I use Bluetooth headphones on my PC. The PC is located next to my desk and, with my old USB Bluetooth connector, I would often get slight dropouts and interruptions when I moved my head. I put this down to the signal getting blocked by the desk leg – not the end of the world, but enough to become a little irritating, so I thought I’d give this a go.

Since plugging this in and setting it up (which was as simple as plugging it into the PC and letting Windows do the rest), I have had zero issues, not one drop out or sound issue of any kind. I’m very happy with this adaptor.

I cannot speak to the claimed range of the device but, if you’re having similar issues, I’d highly recommend giving this a try.

Took a while to get it working because I didn’t realise you had to disable any other bluetooth on your computer. I bought this dongle as my PC’s stock bluetooth was horrible. Just make sure you uninstall other bluetooth by going into your device manager because just turning it off won’t work. Seems to be working well enough.

Easy to set up, as all it takes is plugging it into the pc and it auto installs.
Connects on start up very time to the wifi.
I had to ensure I was using a USB 3 port to get better wifi speeds.
Signal strength was excellent for me.
    Recommended.

This item work very well, give me the ability to increase the range of my Bluetooth. The unit itself is a little on the large side, if you’re using it on a laptop. Here at the back of a PC, it’s the ideal Bluetooth transmitter. It’s made it easy to connect, to my vinyl cutter, that I’d been having issues connecting to, with over a devices. Overall very impressed with this.

Well, I would not say it’s compact as there are many compacter ones in the market. With this size, however, the signal is very strong, which is what I was looking for.

Perfect for my home use as the range is brilliant for me to move around while not losing the connection.

Overall a quality Bluetooth dongle to provide great value combined with the 50% voucher.

The Bluetooth Adapter for PC, which I just bought, has greatly enhanced my desktop computer’s capabilities. I can now connect my PC to a variety of Bluetooth devices with ease thanks to this plug-and-play dongle, opening up a whole new world of possibilities.

First and foremost, setting up was a breeze. The adapter was instantly recognized when I plugged it into a USB port on my desktop computer without the need to install any additional drivers or software. I was able to start using Bluetooth right away due to the simple and seamless setup.

The scope of this Bluetooth connector is great, with a remote exchange distance of up to 328 feet (100 meters). With this, I am able to move around my office or home while maintaining my Bluetooth connection without experiencing any noticeable signal degradation. Because I can use my wireless headphones and connect to other Bluetooth peripherals from afar in comfort, I value the freedom it grants.

Connections are both quick and reliable thanks to the Bluetooth 5.3 technology. Audio streaming, file transfers, and device pairing all worked flawlessly for me. I can connect to headphones, speakers, keyboards, mice, and game controllers thanks to the adapter’s support for numerous Bluetooth profiles. It has essentially extended the flexibility of my personal computer, making it more helpful and agreeable to utilize.

Additionally, I appreciate this Bluetooth adapter’s compatibility. It works flawlessly with Windows 11, 10, and 8.1, which covers an extensive variety of PC working frameworks. I can rely on this adapter to provide dependable Bluetooth connectivity regardless of my Windows version.

The conservative plan of the connector is one more in addition to. It has a minimal amount of protrusion from the USB port, reducing the likelihood of accidental damage. Additionally, it is light and portable, making it easy to carry and combine with other devices when necessary.

In general, I’ve found the Bluetooth Adapter for PC to be a useful and dependable addition to my desktop computer. My computing experience has been greatly enhanced by its plug-and-play functionality, impressive range, dependable connections, and wide compatibility. I highly recommend giving this adapter a shot if you want your PC to have Bluetooth capabilities. It’s a solution that works well for a low price and is convenient.

An exceptional Bluetooth Dongle. I’m on a old DELL. This has made connecting devices a dream. Go to Device Manager and disable your internal/onboard Bluetooth FIRST.
Reboot with the Dongle in a USB-3 port and it will find the generic driver it uses. Plug and Play. A great inprovement.

My PC had Bluetooth connectivity but somewhere over the years something happened to it which meant it did not work. This device is perfect to rectify that – just plug it in and away you go, the plug n play worked perfectly. Recommended.

If you’ve got older hardware, particularly desktop PCs, then there’s a chance that your machine doesn’t have any kind of Bluetooth functionality.

I popped this little dongle in to a spare USB on my computer, and it was recognised by Windows, and the driver applied automatically.

I’ve had problems pairing devices with it, including keyboards, mice and speakers.

Appears to have a good range, and not had any issues with drop outs.

    Good value.

Build quality is fine, primarily plastic housings with the usual metal USB A outer, the antenna connections being gold coloured at least. The large antenna doesn’t seem to improve range over adaptors without, at least in my experience, but it can be removed if you prefer.

The raimadim Bluetooth Adapter for PC was immediately recognised on connection to my computer, with Windows (11) making it available straight away. Pairing with Bluetooth headphones was competed quickly and without issue in the usual manner. In use, the connection was consistent when in the same room, but became it become spotty when moving around other rooms, I find this is pretty typical of devices in my setup.

At full price I would question the value of the raimadim Bluetooth Adapter for PC, but given the voucher available at the time of writing which brings it down to under 7, I’d say it’s worth it.

I just had the benefit of reviewing a pair of over-ear Bluetooth headphones, old-school design, but new-school technology with Bluetooth 5.3 standard.

