I bought another named brand which turned out not good .This one is solid, well made, opens up easily and shuts fine to change blades, fits the hand nicely, nice grip. All in all can not fault it. A good buy.

Had it for a few weeks and used a couple of times. Better than my old fixed blade knife and a very old Draper retractable. Looks reasonable quality and should be ok for jobs around the house and garden.

This is a well made tool with a very smooth action blade. Much safer than a blunt knife or scissors for opening well packaged items. Much cheaper than a Stanley knife and just as good too.

Its tough and durable. Comes with extra blades when you open it up. Be very careful as it is really sharp. This will last long and is a good collection for the toolbox

Excellent quality – robustly made. EASY to change blades …. I wish I’d bought this one sooner, before that other leading brand name (starts with ‘S’). Very satisfied – Highly recommended.

an excellent buy. Nice chunky grip, easy access to the spare blades, just a press of a button, not having to unscrew the handle. The safety lock works well and easily. Good buy.

I’m really impressed with the quality of this box cutter, it’s comfortable in your hand, the blade is easy to load, it retracts easily and there is an easy access clip for changing blades, plus it holds spares in side , overall it’s really an excellent buy.

Bought this as I needed to take up a carpet. Cut through like butter! I was worried as I struggle with back pain and mobility issues and this knife made it a doddle to do. Plus the fact that you get extra blades is a bonus! This will last me years so definitely worth the price. Great job Amazon!

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersManaged to lose my previous utility knife – OK, everyone calls them Stanley knives, but I am trying to be good! No idea where – really irritating. I needed a solid comfortable knife to precision cut feathers for my archery arrows.
It feels solid in the hand – well for my hand, which are large, so if you have smaller hands, you might find this too big. The lever to push out the blade gives you the option to partially expose the blade which you might find useful. it does stand a bit proud of the body, but not enough to catch on things.
The handle is rubberised, so if you really need to push hard I cannot see it slipping easily.
There is even a small hole at the back of the body so if you want to take it on expeditions and want to secure it somewhere, get out your trusty paracord and make a quick loop, it’ll be fine.
There is a clip to push open the body to reveal the spare blades and for replacing them. There is a spring to push it open which I can see falling off its holding stub if you catch it, but it looks like it can be easily put back. The only slight issue I can see is that you might accidentally catch it and can potentially see blades falling out without you noticing.
Inside, there are 2 clear notches to hold the cutting blade in place, so making it easy to turn it round and make the most of the blade sharp point at the other end.

All in all, a great product at an excellent price, I can see it lasting for ages.
