I had a c section 12/10. I seen these and thought they would be perfect. They are comfortable and true to size but I do have lose hanging skin so the adhesive inside that is supposed to lay on the incision doesn’t lay on mine. Totally my fault. I didn’t even think about that. If you are like me and have the lower belly pooch I would advise buying separate adhesive that you can place on your incision.
The compression/support of these underwear is awesome!

After my c section I had a lot of anxiety about messing up my stitches, hurting my recovery, scarring, the “shelf” etc. I purchased a pair for $120 leggings that were supposed to be specifically for c section recovery. They were awful and I hated them. Saw someone recommend these on a subreddit I’m in and I immediately bought them. They have the perfect amount of compression and the seams don’t hurt my incision. The silicone panel is a great addition.

    My only complaints are:
    – tight around the thighs. You get used to it as you wear them through the day but it’s not comfortable at first.
    – finicky washing instructions. You’re supposed to hand wash and not put them in the dryer. I don’t have time to handwash so I do the delicate cycle, cold water, and hang to dry. Not ideal either.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersI only purchased one pair, because I didn’t want to shell out so much for something I hated. These are great. Lots of compression and support. The silicon hits at the perfect spot. The leg cuts are a little high in front. And the seams are thickkkkk. But that doesn’t bother me too much. Material itself is soft. I’m a size 10, 5’5″, 160 pre pregnancy and 190 at the end of my pregnancy. These fit as expected. They are compression.

Really comfortable, helped with pain relief. Only issue, You can’t wear it every day as it needs to be washed. Too expensive to buy a few to change into. Helped right after surgery.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThey’re nice, but I’m not impressed. The only thing that sets them apart from all other shapers is the silicone panel, which turns out wasn’t really necessary. Ordered the smallest size: I’m a size 6 on the bottom, with a 30 band bra, and only felt this helped hold me in the first week postpartum. Now (2 weeks out) it’s just smoothing, but doesn’t help hold me in anymore. Need to purchase something smaller.
For something I could only appreciate for a week, the price is a little steep.

I bought this as I’ve had a hysterectomy and they have been amazing, supported my stomach and surgery wound perfectly, had surgery 3/4 weeks ago. I’m a size 20 and was worried they wouldn’t fit, I bought size XL and they were perfect. Highly recommend

Great support without feeling too tight. Didn’t use these after my first section and had a lot of scar tissue. Used these after my second section and such a difference, scar healing as just a line with minimal ridging. Silicone definitely improved healing and support holds in the overhang.

Golden Review Award: 26 From Our UsersI was four weeks out from an emergency csection (my second csection baby out of 4 kiddos) when I ordered these undies. I was stressing over the dreaded “shelf” being so prominent, and I read other reviews mentioning how much the added support helped shrink their tummies and minimize the shelf. So I thought what the hell and in my postpartum haze, I ordered them in the middle of the night. For reference, I’m 5’0 and was weighing about 118 when I got them in a size small. They fit snuggly, as they should. The silicone panel still felt nice going across my incision, despite being well into my recovery period- my incision was healed but still tender. Anyways, after just one day of wearing these, I noticed that night that my shelf was beginning to look more “lifted” and less hangy. So like any desperate woman in my situation, I ordered another pair so I didn’t have to wash these babies every single night. Don’t think about these being $40 a pair. Reframe it as $40 for a day of comfort and relief from the nagging feels of your post csection body. These panties even replaced the belly binder I had bought (but hated wearing so I rarely did.) Ok, so to be totally transparent, I’ve been wearing these for 6 days now, and today I comfortably buttoned up my comfiest pair of pre-baby jeans. I’m considered to be a healthy skeptic and very objective on all things, but I have no doubt that my healing progress and tummy shrinking/shelf lifting is a direct effect of these undies. Best $80 I’ve spent in a super long time.

