable a little shorter than I need, but do seem to take ages heating up or to stop flashing. I’ve usually managed and finished by time they stop flashing to show they’re at temperature. Though wanted value for money. So I now just allow extra time to heat.
My usual premium branded straightener broke and I needed a quick replacement. Given the good reviews , I tried these and they work great on my very long, wavy, fairly frizzy hair. About half hour or less to do my whole head and stayed the next few days. I used with a heat protection/ conditioning oil. I have recommended these to family as I think they are good value. I have only used them once so far, so will have to see how they last. But impressed so far.
These hair straightners are a life changer and for the price you can’t go wrong at all.
They heat up instantly you can control the temperature it goes up 230c just as good as the very expensive brands you won’t be disappointed.

My Mrs ordered these for our Daughter for Christmas after hearing really good reviews on here and by word of mouth. Daughter has long thick hair so asked for wide plate straighteners and I just can’t justify paying 100 quid+ for a pair of other brands when my other half swears by Remington products plus they seem to last a long longer . They look to be good quality. Only reason we’ve given it 4 stars is because it’s not been used yet as they’re a Christmas gift. Will review again once used.

These straighteners are lovely and easy to use. They heat up quickly. The wire is long but still gets tangled and will not straighten out, so lost a star for that as its quite annoying.
I got them in the mail the other day I’ve only used them once and so far I’m so impressed I have really curly frizzy hair and one pass was more than enough cannot recommend these enough i used setting 180 and it’s perfect the straightening also lasted the whole week and for the amazing price I’m so impressed
Works perfectly and I’m able to use a lower heat setting 150 degrees vs my existing straightener which is set at 185 degrees. Very fast heat up time 15 seconds. Nothing not to like I’m glad I bought this. I ordered this as a secondary straightener to take on holidays and to have as a spare but I will keep this as my main. 5 year warranty plus 1 further year if you register the device.
The product is good but the locking system doesn’t work so it’s not very convenient to use. Would have preferred ordering a replacement but returns are paid for by the customer.
These are great I brought them a while ago and use them a lot. The lock to hold them together after using them is good as well as everything else.
I’m more than happy with these straighteners, glide through my unruly hair with ease too! I’ve deducted one star as mine definitely do NOT heat up in 15 seconds On average, they take at least 40 seconds Has anyone else had the same issue?

I’ve had GHDS for over 15 years my last pair broke the other day.
My sister asked me to borrow her straighteners before buying another pair of GHDS I was sceptical but I said go on then.

Where have these straighteners been all my life please ? GHDS do nothing for my hair but leave it frizzy having to pass my hair 3/4/5 times before it actually looks kind of straight but as soon as I go outside it’s game over back to square one with puffy frizzy hair 🙁
These Remington straighteners are amazing you can change the temperature which is great for my thick hair. They leave my hair SUPER SOFT SLEEK & SHINY.

Thought the reviews on these couldn’t be true but so glad I bought these. Fantastic straighteners, used ghd’s for years and these definitely give a much better finish. My husband even thought I’d been to hairdressers. 100% recommend. I’m converted…
Heating is really quick and easy to use.
Temperature control sometime behave abnormally and then after restart it works okay. don’t know why.
I ignored that because I really like the product. Enjoying this one from remington.
Bought during a sale, my wife’s straighteners we begining to fail, so she was on the lookout for another set. She saw these on sale and juped at the change, ok told me to jump at the chance 😉
They are very good, I have heard no complaints, the finish with smooth and glossy without any fuss. Not having used them they seem to heat up quicker than before leave a nicer result than her previous ones.

This is my first hair straightener so I cannot compare it to anything else. It heats up extremely quickly and you can choose how hot you need it. It has helped my new wavy hair to be straight again.
I bought these after my last straighteners broke and was weary as I hadn’t used Remington before but wanted wider paddles.
I’m really happy with them and would definitely recommend. I love that there are a choice of temperature settings rather than just low or high, and the wide paddles are great.
