It's fantastic
My door cam is outstanding, fast delivery and excellent service would definitely recommend this, plus it comes with a wireless bell, you can speak to whoevers at the door without answering it , you need the cloudot app but even myself as a elderly person had no problems using this, it’s made me feel 100% safer in my own property, its reasonably priced and you get a lot for your money.

Easy to set up, just read the instructions a couple of times over before blundering on. Tried in variety of placements using weak double sided tape until optimum view swam into focus then final fix. Had great fun scaring callers with the intercom for a while then my adult head kicked in. My first died on me suddenly after 11 months, wouldn’t reset or power on. I found out that updating the firmware on my nest system while still connected to the doorcam identified it as a threat. Rebooted system and here I am buying another for my Mother in law.
I love this doorbell camera. It’s a little bit big but that’s the only con. Picture quality is really good daylight and night vision. There’s no lagging when doorbell is pressed it rings phone and chime straight away. So easy to install aswell, I’m a 50 year old woman and needed no help lol. Also I never drilled it I used sticky tabs that came with it and they are super strong, even withheld with a storm. I’m super happy and think it was a absolute steal. As you can see in the photos the camera has quality is really good, I also purchased this in the sale so paid less than 40. For the price I really do think it is excellent. Also customer service is really good

Bought to replace my 1st gen ring doorbell. It is adequate during the day but night vision is not good.

Very good doorbell
Very good for the price. Clear picture and good night vision. I live on a busy road with a footpath right outside the house so it is always going off and alerting me about movement I’m very impressed the battery life so far is great! The audio and video quality is great also! Love this doorbell camera.

I’m very pleased with the customer service I received from Lavender. She was very attentive and couldn’t have help me enough. I had a problem with the device and she was able to solve it.
Easy to follow instructions
After a night on charge I started the dreaded job. But was pleasantly surprised at the instructions. Didn’t take long to set up at all. Turned off the old bell and now hope it works OK. Had a couple of trial runs and all good so far!

like the clear picture. lets you know when someone is there. you can look back at any time to see if anyone has been there at night or when you are not at home. you have the option to answer the door bell from indoors to find out who is calling. I had a query which was sorted out quickly and a quick response from the seller.
Customer Support A+
I had problems with this initially due to the app. Whenever I’d get a notification it would completely lock my phone up for 10-20 seconds, really annoying and I was contemplating sending it back.
I contacted the customer support and they told me to download the CLOUD EDGE app, whereas the instructions told me to install the CLOUD DOT app. Everything works perfectly now and I’ve got no complaints.
Alerts get to my phone around 2 seconds after motion is detected when I’m in the house. Picture quality is great, and the SD card option works brilliantly.
The motion detection settings can be a bit janky and you’ll have to mess around with them to find your best option. I have sensory set to 2/5 and human detection set to 5/5 and that seems to only trigger human motion when up close now.
Doesn’t work great through glass but I don’t think any of them do really.
All in all a solid buy and I’d recommend it to someone.
Doorbell
This doorbell was very easy to set up and has clear picture quality. Overall so far I am very pleased with my purchase. The help and assistance I received from the onset of purchasing this item has been exceptional. Lavender was so helpful,polite, prompt in replying to my questions and very knowledgeable about anything I was asking about the product. Overall I found this company very pleasant to deal with.
Good for the price
App worked fine for a few months then had poor network error appearing. Checked everything and nothing wrong with the network. Managed to contact the manufacturer, they were doing an update which affected the app. They were good and gave me three months free cloud. Not had a problem since.
Everything seemed great, set up simply enough, great picture quality day and night, but the only thing it doesn’t do it capture anyone coming in the front door! Triggers on everything else, cars, kids on bikes dog walkers over the road, but anyone coming to the door cam walk straight past and get into the house before the recording starts render the camera pointless for my circumstances, so I had to return.
Good... However...
Really good product and really happy with it, however… every time I get an alert my phone freezers and I can’t get into it…. for at least a couple of minutes.
After buying a Ring and a Blink camera I was having issues connecting to my phone. So I bought one of these. This works as it should and I get every notification now.
The picture quality is good both day and night. Setting it up was easy and straight forward. This has been fitted for a few days now and the battery level is at 98%. The battery in the unit is rechargeable so it saves buying experisive replacement ones.
Overall I am quite happy with this camera. Lavender and Edward have been great for any questions I have had.
This product works well and was really easy to set up and get multiple phones set up so the family can review the door bell. You can change the field range the unit looks for movement however if you live on a busy road the battery life will never last the advertised three months. We are getting on average three weeks but it’s still very good quality

So far the camera is fantastic, was super easy to set up and install and I already feel less vulnerable knowing it’s there. Great product and great seller. Looking forward to seeing what it’s like at night.

Fantastic Video Doorbell
Looking at the reviews and price I opted for the this EUKI j9 doorbell, it’s brilliant and the picture quality is awesome. I have been really impressed with the customer service and also received a free subscription for cloud service. Device can recorded from 10, 20 and 30 seconds and is very easy to use. Very happy with product and for the price it’s unbeatable. 10/10

The camera looks great, etc and the install was super easy, however after few days I started having trouble viewing recordings. It would only open 1 recording and when I tried to open the next one, a message pops up on screen “no video available”. I contacted the customer service and we got it sorted! I had to format the sd card and this resolved the issue.
Customer service was very good with quick response and helpfulness.

