Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI can not rave about this product enough. I started waitressing and very quickly (after 12 hour days) got awful foot pain. Not typical soreness but pain due to lack of arch support as I had high arches. I purchased these and after an initial 2 days to get used to them/break them in when they felt too hard – I have had no soreness like I did before. I am able to be on my feet for hours at a time with no soreness and the size fits perfectly into my trainers. No smell is kept on the insole and it’s easy to give it a quick wash/scrub in the sink. Will absolutely be purchasing again when these wear out.

I suffer from PF and over pronation. Really helps correct my gait (the corns I normally get because of my gait have gone). Hasnt helped plantar fasciitis as that hasn’t gone away but not sure if an insole would anyway.

I have tried various insoles for long hikes, generally between 16 and 26 mile. These are best I have ever used and although a little expensive, definitely worth the money. Have not had one blister since I started using them.

Use them in my walking boots. Perfect fit from the box (size 9 in a size 9 boot) . I was starting to get knee pain on longer walks now totally fine. So much better than the original insole, when I eventually replaced the boots I will get a pair of Superfeet as well

I thought these insoles are a bit overpriced until I tried them. I had to get one size bigger shoes as the take a lot of space but uncomfortable shoes turned to me favourite as even wearing them for long times now is not an issue anymore. This’s a really good investme

I bought these to put in my safety boots as I’m usually limping by the end my 12hr shift (standing/walking the whole day). When I first took these out of the box, they were hard and stiff so I was 100% in doubt that they’d be effective. I was pleasantly surprised at the end of my first day using them. While my feet were still a bit achey, I wasn’t anywhere near needing to limp and I haven’t had any sharp pains in my ankles which I’m sure is because I now have arch support. Highly recommend to anyone who spends long hours on their feet!

I thought this purchase may have been a waste of money since the Dr Martens I intended to use this with come with their own patented sole. I decided to try it out anyway and my goodness, I can safely say that it is substantially better.

It’s not as hard but provides the same support so the pain I had on the ball of my foot is completely gone even after a full days work. The heel support also seems to have extra cushioning which definitely helps since I’m traversing on concrete throughout the day too.

Even though there was some small difficulty putting the hardened sole into the shoe, it was more than worth it once it was in place. 100% recommend.

Dont hesitate to buy if you have sore ankles knees legs, most of us have probably slightly flat feet, a test I have done is to take a tennis ball and sitting down, roll it under your foot between your heel and toes if you feel some relief these soles will enhance that when in your shoes.
Well worth a try at that price and some cheaper ones promise the same but dont deliver, these made the difference to me a few years ago of been able to work on my feet all day or not, recommended by a friend and in their debt.

I was hesitant to buy at first because there are a lot of other insoles on the market but after a lot of research I decided to pay the price for the quality that others were talking about and I can confirm that they are worth every penny. I have tested out other insoles in the past and nothing comes close to how these support my feet. It’s always worth spending that little bit more for something as important as good feet and ankle support. You’ll thank yourselves in the future

I’m inclined to leave a review for these because they are so good.

I have a high arch and in my late 30s started to suffer from bunions. Causing pain and stiffness in the big toe on both feet. I have started buying wider shoes but found that despite removing the pain from contact with the shoe- I still had foot and toe pain.

Since changing the insoles I have found that whilst you don’t notice an immediate wow difference over a period of days of walking and general use the pain in my large toe and bunion area is reducing. I’m very pleased with these.

I hope this helps anyone else with the same challenge. They are very easy to shape and cut with scissors.

These are a life changer! I’ve been working on my feet for so many years and tried so many insoles , bought special shoes but still couldn’t get rid of the aches at the end of the nights and cramps were an every day occurence. With these I feel that my arch really is supported and when I walk it feels like I bounce , been using them for three days now and already the pain is so much better. I’m sat here at the end of a long shift and I can say my feet barely hurt at all , it definitely doesn’t feel like I’ve just got out of a ten hour shift . I don’t have to stand with my feet up to stop the throbbing pain anymore , these are definitely worth every penny!

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersI had plantar fasciitis, very painful. Playing golf became impossible. My friend with whom I played asked how long would I be away. I said “Its not whether I can ever play golf again, its a question of if I can walk across the kitchen to boil a kettle” Dr suggested Pain killers which I refused, so I went to see a Sports Injury Specialist, who said my gait was good, and I should try “green feet”. Now I am pain free and the plantar fasciitis is a thing of the past. I have lost no time in recommending them to friends with sore feet and they are getting obvious benefits. Cannot recommend highly enough, and for those who are getting on in life I suggest them as a permanency. Get a second pair for other shoes and walk at least 2 miles a day.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersPlease do not buy these expecting soft, cushioned insoles. They are designed for those who really need supportive footwear and if you have foot problems like I do, the first few weeks with these are beyond painful. You really have to work your way up, wear them for an hour (or even half an hour) longer before switching back to your regular insoles. After 2 weeks you can wear them permanently and you’ll notice a marked improvement in any foot pain, but they really do need you to work with them. I personally half an issue with the heel though, particularly on the inner middle part, it does rub a fair bit.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersYes, they cost a lot of money compared with other options, but these will be the best replacement sports insoles you can get. I use mine in a pair of North Face Hedgehog low hiking shoes, they are thicker than the originals but still a good fit and they are VERY comfortable!

