Great value for money
The kit is great and easy to use. Comes with a spare holder and fine grade pads which most definitely do the job. I’ve restored my very yellow headlights on 18 year old car without issues. All you need is a drill, polishing compound and sealing product to complete the job.
Great for polishing headlights
I have recently purchased a bit of a project car. Someone hadn’t used it and various things were showing signs of neglect. I used this to do some small areas of polishing once the car was given a very good clean. In particular I found it useful for the headlights which were a little misty and had a thin layer of green algae in certain areas. The headlights were glass and I decided not to use the sandpaper, I started with the nylon wool pads working from course to fine with a bit of t-cut at first moving onto a polish at the end. They now look like new, in fact possibly even better in that people actually notice the clarity of the glass and ask me where I got them done.

Brought this to do my daughter’s Nissan note. They were plastic and gone green and faded. Made a big difference, I did put a clear coat to protect them. Looks good.

You receive a plastic bag filled with a jumble of various buffers and sanding discs and small backing plates . There were no instructions on how to use so am a bit hesitant on how to use them all or if I need any kind of paste/liquid to go with it .
I guess I will have to have a look at online videos .
If it had been in a box with instructions it would be a good gift for the motorist .
Have given it 4 stars because its good value for the content but knocked one star off as I don’t know where to start .
Very comprehensive polishing ki
The description says for headlight polishing bit this kit is so versatile and will polish almost anything. Use it in glass plastic or car paintwork. The kit comes with a very large range of wet/dry pads and polishing bonnets. You will need a drill or dremel . Well pleased with this kit.
