    Nifty tool.
Good all round garden tool. Feels sturdy. The serrated teeth come in handy, although therein lies perhaps a small design flaw, in that my hand slips up the shaft with with vigorous use (!!) , and the corner nicks my finger. Still, a valued multitool.

    Very Good Quality!
I bought this along with other gardening tools from the same range for a gift for my mother. They are so sturdy and such good quality. They are a great size and not too heavy for an older person to use.The price was good too.I would highly recommend!

    Great weeding too !
I have over the last months decided to replace all my carbon steel gardening tools with stainless steel ones, and not only do they look better but they also clean (soil, mud etc) a lot easier too.

I have had a similar too to this for a while now but this one has a few features that the old one doesn’t, i.e. a serrated edge for cutting thin roots, a twine cutter, and no, it isn’t a bottle top opener as my friend suggested !
Another feature is that is has scale marked in centimetres on it, with 5cm (or 2″) and 10cm (4″), this is very useful if you are planting out bulbs or plants to ensure they are at the correct depth.

It looks and feels well made, but please don’t exert excessive force on it and ANY tool could break if you do that – I saw a neighbour using a similar tool to this (NOT this make I might add) and he pushed on the handle with his foot, and not surprisingly it broke

    Conclusion :
A well make top quality tool which should last a lifetime !
    5 stars all day !

How did I not know about this tool before!
I have gardened for 60 years and had never seen this tool before spring this year- how could I have been so blinkered??
It’s superb in so many ways – digging weed roots out; planting bulbs; splitting plants; breaking up lumpy soil, cutting twine; it’s just amazingly versatile.
It’s robust, fits well in the hand and has never left my side when I’m in the garden since I bought it. Very few friends had seen them, but have thought they looked good – guess what they’ll be getting for Christmas!

Best gardening tool that I've ever bough
This knife is versatile, sharp, rugged and effective. It has not broken in half at the junction with the handle unlike all of our previous knives. It has an ingenious saw tooth edge and has helped me clear 10 full sized loads of weeds from our garden in just 4 weeks

    Best gardening tool does everything
This little tool does everything from cutting to digging through tough soil/roots to planting out with the mini measuring tool to one side and the prongs at the front are ideal for weeding, you wont find many other more versatile tools for the garden or the allotment – I have bought 4 now, one for myself, husband (who kept borrowing mine!) and other relatives
