I bought these bands to help my recovery from a broken elbow joint. Plastercast for 5 weeks and then gentle exercises to regain movement of elbow, arm and wrist.
The bands make a huge difference and although I’m still on the lowest one yet to progress to the higher ones, I can feel the muscles, tendons and joints being worked. I’m in complete control as to how much movement and effort I put in, building up gently and progressively each day. All in the comfort of my home!
The bands are well presented in a convenient soft bag. They have caused no allergic reactions on me. Just used for resistance training at home to get some strength back as a formerly idle 77 yo. For me an ideal piece of kit.

Bought a set for myself a while ago and have just bought a 2nd set for my daughter. Bought the longer (man’s) length as we are both over 5′ 6” and find the women’s length too short for comfort. More than satisfied.