Wore them a lot to begin with. Ordered a second pair before the price shot yo to 72! But 7 weeks post op I just wear them occasionally. Hand washing not ideal and found they are very warm to wear. Made my scar get a bit sweaty.

The product is a bit on the small size. I am usually a S/M size in panties, so I ordered also a S/M size. They can be used, but they are very very tight, find it hard to put on, I should have ordered one size bigger.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersOrdered this and wore it for the first time 4 days after an emergency c section. Was a bit apprehensive but SO pleasantly surprised!

It was a bit scary initially putting it on in case it touched my scar but there was no need to be.

It doesn’t put only pressure on the actual scar.

    Very comfortable.

Help keep everything feel tucked in and help my stomach muscles feel tucked in and stronger.

I wear it everyday comfortably and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone why has had a section!

    Money well spent!!!!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGreat quality and comfortable for after a c section. The silicone strip is ingenious- my Physicial Therapist was very impressed with it being attached to the panty. I wouldn’t say it is the best girdle to push the belly in postpartum but more of a comfortable secure pant for when you are taking a break from other less comfortable girdles.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThe support and hold from this garment really helped me to stand or sit more easily post my csection. Helps to hold your stomach and extra weight above your scar in place.
I am a size 12 and ordered the S/M size which I found was the right size as it held everything together.

Defo would recommend this product if you feel need something to hold everything in place whilst u heal.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersI bought these leading up to my c section as I wanted to recover well both physically and cosmetically. I didn’t really use them, too much effort to put on shortly after c/section, but did help my sore organs feel supported the first night when I put it on. Minimal hold in terms of sucking you in under clothes. A hassle to use the toilet when it’s on. I only wore these 2-3 times and ended up taking them off not long afterwards, but my wound and my body healed fine without it so I feel like wasted my money.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersHad a c section 5 days ago started wearing on day 2 it has given me so much mobility and comfort I ordered it 2 sizes bigger as other reviews said it was a small fit would definitely recommend this!! Has taken so much of the pain away

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI really liked my c-panties. My wound was so sensitive after having a cesarean and I couldn’t wear any undies or pants comfortably as they rubber right near the incision. The c-panties were such a relief to have post-recovery. The silicone was really cooling and protected my scar and the panties tucked everything in nicely, without being too tight or uncomfortable. They work exactly as stated – sliming, supportive and helped hold it all together.

Golden Review Award: 14 From Our UsersGreat product to hold my stomach in and practice kegels. I’m now 10days post c-section and feel comfortable to turn in bed and walking outside. I wasn’t initially sure what size to order and found information confusing on manufacturer website vs people’s reviews. Went for people reviews comments and made a decision. I’m usually UK size 10-12 but bought bigger size of these (L-XL). These give me little compression but not too much. It does feel tight around my legs but happy anywhere else. I feel I made right decision and bought these “bigger”.

I am SO glad I didn’t go with a designer bag!

This thing is solid. The compartments are lined, tough, hold everything I need. The top part around zipper has metal lining and this ensures the bag holds its form when crushed, or when you’re digging around in it. It’s really well-made, and all of the compartments make sense. With my previous two kiddos the diaper bags had silly compartments that just didn’t make sense, they didn’t fit bottles, or treat containers, or formula holder…. held some tiny wash rags and a pacifier…. what sense do compartments like that even make?! These have insulated compartments for bottles and the way the bag is structured it ensures that it stays upright. I am so pleased with this purchase, this thing is super sturdy and can certainly take a beating, as diaper bags should!

You will immediately notice that the stitching and fabric are extremely tough.

I love that it has the hidden pocket on the back for phone and keys that can’t be accessed by someone behind you when you have it on your back, keeping your valuables from being accessible by someone else. Also, you can put it on your back or hand carry it. I already carry a purse on my shoulder, what do I need or want yet another shoulder bag to weight my shoulder down? Very versatile!

Worth the price and made me feel totally satisfied with not spending a ton of money on a designer bag.
