For such a small thing it’s superb it sharpens very good and it can stick to the surface thanks to the powerful suction pad on the bottom. Great bit of kit.
I sharpened all my knives and scissors as soon as I received my parcel. My knives are now slicing through paper. They were so blunt before but just two minutes after sharpening and I’m a bit wary of slicing my fingers on them the next time I use them or need to wash them. Brilliant product!
P.s. the suction bottom was great at keeping the sharpener stable, however, just be careful as it loosened a few times in between sharpening and had to be redone for each item.

This is a good little sharpener, but (to elaborate on the pun in the title) it doesn’t quite allow you to get as fine a point on your knives as I’d like. It is an effective sharpener and is probably more than good enough for most kitchen knives, but you may not be completely satisfied if you’re looking to sharpen your knives to a professional standard.
Is good suction is good and has sharpened knife but not completely yet? Maybe need to sharpen more as not fully sharpened yet, but knife was very blunt so need to use more? Maybe it me as it works well. Just is big camping knife so have not got to full sharp yet?
This is great and effectively sharpens my kitchen knives and scissors. While the suction is strong, I notice it eventually loosens while I’m using it. It’s safest to check this is well attached to the surface you attached it to between each knife.
Easy to use knife sharpener but I am not sure if the knives hold the sharpness. Not sure if that’s the knives or the sharpener. I have a set of Joseph Joseph knives and they are usually good quality. Suction power of the sharpener is amazing.
In summary it definitely makes your knifes sharper but takes practice to use and you can definitely buy better but this isn’t a bad option.
*Much easier to use compared to a Sharpening Steel and it is self explanatory in how to guide a knife through the cutting section.
*Great sharpening results on different blade styles.
*Good suction while attached to worktop & using – no slipping.
Cons:
*Can be a little hard to remember what slot to use for different styles blade/knife/scissor.
*A lot of metal fragment build up on the cutting teeth so requires wipe down after a few uses.
*Storage: like to stick to the wall/tile/fridge while not in use however suction drops off after a short while while vertical.
Overall:
Happy with product overall and the cons outlined I would consider minor. The main function and purpose of the sharpener works exactly as intended and is the main thing to remember.
