I broke one putting them into the ground. The spike came away from the chicken. I had to glue this back on the enable me to put it into the ground.
They look good and make you double take on the lawn when you first put them out just a shame they are small giving a larger option and a higher price would be good.

While I am a bit disappointed in how cheap these things are, I do love how they look in my flower beds. The part of the plastic that goes into the ground could certainly be stronger and sturdier because they look like they could break easily if the ground is hard. The chickens have a whimsical look to them and do add to the character of my garden.
These chicken shaped signs look great and they can take a windy day and not fall over. I really like how these look in my yard and I am very happy with them. I give these 5 stars!
