I would say it’s a great set for beginners, but sure not for professionals. At this price tag, these 2 rackets are of good quality and actually play well.

It comes with a quality carry bag hence handy to carry around. The shuttlecocks and grip tapes just a big bonus. Usually these rackets will last if players play with care.

    Value pack for starters.

Superb – perfect for the amateur player, this gives you exactly what you need to hire a court or play at the beach etc. Good quality and nice tension on the strings.
Well made, well presented, great packaging, great quality and value – highly recommended by us.

i’ve had a few cheap badminton sets before and these are fractionally above the average.

frame is slightly twisted out the bag but that’s normal for these cheap sets. the case is probably the best quality part of the set.

the fact these are slightly above the average might explain the slightly above average price of 24.99 (at time of review) so i would say you are getting what you pay for, no more no less

Such fun! I’ve not played Badminton since I was a child and got this set for a bit of fun (and exercise!). I really enjoyed it. I can’t compare this to maybe a more professional set, but just for a beginner or family fun, I’d really recommend it. The set comes with 2 decent rackets, 2 shuttlecocks and 2 packs of over grips. All together in a nifty carry bag. The rackets were light and comfortable to handle. My only negative is that the plastic shuttlecocks were squashed flat in the carry bag, so did not fly too well. I think with a new shuttlecock this set will be perfect.

The BAIHUALIN Badminton Racket set is a decent quality product and one that’s also affordably priced. The rackets are of decent quality, they have a carry bag to keep them protected when not in use and make carrying them around easier and it comes with some shuttlecocks too.

Great for a bit of back and forth during the summer months and doesn’t break the bank. Happy with the product.

These are some of the best badminton rackets we have owned and they are lightweight in the hand and super efficient when playing badminton.
They come complete in a carry storage case, so they are ideal for taking out with you.
We love the design and colour of the rackets too, very good value for money.

My other half like playing badminton and haven’t done so in many years. We therefore were very excited to try out this set. We had such a great time and got quite competitive. It’s great to take to the park or to play a game in the garden. The set contains two badminton rackets, two nylon shuttlecocks, two grip tapes and 1 carrying bag. Great set which is brilliant value for money and provides hours of entertainment.

This is a good badminton set which gives you rackets and shuttlecocks all within a useful carry bag.

The badminton rackets are reasonable quality particularly for someone getting introduced to the sport. The shuttlecocks are ok but replacements are easy to get anyway.

There is no net but you don’t need one to start playing.

A good set to have some outdoor fun.

This is nice home set the racquets feel nice quality and are comfortable to hold and use and the holder is nice quality too.I ordered this just to use in garden or park with daughters and it’s great fun and light exercise.I do think this is little expensive as my daughter has similar quality set that cost around same but came with net.Great fun for garden though even just batting over coats laid on ground

Great little badminton set for the kids this summer, rackets are nice and light and easy to hold. It comes with two shuttlecocks and some new for each of the handles.

All instructions are in what I think is Chinese, this isn’t too much of a problem however as it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to work how to use them and how to apply the new grips.

Not professional rackets at all, but perfect for the kids in the garden when the sun is out.

This badminton set is perfect for the starter or home player that just wants some equipment to play or practice with.
It all comes in a nice little carry bag so you can keep both racquets together and safe and also squeeze in some shuttlecocks but I wish the bag had a little bulged out area for them as the bag is designed just for the racquets it tends to squash the shape of the shuttlecocks and this can impact flight performance of them.
Both racquets have a cool blue and red colour scheme, and I was impressed with the handle grip quality as its better than just your basic tape that most have. These actually have gripped ridges to help you hold the racquet in the correct position well. You also get a spare set of grip tape for each racket as well.
The shuttlecocks are fine for practice or games at home and for fun but if you wanted decent performance, you need ones that don’t crushed in the bag.
Overall, for 24.99 I think the racquets alone are good value so the fact they come in a bag is very handy and I am happy with the set.

4.0 out of 5 stars great set of rackets and carry bag but the rest is average

Very nice badminton set, comes with pretty much everything you need. Easy to carry and won’t take much space. Perfectly serviceable and good quality.
The racquets are light but quite sturdy. The shuttlecocks have little drag which is good for kids but i find myself having to be very gentle or they’ll goooo.
Enjoy the set more than we could’ve ever imagined, no breakages yet, thanks!

This is a reasonably quality badminton set – the two rackets seem well made – the shuttlecock is quite cheap but easily replaced.

