The dumbbells are good and well balanced, but the grip is slightly too thick and I have medium hands size but overall recommend 7kg dumbbells. I will by them again.
A great weight for a bit of light pump. The neoprene coating is just squishy enough to afford comfort without compromising tactile grip. Nice bright colours also makes a handy doorstop between workouts. Love it!
The weight is as stated. Very good shape that doesn’t roll. The neoprene means it doesn’t slip but it isn’t as nice to hold as the vinyl covered dumbbells that don’t seem to be available any more.
I use these weight daily! they are easy to hold, even easier to store and the hex shape is perfect for weighted exercises on the floor (there is no risk of you rolling your wrist).
I bought these weights as I wanted to start doing some arm exercises every day and I really recommend them. They are comfortable and easy to hold and good value for money. I like the hexagonal ends so they don’t roll away when you sit them down. They were also delivered quickly. And I am pleased to say my arm’s are doing very nicely 🙂
