Our story


How we got our start
A severe injury in 2016 prevented our founder, Ben, from training. Eager to keep his mind occupied, Ben wanted to help others achieve their goals and improve their overall wellbeing. Our Workout and Nutrition Logs were designed with one goal in mind: To be simple to use and extremely efficient.
What makes our product unique
Our logbooks take a no bullsh*t approach to fitness & training tracking. We leave it to you to set your goals and have created a simple template to help you achieve these. We know the importance of diet and training, and we offer both workout and nutrition logbooks in a variety of funky A5 designs.
Why we love what we do

    This is a great workout logbook and has everything in it that I need to track my weight training (it also has sections to log cardio). It’s super pretty and I appreciate it having the spiral binding, as my previous logbook didn’t which meant I couldn’t fold it properly and it got battered! Love this book and would highly recommend.

    I used to never see the point of workout logs but this has really improved my training! Planning out workouts and tracking progress in reps/weight has really improved my fitness motivation. Would 100% recommend this product!

    Arrived today earlier than expected so that’s a plus. Book has all you need to keep track of your routine pages for progress and targets . And has a few inspirational quotes also . Would recommend

    as it is a soft cover you will have your wear and tear easily especially in a gym

    Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersLovely wee book to keep track of your workouts.
    There’s space for exercise type, reps and weight. There’s a few other sections which I didn’t use so didn’t pay too much attention to them.
    The book was great to keep track of my progress in one place. It’s compact enough if you want to take it to the gym with you. The outer cover is of a wipeable material so can be wiped clean if anything spills on it.

    This is very easy to use and you can track your workout from Cardio strength weights to other exercises movements like yoga pilates in the comment sections.
    Brillaint way to stay on track and see progress . Good Value ans quality!

    This is the 2nd one of these I have purchased and I find it brilliant to keep track of workouts including reps and weights. There is plenty of room to write and the book fits into my small bag very easily.

    Excellent exercise log book. Not too bulky, but plenty options for many different types of exercise. Space to add lots of different strength exercises, as well as cardio/conditioning. And a notes section where you can pop your warm up, playlists you’ve used, anything you struggled with etc. It’s pretty versatile!

    There’s also a couple of cute designs if you want them, and a simple charcoal if you prefer something plain.

    The boxes for reps/weight could do with being a little bigger, but I manage with it.

    Great tool to track progress, to help you keep your routines varied, and to keep you focused during lockdown!

    I have tried many workout logs in the past but for me this is the best one yet. While others are too small or do not allow much room for writing. This one, however, is the opposite. Very simple but extremely effect design. The delivery was very fast too! Which is awesome. Will be buying again when I run out of pages. I also purchased the nutrition log, which just like the workout log is perfext for me.

    I am rubbish at remembering what weights I used on exercises so needed something I could write it all down in. This journal is perfect for what I need. Nicely spaced out and easy to navigate. Helps me remember what weights I’m up to and good to look back and see how I’ve progressed.
    Has enough pages to track 5 days a week for roughly 15 weeks!
    Will definitely buy again!

    I ordered this to keep track of my workouts, reps, weights etc and it’s fab! Really easy to use, set out well and has some space for gaols with a target date! It’s just the right size to take with you and doesn’t take up too much space it’s awesome!

    I love using this book as a tool to track my progress and ensure I am upping my weight and/or rep with every session! My only problem is that the boxes where you fill in the weight/reps are a bit small, but other than that, love the design and the practicality.

    There isn’t anything which I can criticise about this little book. The first page has a section for training goals, and the last few pages make it possible to track progress – weight, body fat, measurements etc. In between are many clear, well designed and attractive pages.

    This book has everything you need – with room for specific exercises, cardio types and notes (each day). A nice touch is the section for rest intervals and tempo.

    I am very much looking forward to using this in my training. Yes, you can purchase various cheaper alternatives across the web BUT I have found these are not as sturdy, do not have enough room to track exercises, and the general quality is not as good as this workout log. The cover is sturdy and the pages are not flimsy.

    Moving forwards, I would love to see a greater range of designs 🙂 It is clear that a great deal of time and effort has been spent planning this log, and I am glad to be supporting a small business.

    Such a cute little workout log! I’m the type of person who thinks every day to do a workout – get that ‘summer bod’ – however by the time I finish working, I have no motivation and keep pushing it further a day. I got this in hopes to change that and have my workout in front of me without having to use my phone! I have extremely high hopes for this – looks straight forward to follow! Highly recommend x

    This journal is great, you can log your body progress and measurements in the back and design your workout and fill in the progress of weight your lifting along with the number of reps. Love this

    I absolutely love this workout log. It’s soo cute which is a bonus and the workout pages are great! Plenty room to write exercises and reps etc. Only thing that would improve it is a clear plastic cover on the front to protect the lovely front cover!