However, for the price (25 at the time of review) it feels quite expensive for an unbranded set, especially as you have to buy a net separately.

A really good quality badminton set for the price. I’ve not heard of Whizz before but I’m impressed with the quality

The rackets feel strong and have tight wiring so the shuttle springs off nicely, both rackets come with extra handle wraps too. The shuttlecocks aren’t high quality but they’re definitely good enough for casual players!

The case is nice quality with a faux leather outer, felt lining with some padding, a shoulder strap and zip around closure. All items fit in easily and securely.

A great little set. Rackets are very good for the price point (24.99 at time of review) and they come with a blue and red wrap that can be wrapped around the handle for increased grip. You also get 2 shuttlecocks and a good carry case. I smiled a little at the W logo which is a rip off of a well known name, but of course stands for their brand WHIZZ. This set will be enjoyed very much over the summer months.

This set comes with 2 rackets with grips and 2 shuttlecocks. These may not be what the “pros” use but in the park and garden these are good fun and seem to be quite durable. We will give these a good test over the summer and will update this review with any issues!

Good badminton set but at 24.99 I found it expensive compared to other brands which also included a net at the price if not cheaper and looked good. The pink and blue grip straps are optional and come included but not already on the bats, the original strap is black. The overall quality is good and the bag is padded which is ideal for travel, it also has a shoulder strap.

These are decent quality set very good for beginners. Rackets are light weight and easy to maneuver. Rackets are well made and strings are well strung, it should last. It includes plastic shuttles which again acceptable for beginners. Overall this is a decent set.

These are a nice pair of rackets and, although they are something above basic budget ones, they certainly don’t feel premium. They are lightweight though and it’s nice that they come in two different colour combinations. There are shuttlecocks provided as well so it makes for a nice set. I think for the casual player this is a good set; those that want a premium racket will look elsewhere. For the money they are reasonable.

WHiZZ Sports Badminton Racket set: So probably not for you if you’re a big time badminton player, this set of 2 rackets, 2 shuttlecocks and wrist &head sweat bands are a reasonable quality and price for anyone who likes a quick Knock about in the garden, is an occasional player or just starting out.

The set comes in a reasonable quality zipped bag with adjustable shoulder strap – gives a professional look The carbon fibre shafts of the rackets are pretty strong but with a good level of flexibility and the handles provide a comfortable grip. They balance more towards the head, lighter head/faster response, and these do have a very fast action, with a weight grade of 4u – a little lighter than the average of 3u but of course dependant on preference.

The shuttlecocks provided are nylon and at the cheaper end of the market, but they are resilient and will take quite a whack, also their descent is slower than the feather or hybrid type, so great for kids and beginners. The sweat bands are fine if you’re really working up a steam.

We had a quick play in the garden to give them a test and they make for a speedy game which is tempered by the slower shuttlecock, it’s a bit cold for this at the moment but will be great for the summer. For less than 30 I’d say they make a good investment for some holiday fun or to give a start in the game and they’ll take a bit of wear and tear too. Pretty good on the whole.

We couldn’t wait until the weather was better to get outside and give this a go, so had a play in the house.
The set comes complete as shown in the picture and all stows away nicely in the included bag. The racquets are light and comfortable to use, even without the additional grips. I like that it comes with all the basics you would need if you wanted to play, rather than having to try and get hold of everything separately.
The shuttlecocks weren’t squashed on delivery and went exactly where you wanted them to go when hitting. I was expecting to have to reshape them slightly as the plastic felt quite stiff but they were fine.
Going to have a lot of fun with these once we can get outside but in the meanwhile, will continue having fun pinging them across the house while trying to avoid breaking the tv!

This is a two player badminton set, the racquets are pretty decent quality with carbon aluminium frames and carbon graphite shafts, making them both strong and lightweight. Another major selling point of this set is the inclusion of various extras contained within the bag, which most competing products simply do not provide, see list below.

    Set contents

    2x badminton rackets
    2x nylon shuttlecocks
    2x breathable soft grip tapes
    2x sweatbands on the wrist
    1x racket bag

In use these are very lightweight, they FEEL decent when hitting the shuttlecock but unless you actually play the game it’s difficult to explain but i’ll try in one line, the vibration through the racquet strings and subsequent travel vs power of shot FEELS quite good.

It’s difficult to fault this set, it’s great for the back garden for adult players who don’t wish to ruin more expensive racquets, along with anyone who plays occasionally, but don’t expect it to compete with high end Yonex products if you’ve been using those already.
