I could not resist this pump, as it comes with a great number of features. It inflates and deflates beautifully and has a nice digital display. It’s supposed to be used outdoors because it plugs into the car lighter outlet. I also wanted to use it indoors, so I got an adapter to plug it in the mains.

Great price for a starter pump and for occassional useage, fa, really impres ntastic portable size and it even comes with it’s own storeage bag which s a great addition.
i did find the cord a little short but hat was about it really as this has been very well designed and a fantastic large lcd display, perfect for inflation and deflation.
I like the way you set your psi and can actually see real time psi as to where it is so you can guage how much longer it will be.
Do be aware this is loud but all sub pumps have a noise volume.
Excellent design, fantastic materials used and perfect price for beginners

Ideal for anyone who enjoys water adventures. This intelligent electric pump boasts a robust 12V DC metal structure that ensures durability and reliability. What truly sets it apart is the 7.5″ LED screen, which not only provides clear readings but also makes the inflation process incredibly user friendly. It makes quick work of inflating paddleboards, inflatable boats, kayaks, and even air tents with precision up to 20 PSI. The convenience of this pump, combined with its exceptional build quality, has elevated our outdoor experiences, and we can’t recommend it enough to fellow water enthusiasts looking for a hassle free and efficient way to inflate their gear.

This is a great pump for all your outdoor devices. I like that it even comes with battery clamps so you can attach it directly to your vehicle’s battery if you can’t access the 12V port for whatever reason. It’s super easy to use and rapidly pumps things up. Would recommend!

Given the great price I took the risk. This is a great pump and one that many friends have now bought in our ISUP group. Our paddle boards inflate to 20psi without trouble. Loads of attachments for various inflatables too. There are expensive pumps out there…don’t waste your money. Set your max pressure and it stops dead on. Default is 15psi.

This works well but is, like many inflators, rather noisy.

It turns itself off automatically once the required pressure is reached which is useful – I’m not permanently watching it, anxious not to overinflate my SUP.

It runs off a 12V car socket so you need access to a vehicle to use it.

The display is a good feature but it needs to be out of direct sunlight to read in bright sunlight.

Bought this at the same time as 2 paddleboards. So glad I did! I pumped one up by hand just to see what it was like. Have never used the hand pump since! This is a godsend!!

Drafted in help from a far more experienced paddle boarder, as I’m a rookie….

    Thoughts & findings….

    Plus:
    – Fantastic storage bag and accessories. There are a number of attachments for other items like a yoga ball as well
    – Customer Service is excellent
    – The LED screen is really clear to read even from further back
    – Good layout of buttons, etc.
    – Seems quick but I have never used an electric pump to inflate my SUP before

    Minus:
    – power cord is a little short if you don’t have a cigarette lighter anywhere other than in the front of your car. In a standard car park layout it can be tricky to inflate your board close enough to use
    – Very loud when standing close. My tyre inflator is much quieter. I couldn’t use this early in the morning near people’s houses.

Only down sides are the noise & short cable.

We ordered this AstroAI Paddle Board Pump and after using we found it is an exceptional tool for inflating your outdoor gear with ease. Its got a 20 PSI capacity which ensures efficient and accurate inflation for various items such as paddle boards, inflatable boats, kayaks, and air tents.
The 12V DC electric pump boasts a sturdy metal structure, guaranteeing durability and long-lasting performance.
One of the standout features I can say is the intelligent dual-stage inflation, which streamlines the inflation process by automatically adjusting the pressure as needed! The 7.5″ LED screen provides clear and real-time pressure readings, allowing me to monitor the inflation progress effortlessly. This level of precision ensures that your equipment is inflated to the ideal pressure for optimal performance and safety without the risk of creating a puncher. I can honestly say it is the pumps of all pumps.