Update: I’ve bought another pair to fit in my Merrell All Out Blaze trainers which are my day to day work shoe. Super comfortable and well worth paying 1/3 of the cost of the shoes as an upgrade. I work 4 lots of 12 hour shifts and even at the end of the last shift my feet are in great condition!

Update 2: Bought a third set of the green which I’m using in a pair of Salewa Mountain Trainer High boots. Used these recently on a week’s hiking and scrambling holiday in Snowdonia. Couldn’t be happier – no rubbing, no sore spots and only tired feet at the end of the day.

Golden Review Award: 26 From Our UsersFirst of all – If you walk a lot in hiking boots with weight on your back – choosing a right pair of insoles will make a world of difference. I feel, they are as important a gear as your pair of hiking boots. I bought these Superfeet’s most popular insoles last year for my Asolo TPS200 GV.

After a year, now, having used these for walking few hundred miles on streets, on the hills and in the woods, I can tell that they do much more than just adding weight on your feet. Following is the summary –

++ Very comfortable. Has had significantly reduced fatigue and pain I used to feel at the end of a long walk (>10-15 km). Also, heat management inside the boot has improved.

    — Cushioning and arch support could have been better for the shape of my feet (deeper arch) but this is subjective. If you feel this relevant for your preferences, I would suggest you take a look at the following options. I would recommend Orange Trim2 over these.

Also, fairly bulky. Would not recommend these for any shoe type other than proper, roomy hiking boots.

Superfeet Unisex Supportive Insole Orange E Orange SF/7400-10/11,UK 8-9.5 (42-44 EU)
Superfeet DMP Copper Insoles, Brown (Copper), E (8-9.5 UK)

4.0 out of 5 stars One add on that will complete your already good pair of hiking boots

    These are fantastic insoles.

I have been through various cheaper options before settling on these.

Yes, they cost nearly as much as the shoes they are used in but the quality really is second to none.

At first they felt very hard, almost as if they would make things worse; thankfully that couldn’t be further from reality. These are very comfortable insoles that offer great support while walking. I have used them daily for six months and they’ve worn in perfectly. Even when soaked in the rain, they don’t go spongy like the cheaper brands, they don’t absorb water and dry very quickly.

I didn’t need to cut them to size for my shoes.

Overall I would recommend these insoles for someone who’s tired of buying cheaper ones to only be disappointed.

These are great quality and will likely outlast the shoes they’re going in!

This is my second pair of superfeet greens. I use them in my running shoes (as advised from when I got my gait tested – I’m a massive pronator and my shoes *just* don’t take it all away). They make me way more stable and have taken away a few running niggles in my hips and knees. They have less cushion in them since they’re so supportive, but give you more cushion than the standard insoles most running shoes come with. They do make you a bit taller in them though as they add about 1cm in the shoe which can alter how your ankle sits in the shoe – for me it was weird at first but you get used to it.

Golden Review Award: 27 From Our UsersComfortable insoles. I bought these to use with both work boots and hiking boots. Step onto them and the arch support feels unusual in that you can feel it just where the heel ends and the outside arch of the foot begins. It actually makes my feet relax.

Cushioning on the heel could be just a little softer however, in saying that it eases the pain I get in my left heel once I am walking. I bought a size 13.5 and needed to cut them down a little to match the insoles of my boots. They don’t seem to be affected by sweaty of hot feet either.

Certainly not as squidgy as the Sorbathane insoles I had been wearing, but these do give much better support.

I put these in a pair of Hanwag Bergler boots, walked up and down Snowden in North Wales, a six hour trek, 3 hours continuous climbing, an hours break for sandwiches, then 2 hours down. No blisters and no foot discomfort while walking. The next day, I had aches everywhere but my feet.

