How we get our start?
Hi, we’re a young Irish family. We started Ogato after having our little girl Thea. Becoming a parent really made us think about our moral responsibility to help future generations. Our aim is to create simple, easy & fantastic alternatives to single-use plastic.

Love these
Does exactly what it says but make sure you wash and dry them every time to stop bacteria build up. Defo recommend them for sensitive skin as no chemicals. I have virtually no blemishes now compared to when I was using make up wipes or remover.

These are fab! You get so many in the pack and they are all super soft. I had some bamboo ones originally but they cannot have been good for my skin because they were so uncomfortably scratchy

These are great can be used with warm water or with cleanser, work brilliantly. Unlike most reusable make up removers the colour of these is way more convenient lighter or prettier coloured ones look terrible after a couple uses even after washing. Will deffo be purchasing these agai
They wash out makeup very well.
I use Clinique take the day off cleansing balm. Wet these pads and make up is removed quickly. Squeeze and Rinse in cold water a few times. After a week or two can be put in the washing machine.

Using these instead of cotton wool/tissues to remove makeup , they work a treat just with warm water. Wouldn’t go back to the old ways . Just wash regularly with your hot wash

I love these so much I’ve since bought another lot of them, I don’t wear alot of makeup so mostly use them just for washing my face, but they do the job of removing makeup too when needed. They’re super soft, wash well and last forever.
Nice and big
Lovely and big, used halo pads for a number of years but they became rough. I can’t see these getting rough as they’re nice and soft. Removes make up well.

These really remove your makeup with just water! I find the bigger ones absorb more water than the smaller eye ones. Also, I think it is better to also use a micellar water or cleansing balm when removing mascara with the pads because I found that using the pad with just water rips some eyelashes out from the amount of rubbing you have to do. They are super easy to clean in the washing machine with the wash bag provided!

Best thing I’ve bought in a while, especially when used with warm water and Garnier Miscellar Aloe Water with hyaluronic acid for dehydrated skin. My make up is completely off within a couple of minutes and my face feels really fresh and clean. I’m surprised how easily the makeup rinses out of the pads under running hot water. I wish I’d bought them ages ago.

I was hesitant to buy these I must admit as others I’ve bought in the past have stained and were pretty rubbish once washed. I did take a gamble and did give these a go and oh my days they are a game changer. They are incredible. They get all my make up off with just water and the pads are so gentle for my sensitive skin. They wash beautifully and are again soft and ready to use once dry. So good for the environment too. No more buying cotton pads and make up remover liquid. These are the dogs danglers when it comes to make up removal. Worth every penny. Go purchase now!!

These are so good, I dont need makeup remover even for waterproof eyeliner. Easy to wash in the laundry bag provided. This is the second lot I’ve got so that I have enough for the week. Eye pockets dont make my eyes sore when removing mascara. The face pads are great and really soft. I dont wear lots of make up – just eyes, foundation/mineral powder and lipstick but I would defo recommend. Well woth the money and better for the environment than disposable pads/wipes, I’ve had my first set for over a yea
I don’t know what magic this is but no more cleansing liquids, for which I’m really happy because they always seem to irritate my skin and causing them to dry more. With this, just damp it with water and voila! Makeup comes right off and then wash it with soap and water, it would be ready to use next day.
It is bit on higher side but I really loved it. Pretty disappointed when I left it overseas during my last visit. I’ll definitely would be ordering this again.

I chose these reusable pads because they looked softer than the others I have seen on Amazon. I get put off by that tough-looking ring around the edge of the pads because it looks like it would hurt my eyes, so I was really happy to find that this pack came with pads without that part, specifically for use around your eyes.
I have used them with miceller water which does work well although I think I end up using a bit more product than usual because the pads are so absorbent. I also use the pads with a gel cleanser which works extremely well and gets all my make up off. The pads are so soft and my skin feels lovely afterwards!
Dare I say better than the face halo...
To be honest it’s quite soft and seems to work well, can’t comment on using just water because I haven’t tried that but I like using these to remove mascara by applying some oil based remover onto the pad and slightly rubbing the eyelashes gently and it really works a treat. I prefer these to the face halo which is a lot firmer.
Face halo makes my face feel cleaner but doesn’t always get all my eye makeup off, this product does.
May be too soft but in my opinion I don’t mind as I use it around my eyes so I want it to be gentle.

I cannot believe how much I love these I bought some in the summer after watching a TikTok and I ordered them immediately and they take off every thing, like a full face with double wear long stay lipstick and waterproof mascara with hardly any rubbing. I have just bought another three boxes as they are really the perfect gift and they’re packages so lovely. I’m an absolute fan and I’m helping the environment without even trying. I use then one stick them in the wash bag and stitch them in the wash they’re dry in no time and ready to use again. My face used to break out with cotton pads and make up remover but now that I’ve started using these my skin is much better. Just try them they’re only a tenner and you will love them as much as everyone else. Well done to this wee Irish family.

These are fab! Recently bought some reusable bamboo makeup remover pads but wasn’t happy, these though, definitely do the job.
They are very absorbant, product soaks in well and does not run off. Doesn’t have fibres coming off either which were the 2 problems I had with previous pads.
They are super soft and a really good size too.
They will remove makeup using just water which I was shocked at tbh. First few uses I was in a hurry and used Micellar Water as usual as I didn’t think water alone would work. When I tried water only I was pleasantly surprised.
They come with a headband and a gauze bag that they can be popped back in to go in the washing machine. Washed in machine well.