This is handy to have all year around but especially in summer when inflatables become much more in use. This can be used to inflate paddle boards, pool floats, exercise balls, kids inflatable toys. It requires a 12V power supply so you will mainly use this from a vehicle power port. But you can pick up a cheap adapter to use it from a house power outlet too. It is super quick and effective. A little noisy but worth it for the power/speed of it. It used to take me over half an hour to pump up 2 paddle boards but now it takes a few minutes and saves hurting my back. It deflates them too! Highly recommend adding this to your garage/shed, especially for summer use.

As an avid outdoor enthusiast, I recently had the pleasure of testing the AstroAI Paddle Board Pump, and it has exceeded all my expectations. This 20 PSI SUP pump is a true game-changer, boasting a powerful 12V DC electric pump with a robust metal structure and intelligent dual-stage inflation. Equipped with a large 7.5″ LED screen, this electric air pump is a versatile and indispensable tool for inflating various watercraft like paddleboards, kayaks, inflatable boats, air tents, and more. Let’s dive into why the AstroAI Paddle Board Pump has become an essential part of my outdoor adventures.
One of the standout features of the AstroAI Paddle Board Pump is its intelligent dual-stage inflation system. This innovation automatically switches from high volume to high pressure when the desired PSI level is reached, preventing over-inflation and ensuring the safety of your inflatables. The dual-stage inflation also saves time and effort, enabling you to get your gear ready for the water in no time.

This does work as is stated, but be aware, it does need some power, so a connection to a good 12 volt supply is needed. I do have a few mains 12 volt power supplies, and the best is only 8 amps, which is not enough as the pressure increases and the pump draws more power, (you can tell, as it gets noisy).
It does look well made, and can pump up a medium sized inflatable canoe I tried it on pretty quick. The display is OK, but like most screens like this, it can get hard to see in the sun, so shade it in use.
I was not able to fully load this to see how it behaved, but 135 watts is a lot, and on a beach, (near a car or 12 volt car battery), I would expect possibly some problems with heat, especially if inflating multiple inflatables as it is designed for. It does suggest a 2 minute cool off after 20 minutes use, but that would depend on the weather, I found it got warm pumping up my canoe, so just be aware, and as is advised, give it a rest if in heavy use, before it thermals off. Also, perhaps monitor the temperature of your 12 volt supply connection, especially if using the cigarette lighter socket in the car.

The pump is easy to use with the LED display which is clear and informative, very unique to other pumps and very helpful! It comes with couples of adapters which easy to fit different styles of connectors. It is quick and simple to use, don’t even need to worry about under or over inflation. I used it to inflate the king sized air bed in the garden, it just finished in a few minutes without hassles.

We’ve had our inflatable kayak for almost exactly a year and I have to admit that the biggest reason we don’t use it more often than we do is that it is a swine to inflate. To get it anywhere close to the correct inflation pressures takes so much manual pumping effort that you can no longer be bothered to actually go out paddling on it.

This Astro AI pump makes life so much easier, especially with the auto shut-off. You can set it to the correct pressure stated for your kayak/air bed etc and walk away while it does its thing. It’s quite a sedate inflation but I’m okay with that. The display screen is clear and tells you all you’ll need to know. You tell it what pressure you want to achieve, and a second readout shows you the current pressure as it inflates. It also does deflation as well, which is nice to see.

The pump comes with several different attachments, which brilliantly actually fit my kayak better than the one that came with my kayak’s own pump.

You power the pump either from your 12V power port in your car, or directly from a 12V battery with the included terminal clamps. I’ve not tried those clamps, but it’s a nice inclusion as I do have a leisure/marine battery that I could power it off of. With it needing a 12V power source that does mean you’ll need your car close by. Pictures of it pumping up inflatables on the beach would require a competent 4×4 just out of shot, put it that way. It’s portable, but only as portable as wherever you’ve parked your car. I point that out because a lot of the places we go kayaking don’t have car parking close by so we inflate with the manual pump at the water’s edge. If I was to use the AstroAI I’d have to inflate at the car and hike with a kayak on my headnot ideal!

