Excellent value
This watch is amazing value for money and has all the features that an expensive phone may cost you. It really looks the perfect and at present looks good quality. It will save you money in the long run, even if you did loose the watch. It’s not expensive to replace again.
Lovely watch
Lovely watch. Struggled to find a silver one until I found this. Smart looking watch. I like the app, simple to use and set up. I like the personalised screen, some only let you have a tiny size time on it, but this personalised screen allows good size time, date and steps too. Takes a 20mm strap.
Amended review Stopped working within 2 minths
** update **. I have had response from seller who advised a replacement would be sent, it arrived 24 hours later! So at this stage I have nothing negative to say, probably the original watch was just a faulty one and I look forward to setting up new one,
After less than 2 months watch stopped working- appears that it is not charging. Looking at friends watches, when you put it on charge a small light flickers on the battery to indicate charging. My watch has never done this but did work for approx 5-6 weeks and I thought it was charging but only found out about the little light today. I have written to vendor but no response received.
Good value for the price
Like that I can answer the phone while out without having to delve into the bottom of my bag. The battery holds a good charge and the watch looks smart.
Lovely watch wrong colou
I ordered the gold colour watch but received it in rose gold. Slightly disappointed it’s not the colour I wanted but I have decided to keep it as still looks good.

Great watch, so nice that it comes with two straps. It’s perfect for the gym in particular, lots of nice features. It’s not too bulky/heavy either. Very good value for the money and was easy to set up and sync with my phone. The battery life is also really good on it, lasts at least 4 days.

The watch was great unfortunately stopped working after 4 months I’ve messaged Big Wattch and asked for a replacement, no reply, Amazon doesn’t help as I’m out of the 30 days replacement policy. Hopefully they’ll read this a get back to me!
I’ve now had brilliant aftercare service from BigWattch, they couldn’t do enough trying to resolve the watch issues, resets, downloading the App again, but didn’t work! So new watch is now being sent out!
WOULDN’T HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Liked the style of this watch although, it was not straightforward connecting it to my phone (But that could be me and technology) It looks ver classy and l can wear it on all occasions. It helps me through the night having the torch l do not have to turn on any lights. The step counter helps me gauge my exercise. Overall, l am very pleased with this watch. I have also introduced this watch to my friend who has also purchased one
This watch is amazing, really comfy and not too heavy, it has touchscreen and overall looks really good, it’s not too big which I like aswell. This watch helped me to track my health and steps which I found really helpful, it also has the ability to track your sleep which would be great for people with sleeping problems, you can also connect the watch to your phone which will allow you to receive notifications from your watch. Overall I would recommend, you can choose different colours and it comes with an extra watch strap so you can choose.
Great watch with some really cool features. I’ve always been interested in tracking my sleep and this watch gives details on deep sleep, and light sleep.
Don’t need to charge too often and battery lasts probably 3-4 days.
I wear the rubber strap daily but switch it to the bracelet watch if im going out. Both are really comfortable to wear!
Would definitely recommend this watch if you can’t afford the higher end brands. A lot of features for the money!
This watch looks great and the fact that you can customise the faces is brilliant, I love that.
But
It doesn’t seem to track steps very accurately; apparently I did 3 steps whilst sitting on the loo!
It says it integrates with Google Fit but doesn’t sync steps (even if they are wrong) or other vitals to it.
There is no vibrate function for when an alarm is going off, even though it can vibrate and the alarm was set up on the watch (I.e. wasn’t set up on my phone)
It often says it isn’t paired with my phone so can’t give the weather(??) or my messages, despite itbeing connected and within range.
The ‘shake to wake’ function is very hit and miss
It doesn’t connect to your contacts list – you have to specify who you would like to have as contacts on the watch .

The app is terrible you cannot sync it to make or receive calls via the watch it’s a fit bit in disguise it doesn’t do what it says I have iPhone 6 with a iOS higher than what it requires which is iOS 7

I ordered this watch with with money I was given for my birthday as my husband has the black mens version and really liked it and the fact you can call and answer calls from the watch makes it a big hit specially when we have a new baby and no hands to always hold a phone to answer calls, I had a bit of an issue with my watch where after a month or so it would no longer turn on or charge contacted the seller via Amazon and they sent a brand new one out which was delivered the next day no questions asked, would highly recommend for anyone looking for a budget friendly smart watch that has all the features and more of some other more expensive competitors. 5 sta
A well packaged and premium Smart watch. It has some very good features and is well built. It feels durable and has a nice weight on the wrist. Its very comfortable with the rubber strap but you also have the option of changing it as you have a quick release second strap which is more of a normal watch leather style. The battery seems to be very good as some watches are quite poor in this category. It also comes with a magnetic usb two pin charging cable which works fine. It has some very nice watch faces on the app which can be uploaded to the watch quickly with one face being able to be loaded with a photo of your choice via phone gallery. This feature makes the watch very customisable and a unique selling point. Overall a very nice watch and highly recommend as there are so many to choose from and not all have the this particular package and feature as stated above, An excellent product.