Great! I love them. They make taking your make up off such a pleasurable and soothing experience. Every time i use them i feel so relaxed afterwards. They work fantastic, they are easy to use, super soft and so far after months of using them, they are still as good as new. For the price and quality they are FANTASTIC and much better than the bamboo alternatives that I have previously bought which were way to rough on my skin and not at all absorbent when using micellar water or any other product for that matter. I must stress that, with these pads, i do not use micellar water but rather I use a cleansing bar/oil or face wash to break down the makeup and then using the pad, which I run under some warm water, I use to wipe away all the balm and makeup. After that, I wash the pads immediately under the tap and let them dry. Therefore, personally I couldn’t say how they would work with micellar water, but I do not see how it wouldn’t work well. According to instructions, which i have tried, you can also remove make up just using warm water with the pads, but i find it that it does not clean your skin thoroughly enough with this methods. Anyways, I hope you can enjoy them as much as I have if you end up getting them. Based on my experience I highly recommend them and would definitely repurchase them again if i ever need to.
Very very happy with this product. The headband is a must, so glad it’s included. I’m trying to move away from single-use items in my routines and the make-up wipes needed to go. I don’t know why I didn’t bin them sooner. These pads are lovely to use. Personally, I will damp an eye pad with some micellar water, hold on my eye to soak for a few seconds and then everything instantly wipes away, including my mascara. I then use an oil-based balm and dissolve the rest of my makeup, before damping a face pad with lukewarm water and gently wiping my face. Makeup actually gets removed rather than pushed around by a wipe. No redness from tugging and dragging wipes, and the softness gives you a whole new experience. I won’t put them in the washing machine each time, but I take a little amount of soap and massage the pads to disinfect them before hanging to dry. If you are looking to switch to a more sustainable and waste-free routine then this is what you need, so glad I did. The product also comes in a paper pouch without plastic wrapping which is very refreshing to see 🙂

There is a couple of clothes that have space to go over your fingers, these work really on thorougho removal of even the most stubborn eye make up very gently.
The thick pads are amazing . I can’t get washed without them. I use them to cleanse, tone , apply mask , remove mask , apply moisturiser and so on.
They really seem to lift every single bit make up from your face with no effort.
I’ve washed them repeatedly in the sink & in the washing machine at 60oc & 90oc with no coming apart or changing shape etc
I have bought many different styles of reusable pads from Amazon and these are the best by a country mile. They are fantastic value for money and I will be reordering more .
It’s very rare I buy an entire reusable set and like every part and they hold up with continued use .
As a side note , I am a beautician so they really do get put through their paces with all my routine and potions
So glad I got these. I actually ordered them for myself and my sister wanted some too after seeing mine. They’re so soft and so easy to clean. Even if I don’t put them in the washing machine, they can still be easily cleaned.
Makeup comes off really easily and I have sensitive skin and this hasn’t irritated me at all. Especially with eye makeup. Needs. Little more effort with eyeliner / mascara but still don’t need to rub it hard. So glad I purchased these as using cotton wool all the time makes me feel like I’m wasting so many just to take my makeup off and using wipes breaks me out in spots.
I’ve had these for a few months now and they’re still the same as when I received them. Not breaking apart etc.
These are great. Would defiantly recommend them. I personally don’t really use the headband, but it’s still handy to have. Nothing wrong with it as quality etc is still nice but it’s not something I tend to use.

I’ve been wanting to try reusable make up remover pads for a while so did a lot of research into what would fit best with my needs. I have nothing but praise for these, they are so so soft on my super sensitive skin and only needing water to remove make up is an absolute life saver as my skin is very easily irritated by the majority of products, not to mention the huge cost saving of not needing to buy any make up removing lotions or potions! The head band is extremely handy, it doesn’t budge or wriggle it’s way over my head like some elasticated head bands normally do. It’s great that there are three of the thicker circular pads and two of the thinner square pads, I only need one side of each of the pads to take off a full face of make up including heavy foundation, waterproof eyeliner and waterproof eyeliner. I can’t sing their praises enough!! 10/10 will definitely some more so I can be extra lazy and wash more in one go!

The package was received on time and wrap in a near bundle. I was quite impressed by the material. The face pad is thick, soft and absorbs water extremely well. I have eczema so I was getting tired of having to check the ingredients for wipes. Even sensitive wipes seems to irritate my face after a while due to the harshness of the material after a wipe or two it would start to lose its moisture and end up feeling like I was exfoliating which I really didn’t need. With that being said I haven’t used towel but I trust the brand so far. I use the reusable wipes for my eyes as well which are very sensitive, so that the fact that the material is more thin and flexible reflects proper branding and hard thinking put into the product. I have used the reusable wipe with my Cetaphil face wash and without my Cetaphil face wash. The results are the same in regards to removal of dirt and makeup, eye shadow, eyeliner etc. The only difference is the reusable wipes do not wash easily without the use of a product. For example without my Cetaphil face wash the makeup cakes up on the pad and with it the make up washes of very easily without much pressure. I also use warm water when I’m using it.
