- Can’t charge:
- Make sure your cell phone support Qi wireless charging
- Please confirm that wireless car charger is power on. The indicator light will light always when the device is power on. If not, please check whether the power supply is normal, and if the connection port of the cable and car charger loose
- Please note that the metal and magnetic item is not allowed between the mobile phone and the charger, because it make the car charger unable to detect the charging coil of cellphone and unable to charge, such as thick case(more than 8 mm), uneven case, metal case, case with rings holder or attachment, credit card.
- Charging lowly:
- Please use the QC3.0 car charger adapter(not include in the package)
- Please use the type-c cable in the package or other high output cable
- Please notice: Any wireless charging is not as fast as wired charging, which is not the defect of this wireless car charger.
- Charging intermittently:
- Low power of charger adapter. The minimum standard for charger adapter is 5V 2.4A, the charging will be intermittent if lower. Recommend to use QC 3.0 charger adapter.
- unstable power supply, please check if the indicator light is off when can’t charge, the light is off which means device is powered off, perhaps charger adapter or connector for cable and device is disconnected
- Don’t stick to the dashboard or windshield:
- Please clean the surface first
- We don’t recommend to apply the suction cup on leather, wall or other rough surface.
- It’s better to wait 12hs after installation to use, the suction cup base can be bonded to the surface better

This car charger holds the phone perfect, and is easy to install and remove phone from holder. It also has two ways to install into the vehicle, by suction cup or Air vent clip.
It charges my 30pro quickly and without getting too hot like other chargers. I will be getting another for my wife’s car.
This product is top. The suction cup is sticky, so it will hold in place far longer. The button to release the phone is responsive and it will automatically detect when your phone is there to hold it firmly in place. I mounted mine to the dash, and its working perfectly. The wireless charging is a nice bonus! I was using a magnetic mount and that worked fine, but the loss of wireless charging was enough to make me buy this and I would recommend others do the same
The design of this product is perfect, I have opted to use the included air vent attachment, I am really happy with the way that it mounts it’s got a stabilising clip that helps keep the mount balanced on the air vent and the gripper mechanism has a little notch to ensure that it doesn’t slide off, add to that the automatic mounting and dismounting of the phone off the clamp is perfect, when you get in it automatically opens for you to place your phone in the mount and closes with the perfect amount of pressure when it has detected the phone is in the mount, I do delivery driving and this is a really nice quality of life addition on top of all those great features the phone has never come loose from the mount and it offers 15 watt wireless charging so I don’t have to plug and unplug my phone every delivery anymore definitely a 5 star product, worth every penny
This works really well. Holds the phone securely and the adaptable arm allows a range of control as to how you can fix it to the windscreen. I haven’t tried the vent fixture but that’s also in the box.
Wireless charging works as expected and the motorised clasps/holding mechanism was a surprise. The only thing you have to remember is to release the phone whilst the battery is still active. Would definitely recommend as it’s cheaper than the alternatives.
My starting point was ordering an incredibly cheap car phone holder from Temu. You won’t be shocked to hear that it broke…before the first day was even out! Therefore I thought I’d give this holder / charger a try. I haven’t used it much but also haven’t had any issues to date. The hold (of the phone) has been excellent, it’s been sturdy and the wireless charging works for my phone.
Not an exciting review but, so far, it hasn’t let me down (2 weeks in)
Sticks very well and sturdy in use. simple to use, opens when you turn car on then auto closes when put phone in. charges well. easy to change the angle.
I like that I only need to place the phone and it automatically fixes into position and starts charging. The downside is that, even after using the cable they provided, the charging is quite slow. In most long journeys, I either end up losing a little charge or at best it stays constant.
This charger comes with a couple of mounting options, windscreen or dash mounting arm and air vent holder, i personally prefer the air vent mount as it sits nice and neat, this holds your phone nice and tight, my s21 has never came off, my phone charges quite fast, about 20% in my 25 minute commute to work and that is with a case on, very impressed. Would highly recommend.
Purchased this for my phone as I use it as sat-nav. This was perfect with is fully adjustable head and wireless charging facility made it ideal for those long journeys. The fast change kept the phone fully charged whilst in sat-nav mode. Great product at a very reasonable price.
This charger works well and is easily attached to either windscreen or the air con grill. The attachment adjusts automatically to the size of the phone and will remember the position if the phone is inserted before powering up the device. Excellent good value product.
The suction cup has a very sticky surface which does make for a robust and long-lasting installation
The downside is that it is very difficult to remove the mount without damaging the stick suction cup
The lesson is to measure and assess many times so that you only need to fit once!
UPDATE: after a few weeks of using this now. The fast charge is not charging at all and it seems to heat up my phone when charging. It had began melting my driving licence which I keep inside my phone case. As for now I just use it as a phone holder without plugging it in.
In fact the charger itself was melting the plastic screw from the back as seen in photos.
If no one else has experienced this the. I simply got a faulty charger. Apple replaced my iPhone because it had fried the wireless charge due to over heating it.
It’s just amazing, it even holds power for unclamping/clamping after you take your keys out of the ignition! I had another one previously and it was a complete disaster of a product. This is by far the benchmark for a phone holder, with great charging capacity, even through the case I am using. Very happy with it, I couldn’t recommend it enough.
This car charger ticks all the boxes. Its fast wireless charging and hands free use is ideal for a safe journey. The moveable arm allows easy use of your phone and Sat Nav and dash board suction is great. The holder comes with a cigarette lighter attachment and automatically opens and shut clamp for your phone. For those that prefer an air vent attachment is also included.
I’ve just fitted it to my car, and it’s working well! It stuck to the windscreen without issue and seems to be gripping the phone as well as any of the other phone holders I’ve had (Which at this point, is quite a few!). I like that you press the button on the side to open and close it, as I always found the touch/motion sensor-activated holders to be a bit finicky, and you can’t really go wrong with a good old-fashioned button. Overall happy, and definitely will be getting my money’s worth out of this one.