Very pleased with the purchase so I bought some Carbon insoles for my walking shoes, and another pair for my work boots so I don’t have to keep swapping them

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersAs a 19 year old who loves going on long walks and just generally being out and about I was horrified and bordering on depressed when I felt a pain in my heel which was later diagnosed as plantar fasciitis this pain carried on for 6 months it felt like I was walking on glass, everyday waking up for work in dread for the painful day ahead, I had to fit my life around my foot and I was giving up hope. I have spent upwards of 200 on all sorts of stuff to try and fix the problem and nothing worked I was obviously at my wits end, I bought some of these insoles they were pricey but I thought why not I’ve tried everything else. The first day was painful and I thought “here we go again another waste of money”, day 2 in work was completely pain free, for context I was limping every shift for 6 months the pain went from an 8 to a 1, day 3 has also been pain free…I’m so happy I’m on the verge of crying, all them concerts I thought I couldn’t go I can go, I can do my job without worrying about pain. Granted I still have pain due to Achilles tendinitis but that’s much less then it was previously and I’m definitely on the road to recovery with that condition. My house looks like a physio room but I can now gladly throw all that stuff in a cupboard or give it someone else, there’s really not words to do these insoles justice it’s only been 3 days but I’ve not felt such freedom this year when walking…I can finally walk again!

I ordered size D, to go inside UK size 6 trainer’s.
I took out the insoles, and used these as the template to draw around on the insoles. Cutting was quite simple, and the insoles went into the trainers after the first trim.
I’ve worn them for a few 25 minute runs, and they do certainly give my feet and lower legs good support. That, along with improving my running style seems to be helping my shin splints. They have not got any worse, so I will persevere with them.

Extremely comfortable. I am probably a life long convert for this company. I especially liked sizing it perfectly for my running shoes & could really feel the difference in Foot & spinal support 😀
The instructions are clear & easy to follow, although you like I might find the experiance of taking scissors to your new insoles as instructed a bit disconcerting, but you can simply make small cuts & keep trying them inside the shoe till it matches up with the instructions’s description (note: it’s especially important that there to be a tiny bit of room where the back of the sole meets the heel for the sole to shift slightly (the instructions describe it a lot better than I am right now. I think it mentions leaving enough room to put a nickel (so the width of a two pence coin or so)).

Overall: I love these insoles & would recommend them for anyone looking for a really robust & reliable insole 😀

4 stars for what these insoles would do for those who DO NOT suffer from Plantar fasciitis centered in the arch area of the foot.
These insoles raise the arch area and actually increased my pain – I discontinued the foot with the problem, but retained the other foot and feel as though it helped that foot’s arch – time will tell.
Read other reviews to determine if these are the correct product for your affected foot area. I did, but still wished to give them a try.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersCheck out a review I wrote on another pair of insoles (Orthotic insoles Full length with arch supports), plantar fasciitis is linked to anxiety, and it only disappeared entirely (after lingering for nearly a year) once I dealt with the anxiety (which I didn’t know I had). The sock doc is a great website to learn to stop torturing yourself with exercises (esp the stretching you think makes you feel better) and learn about trigger points in the calves, which are the real source of your issues physically that you can act on – of course anxiety needs to go too, but if you don’t believe what I’m saying about it, at least read about trigger points – that work alone got me to the lingering stage, rather than staying as the “I can’t walk or stand” stage.
    Good luck

Oh sorry, about these insoles, I don’t know really… I had to cut them to size, but they didn’t feel right in my shoes, like the bump was at the wrong place, and I never got to put them so they felt right. As I’d already cut them I couldn’t return them. The fabric on top is very synthetic, like in cheap sports shoes, and I don’t like the feel of it. They are light otherwise, and if they had fitted well in my shoes, I think the support felt right. If I remember well the packaging makes it possible to try the fit hygienically (they are in a plastic bag) so you can try them for fit. Unfortunately even with hindsight I couldn’t say how to make sure they will fit fine the shoes, so no advice on this. I have returned to my usual soft half insoles from scholl and others, because I’ve very rarely had a bad fit from them.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought a set of the Blues ones years ago. Recently I was told my feet are still too flat. Checked Superfeet website and decided to get the more supportive Green ones. Looking at the various descriptions from the various suppliers I got a little confused about what size I need. E.g. Looking at this description are these for 12 to 14s or are they for 10 to 11.5s? Thankfully there is a review that talks about letters on the plastic bit underneath. I checked my old ones, they are Fs. So chose these because of the ‘Green F’ in the description. Both sets seem to fit fine in my pairs of size 12 Merrells. May try them in other makes when I get brave enough to pull the linings out.

Anyway, they seem to be doing the job. I can feel the difference. When my feet get used to them they should be better.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersOver the last five years I have suffered two very painful, lengthy episodes of Plantar Fasciitis, caused both times by long walks in poor shoes. I will never learn.

On both occasions I have effected a cure by using these insoles in my footwear day and night. This purchase was an additional pair and this enabled me to use them in my indoor and outdoor footwear continually, only removing the footwear in bed and whilst showering. It took about three weeks of this regime before the PF finally eased.

In a walking boot or shoe they are fantastic, holding and supporting, although Superfeet have greater belief in their shock absorbency than I have.

On the negative side, they seem quite expensive for what they are, hence it is just four stars.
