I use this when fitting new doors and door frames it takes that sharp edge off which gives a more professional look and makes painting easier. It is also very good on finishing laminate edges when I am trimming kitchen work surfaces.
Your board needs to be smooth to get a clean edge without damaging the face but this tool just rounds the corner perfectly. Practice for the right amount of pressure to use is a must but this will always be one part of my tool kit.
It’s a really good little tool and easy to use . What I didn’t like about it is it’s very restricting to what you can use it on and only takes a tiny amount of the edge off