I have been using the magnetic phone holders form logitech and syncwire for years and my most recent phone is too heavy for them, they just droop when you go over a bump and on a few occasions the phone has gone flying onto the floor. I have even upgraded to the larger and thicker stick-on metal back plate to give my phone a better grip but it will no longer wireless charge with that in place so then you have to use cables etc.
So, I got his mount form Sonru and it is perfect.
It has 2 arms, one short and one extendable so you can swap them around to find the best position for you.
I am using the short one mounted straight onto the vent with the spring loaded mounting arms and that is the perfect position for me while driving.
Then you put the phone in to the holder it closes on the phone and holds it securely and starts charging, it is fast!! This this charges my iphone and samsung galaxy phones super quick.
To release you just press the little button on the side and it releases the phone.
This is so simple and effective, no more messing around with cables etc and it keep the phone firmly in the right position so you can see it easily, keeping us all safer on the road!
Does it exactly what it says, fantastic product as always, I purchased a wireless car charger many a year ago from them which is still working and is now in my partners car, this was an upgrade for me and even better with the automatic Open and close Mechanism to hold the phone, it fully charged the phone fast without out it getting hot and turning off like other chargers do, everything is perfect and the holder and Mount is fantastic, super sticky for windscreen mounting.
This is the second car charger I have bought from this brand – my husband pinched my old one. I brought the newer model based on this as I’ve had it for a few years and it’s been great. This one looks to be just as good. The little clip fits in the air vent perfectly and holds my phone well. My phone is held secure and it charges fine too. I would highly recommend.
This phone holder and charger came with multiple ways to mount onto my car that is really usefull depending on what side I want to mount it. This can also be removed easily to swap mounting styles,
It is a really nice design and once the phone holder grips there is no risk of you phone falling out of the holder. The charging port for the holder is in a really good location witch helps with cable management.
Overall an excellent product.
I find it useful to me because when i turn on the car the phone holder widens so can put my phone, it senses when i put it on the holder so it tightens to fit my phone.
I always forget to charge my phone at home that’s why it’s very useful to me because whenever i put my phone in the car it charges it automatically.
There is a button you press in the phone holder to release the phone is required.

Have been looking for a new wireless phone charger, and this one seemed like it would do the job. The quality is very high, the phone holder itself has a good weight to it, it grips the phone nice and firmly. It must store some charge in it, as even when unplugged the electronic release mechanism works. The holding arm can put the phone in pretty much any position, it sticks very well to the windshield because of the material it uses, and there is a lever on the back of the suction cup that helps it stick even more. The jointing mechanisms are very easy to do up and undo, and they hold everything very securely. Just a good quality piece of kit, and for the price I’m very impressed with it.
