They take a couple of minutes to fully dissolve, but when they do, you have a nice tasting drink and the solution even settles with a small ‘head’ which sounds odd but is actually pretty nice – it gives the drink a smooth texture. Also, a bonus that they offer better hydration than water. I’m buying some more for hiking trips so I can get more out of my water flask on longer hikes.

Electrolytes are proven to help rehydration and I definitely feel the difference on my indoor cycling sessions vs drinking simply water.
Recommend trying different flavour as it’s quite subjective.
I like most of them but my partner can’t stand the cola one for example (which has caffeine).
But all in all these are good value as electrolytes are really the same across brands but these don’t break the bank especially if getting them on subscribe and save here at amazon.
I used this during the couple of heatwaves experienced this summer to replace lost fluids due to heavy perspiration and it worked for me. I never experienced any cramps or fatigue. Flavour is acceptable, and the price is ok.
I use these on a daily basis now, the flavour is really nice and I always feel refreshed after using them. I have tried a variety of other brands and SiS seem to be the best (for me) they disolve fast, taste great and fit in all my bottle lids (if not they snap in half pretty easy)
Had my first one today.
The smell of the tablet and liquid is devine, so devine its misleading as the taste is an enquired one. But its drinkable, not chalky or bitter, just a funny twang you get with most products of this kind.
Tablet has seemed to work and has helped perk me up and boost my levels. Always need help during the end of week and this has.