I’d already bought a good Bluetooth dongle (with two aerials) which boasted an impressive range but was 5.1. With my existing dongle, I managed to exit the house, and into the garden while listening to music from my PC in my upstairs office. That was yesterday.

Today I “plugged and played” this Raimadim Bluetooth 5.3 Dongle into my Windows 11 machine.

This was in place of my previous 5.1 model, and with my new cans I managed to get out of the house and down the street, so I was comfortably 50 yards or so from my upstairs office, through internal and external walls before I had a signal drop.
This was easily twice the distance if not more.

Obviously, distances for wireless signals are given (I’m confident) as measured under ideal conditions, so on a flat plane without physical barriers. That I got so far through walls, and other obstacles is noteworthy.

The first caveat would be this headset benefits from being physically bigger so I suspect can afford a bigger antenna, but the difference is still a valid metric as the thing I changed today is my existing dongle.
I can’t guarantee what distances you’ll get, you may do better, or worse, due to local conditions.

The other thing to note is this unit does not support Mac or Linux. I use the latter in several machines, and my experience has always been starting with an adaptor/chip that is known to work in Linux, rather than buying and then trying to find out if and how it can be made to work, to be the much better option.

    What else can I say?

Well the dongle itself is larger than some, being an inch tall without the aerial attached, the whole assembly is 14cm so shy of six inches if the ariel is straight, it can angle to 90 degrees, which is probably how most will us this. That is about 6cm or two and a half inches out from the USB socket.

I think the asking price at the time of writing is 13.99 is reasonable and this device is a great choice if you want an adaptor that gives you a better than average range with a reliable connection.

This is my Bluetooth adaptor of choice going forward.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very good indeed, for Windows.

To be fair, I got thus devise for my TV and not a PC but it works perfectly. The Bluetooth in my TV broke down and it stopped conneto the soundbar, I’ve put this device in and after a minute or two it connected. I’m really happy about it.

Perfect, absolutely no issues with this at all. Simply plug in and get bluetooth capability on your device – if you go into settings and then Bluetooth and Other Devices Settings you will see the Bluetooth capability activated (see the screen shots for comparison). I’ve added this to an oldish laptop running Windows 10 that didn’t have a bluetooth. It only has two USB ports which were tied up by bluetooth compatible devices that I had to use the Wireless dongles for instead, I suppose I could have used a multiport USB as a solution but this is a little bit more elegant and you can add many more devices through the bluetooth facility plus you don’t have a block of USB ports to carry around. Everything paired quickly as expected and works fine

5.0 out of 5 stars The elegant solutio

Grabbed this to replace an aging Bluetooth adapter that kept dropping out during games.

Can confirm this had no issues connecting to my Xbox controller on PC.

Really like how it works with or without the attachable Arial. If you don’t need the extended range you can remove it and just use the USB so you don’t have to have a huge stick poking out the back of your PC. Nice feature.

But yes, great build quality and great stable connection with my controller. Had no issues in several games of Rocket League. 5*!

5.0 out of 5 stars Works great with Xbox controller.

I have tested this dongle with several peripherals against my current Bluetooth 5.0 dongle, and in the same, environment, they compare roughly the same.
Electronically, the environment is bad, but this dongle did perform well, (as do my old ones). I say that, because I tried several other dongles in recent years, and some have been very poor, my being unable to even leave the room without drop outs.
Wearing Bluetooth 5.3 headphones, I could use them all over the house, only getting dropouts basically 3 rooms away upstairs. I could walk from the transmission through three rooms to outside, and started to get drop out at the bottom of my garden, a total distance of about 100 feet, and bearing in mind the amount of electronics I have around my PC, that is better than most dongles I have tried. So these to me seem good value, but the distance you will get is strongly affected by walls and other obstacles, as well as whatever interference is in the area.
I must be honest and add that the dongle I normally use has no antenna, but matched the one I am testing, but the one under test is Bluetooth 5.3, so I will now keep it in my PC.

As you can see from my video it didn’t work on my Window 11 HP laptop – it couldn’t get the driver. That could be a lot of reasons, probably nothing to do with the adapter.

I have then tried on a Win 10 desktop that didn’t had Bluetooth at all and it worked like a dream.

Bluetooth is version 5.3 which will allow signal for up to 100M. I had my wireless earbuds connected and from the other room it started disconnecting but the dividing wall is made of bricks.

It has a antenna for better signal.

I really liked that while watching a movie on Netflix I couldn’t notice any lipsync issues.

    I definitely recommend.

My old style desktop computer doesn’t have a Bluetooth facility. With speakers, headphones, and so many other gadgets requiring a Bluetooth connection, I’m probably years behind in choosing this option. I plugged this in and it worked within moments without any additional software. I didn’t have any Bluetooth device to disconnect on my desktop computer and using the video on the Amazon product purchase page, I was able to use the add a device page very quickly. The rate of data transfer appears good to me, although I have no idea if there are better options. I used the Bluetooth up to about 10 or 12 foot away from my computer and it worked well. When the weather is better I might try using the Bluetooth facility from out in the garden. I haven’t tried connecting more than one Bluetooth gadget at the same time, but I do have a new keyboard and mouse which have a Bluetooth option, so I’ll give that a try soon. I have positioned the aerial straight up and it doesn’t appear to make much difference if I move the aerial when I’m 3 to 4 foot away from the computer. I suppose many people will purchase this unit because of its long distance range, whereas I needed to add a Bluetooth connection to my desktop computer.