I love this doorbell for the price it is amazing . I love that I can answer door from my bed when I am unwell . Easy to use and set up . Good picture and sound quality. Like the voice changers they are fun . Really happy with purchase alot of friend have now bought the same as its value.
Excellent for the price
I have been using the bell for a few weeks and I am very happy with this product. It’s easy to set up and can be used by multiple people in the family by sharing access. The sensor It’s very sensitive depending how much you will set up that can start as soon as a car pass my front door and send notification straight to you, it can be a bit delayed sometimes.
But in general I am very pleased with this and I recommend it as for the price it does exactly the same like more expensive products on the market.
Great door camera at a reasonable price
The camera gives a really clear image and the ability to save to a micro SD card is helpful. Setting up was easy as well. All in all a really nice piece of kit. Getting the motion detection right is the tricky thing but we’ll get there. The camera comes with a clear leaflet and after purchasing the camera we got an email from the seller with links to easy to follow video tutorials (if you needed them) but you shouldn’t as the included instructions are really clear. I would definitely recommend this camera and seller to anyone.

This doorbell is good value for money, it does everything that the more expensive models do for a more reasonable price. It includes a chime, which is often an optional extra. It is more bulky than other models, but fits very well onto our door frame. It was very quick to install, with clear instructions. Good customer service with a prompt reminder to register the warranty

Great video door bell. Super easy to install and don’t even need to use screws the adhesive strips are strong and durable. The app is also super easy to operate and connect the doorbell to. Video quality is very good and getting the notifications on your phone is super useful for not missing a delivery. Would definitely recommend.

Video delay between my camera and phone varies, but not enough to be an issue. About 2-4 seconds delay depending on signal.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a door bell but don’t want to go through the hassle of having to get it wired in.

I can’t believe I lived without one! It’s brilliant and easy to set up and works brilliantly. Great for having peace of mind as it also has night vision and I want to get a garden camera that can be linked to the app also. Great brand and value,no need to spend a lot when this offers great quality. I also like that there’s a non drill option. Buy this!
From the start this has been excellent. Received great detailed instructions from the seller. Super easy to set up. No need for any subscription. I chose to use an SD card. Couldn’t see anything at first till I realised I had to let the doorbell have access to my photos and once I had done that it worked like a charm. Really impressed. Quality is amazing (doesn’t show on photos as they’re screen shots off my phone) but works amazing day and night. You can choose to have motion detection on or off anytime. It alerts your phone and you can choose to have it in in certain hours. Easy to communicate with who is at the door and they are able to hear me easily despite being near a main road. Overall it’s just amazing! Highly recommend it!
Item is as described and good value. Camera is good quality . I added an SD card for memory. Some slight adjustments need to be set over a few days to get correct setting for motion . Only bad thing is if on a door it stays flat and camera angle can’t be adjust to focus on a particular angle or pa

Very easy to set up if you follow the instructions! Im a man so I dont do instructions but funnily enough if you follow the instruction on screen it takes minutes to set up. It takes seconds to put on the wall and seems to be very well made and solid.
I was a little worried of what the quality was like but the picture is great, my door is right near the path so it does not give a really wide view but more than good enough to see whos been near my door or house.
At the moment I am very happy and the supplier kept me up to date as to when I will recieve the door bell and sent welcome emails ect

The main reason I chose the Euki doorbell was the price over power option. I did not want to run a power cable to the doorbell and alternatives on the Amazon store all sell for a much higher cost.
Coupling the doorbell with a microSD card allows local (over internet) video review. The notification and response time to a visitor is pretty much instant and the app works brilliantly.
Build quality:
The unit itself is very well built and feels quality. The button has a nice tactile response when pressed, a circle lights up around the button. The doorbell is bulky but nicely bulky and doesn’t take away from the look of it. I prefer the look of this doorbell to other smart doorbells on the market. Nice mounting bracket. Clips in securely and no wobbling when fitted. Easy to remove with a SIM card removal tool which is supplied.
Functionality:
The camera quality is superb. I have no issues with making out who is at the door. The night vision quality is also brilliant. Again, I have no issues, even with the quality during night vision mode. I have a camera with a spotlight and this when activated, this doesn’t confuse the doorbell. The camera also has an alarm mode (I set mine at night between off-hours). During this time, a red ring appears to deter and an alarm is sent to my phone. It sends a notification no problem when I had arrived home during this period. Provides a nice video capture of the moments before and after my arrival.
Battery life:
Had the doorbell fitted for a week and it has used only 10% battery life. Worth noting that I changed the standard settings for recording. The app states it will use more battery life if changed. 10 weeks of charge seems very reasonable for battery life.
App:
I have had no issues with the app in the week I have had the camera installed. The app is responsive and easy to navigate. I would like the option to save the video capture directly to my phone but it does let me take screenshots and record the video within the app so I don’t find this too much of a hindrance.
All in all, I recommend it for the price. I would recommend over the other readily available doorbells. I love the design and the build quality and the support team are brilliant – contacting me and encouraging me to register for the 12 month warranty. It was a very simple process.
I did like that this product is a lot cheaper than the leading brand. I used to have said brand at a previous property. I live on my own with my front door located down a side alley way. It has been great to capture any visitors. I also work from home so I can see easily who is at the door and whether I need to go down and answer. I also like the voice changing feature. My only complaint is that the battery doesn’t tell you when it is running low. I only noticed when it stopped sending alerts. Charged and lasted for around 2 – 3 months. The door chime ran out quicker and requires 3 x AAA batteries which I would have preferred the USB charging option for.
Arrived quickly and easy to set up. Excellent camera and alert system. The only slight draw back was the Chime would pair with the DoorBell. Contacted the seller and there response was very quick. They tried to resolve the problem with with various trouble shooting suggestions, but without success. They very quickly, within 24 hours sent a replacement Chime, and (Bingo) I’m up and running.
Excellent customer service, and of course a great piece of kit. EUKi, I would highly recommend you.
