These headsets do the job they were designed for well, the sound quality is as expected more reliant on the handset than the ear piece but does make it easier to hear people when its direct to ear.
Ear piece sits nicely over your ear, I prefer in ear over this type of ear piece but it’s still quite comfy to wear for long periods of time.
