Don’t peg it into the ground
Tried it out for the first time was good and easy to assemble, however, I don’t recommend putting the pegs in as if u trip or get a tog on a boot stuck under one of the ladders. You fall, like I did 🙁

Fantastic item and amazing quality.
As the old saying goes “you get what you pay for” and that was very apparent with this purchase. You can even adjust the ladder size wise which was great. The routine which is also included is a massive help too.

Easy to set up. Easy to use.
I have different exercise marked on each cone, for me to do when I reach that cone.
The only complaint I have is that after each use I am struggling to breath, sweating profusely and dying of thirst.
Quality item so fa
Tad on the expensive side for what it is, but it looks great quality and you get what you pay for most of the time. Bought because my son is missing his football training and we’ve already put it to good use.
Quality and helpful
Really good kit, good exercise tips and helpful for my son to keep practicing rugby and football training during lockdown. Tough for me but helpful for my fitness levels too!!
Brilliant product, a great addition to my training programme over the off- season to keep myself fit and sharp. The ladders are really easy to set up and I also liked that it came with a poster showing different variations to how you can use the ladder. I play football so they have been really useful with fast feet work to help keep that match sharpness during during pre- season! I would 100% recommended this product!

Very good value for money. Used in garden for grandchildren 2-8 yrs old, one of whom has co-ordination and balance issues. Good value, good customer service, speedy delivery. The excellent exercise sheet means that i will be buying another for my 10 yr old footballing grand-daughter.
Fantastic produc
This was bought as a birthday present for my daughter, the carrier bag it comes with is ideal to carry to and from the football pitch and easy to access and set up for agility training, the posters are easy to understand and good agility tests with both ladders and cones, highly recommend
I’ve been after one of these for a while, to help my boy with his football training. And I’m happy to say, I’m glad I’ve used this company. The item was well packaged, is exactly as described and it comes with some nice cones, and a holdall, and with a sheet of diagrams for different training techniques, which leads me nicely to the customer service.
On the day the item was shipped, I received an email enclosing a copy of the training techniques, so you can get the heads up of what to expect. It was a nice touch, and one I wasn’t expecting. So 5 stars for the product, and 5 stars for customer service.
Perfect for home training or grass roots
Bought this to keep my youngest occupied during lockdown when he isn’t able to go training with his team. Nicely packaged set that’s perfect for setting up drills in the garden or the park and perfect for warm up drills for grass roots without shelling out big money. (Maybe get two for run offs and challenges if you coach a team.) Good quality and in its carry set easy to put away and store afterwards. Highly recommended.
Coming with an adjustable speed ladder and set of cones, this has been great for helping my daughter continue football practice during lockdown. The ladder is well made, of a good length and comes with pegs to hold it in place. It would’ve been nice if the cones were in 2 colours but otherwise do what you need them to.
The exercise sheet is a nice touch for inspiration and given us a nice few plans.
Overall for the price I can’t fault the purchase.

Can be used indoors as well as outside
Bought for my daughter, who hasn’t been able to train since the lockdown. It was really hard for me to hear her just kick the ball around the apartment, with no actual structure or sum in what she was doing. Now It has arrived, she has made great use of it. There is a guide to show you drills to carry out, and the owners also email you a digital version. Very happy with the purchase and is very good quality especially the ladder as materials seem heavy and durable. Can’t wait to take it out to the park, once this lockdown bus over!!
