I didn’t see any ear wax fall out but it helped unclog my right ear as I felt my equilibrium off possibly due to built up ear wax. I just didn’t see any come out.

It feels a little weird to put in your ear but you get used to it.

I knocked down a star because no actual ear was came out.

This was so great. I sometimes have issues with impacted ear wax, but this really helped to clean my ears out. Setup was really easy and I feel like the directions provided made everything feel super easy to use and clean up after!

My father is a hyper excreter of earwax. And as a result it has affecting his hearing. Upon first use of this device, we were able to extract a large pea size wax ball out!

After trying different things to remove ear wax, eg the lmechn camera , naveh ear wax none seemed to help so I thought I’d try this, amazed at how good this product was, one ear is done just waiting for the other ear to soften so I can go again.

Several months ago I noticed that my ear started to develop more ear wax than usual so I thought using this device would be a safer alternative to having to use cotton swabs so often. This is a rechargeable ear cleaner that is easy to assemble & easy to operate. I like that it charges with a USB C charging cord.

Operation is easy. One button changes spray intensity and one powers on/off. I rinsed out the tank and filled with warm water. I didn’t have a thermometer so I judged the temperature by hand. My recommendation is to have one handy. Would have been good for the kit to have one. Perhaps one of those forehead tape type thermometers attached to tank as a future product improvement? After locking tank into place and assembling ear attachment, I turned it on. As the instructions say, it could take a minute for the water to actually start to come out but once it did there were no issues. For my ears, it took about one tank per side but it did spray adequately and I did witness some stuff flow out. I started with lowest setting then went to medium. I have never used one of these until recently. I have always used swabs which everyone says you shouldn’t. This is a better alternative.

50+ male with to much hair. Ears block all the time. Used to have them done on NHS. Now can’t get an appointment for months/years. Tried this, worked perfectly, job done. Great product.

Liked the stained glass receptacle and the assortment of items that came with.
Has 3 different levels of pressure depending on your needs. But none of them are pulsating which I prefer.
Rechargeable via USB C, cable included.
Easy to use, learning curve involved. Doesn’t occupy too much space.
Although it comes with several, replaceable, tips, they are all the same. Others have different types.

This ear cleaner is easy to setup and operate. The water tank is large and it comes with a water catcher which is very helpful, but I usually use it in the shower and no need to worry about spill or anything. There are different cleaning mode to choose from and you might want to start with the lowest setting and then increase it when you are comfortable to do so. Overall, this cleaner work as expected and clean your ears pretty well.

This is a fairly complete ear cleaning kit which includes the rechargeable device, 2 nozzles, 6 tips, a bulb syringe, water basin, cotton swabs, and a USB charging cable. You can select any of three usage modes with a press of the button: low, middle, and high. The device also has a decent sized water capacity of 320ml.

As far as performance goes, I found the lowest intensity setting to work just fine. I also found that using nice warm water worked best. This is kind of a messy experience, and I found it was pretty much crucial to have someone help me. It was very important for me to feel the intensity of the water with my hand before letting someone spray it in my ears. Depending on how much cleaning is required, the bottle capacity may be an issue. For me, just doing a quick wash of both ears, I found it to hold plenty of warm water for both. I think this is a nice kit, and it seems pretty complete to me.

Electric Ear Irrigating Device – Multiple Modes

I wear hearing aids so it’s really important to clear my ears of excess wax daily since hearing aid users tend to produce more ear wax than normal. I had been using the spray bottle irrigation systems and they work pretty well but the strength of the spray is weak and your fingers can get tired continually pressing the trigger. So when I saw this genre of devices, I knew I had to try them. I’ve tried several of them now and this is a very good one.

It’s pretty simple to use. You basically fill the reservoir with warm water and then screw on the top part. Put one of the arms and rubber tips on the front and you’re ready to go. You first press the Mode button to turn it on and select a speed – Low, Middle, or High. Then put the tip in your ear and press the Power button. A stream of water will come shooting out of the tip and irrigate your ear. I tried all of the speeds and recommend Middle speed for daily use and a High speed occasionally when you have a bigger than normal wax buildup. The proof is how your ears look after you use this device and I check them with an otoscope camera that I have. I find this device does a great job in getting the wax out effortlessly.

It takes a bit of practice to keep from shooting water all over the place. A basin is included that can be held under the ear to catch the water as it exits your ear. Using the device over a sink is a good idea. You can use the device yourself or have someone do it for you. The LED light illuminates the ear canal. A total of 6 multi-stream tips are included so different family members can have their own. Two arms are provided as well as some swabs and an ear bulb. A type C charging cable is included, but no power block.

I have 3 pro suggestions for using this device. One is to simply use it in the shower. The water and wax then simply goes down the drain. Second, try a few drops of peroxide in the reservoir with the water. That helps soften the wax. Third, use ear wax softener drops in your ears for a few minutes before you use this device. That will really help soften the wax to make it easier to remove. Mix and match these suggestions as you see fit.

This is a terrific device. I like it a lot more than my manual spray bottles and I love that it’s rechargeable. I highly recommend this device for ear wax removal. It makes the chore easy and does it very well. It’s a bit on the pricy side but the 20% coupon on the product page today helps with that.

This ear cleaner does a good job of helping me keep my ears clean and also hear better. It is water resistant, so I use it in the shower and don’t have to worry about making a mess. It is also portable and good for travel and using on trips.

I’ve used many styles of ear irrigaters and this is on par with most and easy to use. The reservoir is adequate for a thorough cleaning and the pressure can be controlled for comfort with one of the three settings. This unit is one that comes with a run off reservoir to catch the liquid as it’s expelled from the ear. This is so important to have included in your unit. It’s easy to operate – very logical. It does help to have someone to give you a hand but I’ve used it solo with no problem. You basically fill the reservoir with warm water plus vinegar or any other solution your doctor recommends. Overall, it’s a good unit that works as promised.