But, overall, it’s an impressive bit of kit. It might be a bit of a cost outlay for the convenience of not keeling over every time I pump up the kayak, but it’s a justifiable one.

This is a great quality paddle board pump that works just great.
It is really easy to use it and you get your paddle board inflated in no time.
The pump has a really big 7.5″ screen , which is really easy to read and you can set the pump in no time.
Once set, the pump starts inflating until you get the set pressure, then stops.
The pump has a 12V cable that is inside the pump under a lid.
The pump comes with a 12V to battery clamp cable that you can use to get power from any other 12V batteries that you have.
The pump comes with a set of 6 nozzles, which is great.
There is also a storage bag for the whole set.
Overall it is a good set,but the price of the pump is a bit high, which currently is 89.99.

Hopefully my review was Helpful for you.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is a perfect companion to a paddle board and removes the need for manual inflation.

It comes in a carry case along with all accessories included so it’s neat and tidy for on the go. Although I got this for a paddleboard it also has the capability of pumping up a variety of different inflatables.

Having a two stage pressure system you can have your paddleboard up and ready to run in less than 10 minutes.

Its simple and intuitive to use and has a nice clear display which allows you to monitor the inflation in real time. As you set the PSI prior to pumping then you don’t need to worry about over inflation as it will automatically turn off at the desired pressure.

Power wise it runs off either a cigarette lighter or direct to a battery with the crocodile clips. As such you will need to be near a car/power source in order to use it as it doesn’t have its own battery.

What I do like is that it has a deflation mode which is really effective as deflating a board manually can be a pain and the deflation mode allows you to do this quickly and easily.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWe got this for blowing up our paddle boards but have since used it for all sorts – paddling pool, air beds, inflatable tents… its brilliant!
If you want to use it on mains you’ll need to get a mains to 12v adapter but you can pick one up for around 15-20 and can be used anywhere then.

This sup pump has an excellent display screen so you can check on the status of the pump easily and read the digits clearly at all times which is handy.

The controls are also very well set out , easy to see , easy to press and use , it’s a really good ergonomically designed sup pump.

The handle is in built into it for easy carrying and sharing with others , the plastic design feels a tad cheap , it’s slim , compact and lightweight, probably not as small and compact as others I have tried but this has the best display, it’s a really good pump though.

I like that it comes with different adapters, this isn’t just a paddleboard pump it can be used for a lot of different inflatables.

At the price of under 70 it’s quite good value , it’s a powerful two stage pump with a good lay out and easy to use controls the good display makes it very easy to see the current status and change settings etc.

A pump that is useful for inflatables around the home but is also lightweight and compact to take with you easily and won’t take up much space , inflates a paddleboard in around 10 minutes and saves you time using a hand or foot pump.

    Really impressed with the pump!
It’s really well made and excellent materials and construction.
The display is easy to read outdoors and at a distance which is handy.
Simply set the temperature ABBA the pump does the rest including showing real time pressure so you can monitor progress.
Not too noisy when using but does warm up when working hard, so definitely give it some time to cool between jobs.
Comes with good attachments (everything I need) and a built in light is handy as well. Very professional pump!!

All round really highly quality SUP pump from AstroAI works absolute wonders and gets the job done fast and easily pumped up a paddling pool in no time at all, display on this Pump is easy to read in all conditions (depending on your own eye sight capabilities) as I’ve had no issues in bright sun which typically can cause some issues on displays.

I will say this machine is portable but does require either being used from a car or some type of generator which does kind of limit the usage from this given you can get pumps which do hold a charge and this just somewhat lacks in a portable section, so it’s either lug around an additional item that being a generator if you own one or use from the car.

I can’t fault the machine itself other than lacking in a battery for full portability as it’s a really good high end device that gets the job done I would recommend this but do factor in what the review says about its portability if you are looking to use this on the go.
