I purchased these for my dad to strengthen his arm as the physio had recommended to buy bands, they work perfectly for the exercises he has to do. He is working with the light and medium ones at the moment and when strong enough will move on to heavy ones. I would recommend as they are long enough to stand on and pull above your head
I bought these bands to help my recovery from a broken elbow joint. Plastercast for 5 weeks and then gentle exercises to regain movement of elbow, arm and wrist.
The bands make a huge difference and although I’m still on the lowest one yet to progress to the higher ones, I can feel the muscles, tendons and joints being worked. I’m in complete control as to how much movement and effort I put in, building up gently and progressively each day. All in the comfort of my home!

Bought a set for myself a while ago and have just bought a 2nd set for my daughter. Bought the longer (man’s) length as we are both over 5′ 6” and find the women’s length too short for comfort. More than satisfied.
