This little tool is brilliant, soooo cheap but works really well. I have a 10ft metal framed pool, cleans grub off the bottom in minutes, would be great for pools of similar size and hot tubs. Get one!

Was very dubious about this vac, but it actually works!! Cleaned a load of debris from my 12ft above ground pool. It was pretty bad with an accumulation of grot, but this bit of kit sorted it right out! Better than the pump and filter that came with the pool. Top marks!

Nice piece of kit, I do use a sock over the net to make sure I capture all the little tiny bits. Works as described and does the job. You will need good water pressure.
Bloody amazing!
When phrchasing this product, i wasnt expecting much. After it arriving and using it in our 10ft pool i am amazed! Works perfectly collecting the debris from the bottom of the pool.

Never really leave reviews but felt the need on this one. We have a 15ft pool so wanted something to clean the floor. This worked very well literally like a hoover.
Picked up loads of dirt and debris that we wasn’t even aware of!
Superb and efficie
Had my doubts. But this piece of kit is actually impressive. It picks up very fine dirt grit etc. So easy to use. Very very happy with it. You need this to keep your pool clean and it really does the job.

This is an amazing product and worked wonderfully at sucking up a broken chlorine tablet from the bottom of my lay-z spa. It was easy to put together and cleaned everything up quickly i was impressed with how good it actually was. I would add we have really good water pressure and had the hose on full whether it would do the same job with lower pressure I couldn’t say.

Suction power is good for an average garden pool.. its works well on our 10ft one.

Pleasantly surprised
Fairly easy to assemble, had to have a little help because my hands weren’t quite strong enough for one part. The suction is pretty good, I was quite surprised how well it cleaned the pool, can also use it to get the bugs ect off the top of the pool not just the bottom. Only down point I can see so fair is that the pole is a little flimsy.
Overall, I’m happy with it.

I was sceptical but it actually works! The pool is looking so clean now! Picks up all the fluff, flies and dirt from the bottom with no effort! Definitely worth it.
GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY
Needed something to get the leaves and dirt from 10ft pool, read the reviews for this and i have got to agree its great value for money and does a really great job. Within 15 mins all the dirt, leaf, and floating insects were gone.
All attachments fitted perfectly, If I was to give a slight negative it will be the pole is a little flimsy but still does the job.
Amazing produc
Brilliant tool. You can see the dirt getting sucked into it. It is not only great for cleaning the bottom of the pool, but when you can also use it to remove any bugs floating on the surface of the pool. Makes cleaning fun. It is shocking to see what it gathers. I use it daily. Only downside- My pool is 15’diameter and the handle is too short to reach the centre of the pool.
Amazing produc
Setup in less than 3 minutes. Very simple to setup. If you can handle setting up a hot tub, keeping the chemicals right, this will be a walk in the park. Parts are pretty sturdy when all clicked into place. Very lightweight, which is great when you’ve got it in the tub. Great suction power. I couldn’t picture how this would work, but on switching on the tap, got a great surge of water flowing up through the mesh bag and away I went! And my water pressure is terrible here. The edges go perfectly around my inflatable tub, picking up everything in the bottom with real ease. Feels very sturdy in the tub, and having the handle and hose in hand to control where its going makes it feel very sturdy underwater. Took me less than 10 minutes to clean up the bottom of the tub. And topped up the water a little too. Brilliant product! Really easy to use. And very quick cleaning. Thank you happy hot tubs!

Used it the hot tub connected to the hot water tap. It works OK.
Probably not as sturdy as it might be but for the use its going to get its fine.

Surprisingly effective
I was a bit skeptical about this pool vac but went ahead and ordered it for our pool. It was easy to put together although the hose connector took a bit of brute strength to seal properly. We vacuumed the pool just after the children got out and were soon surprised at the amount of grit and gunk it sucked into the bag. We then agreed to try it this morning when the water was still and the sediment had settled to the floor. We used the vacuum again and rant it slowly along the floor of the pool several times. We could see the floor getting cleaner and the bag was again lined with a lot of fine dust and sand. I think I might try what someone else suggested and add a microfiber mitten over the bag to see if I can catch even finer particles but suffice to say I was really [pleased with this product’s out-of-the-box effectiveness.
To say I was sceptical when this arrived is an understatement. To be honest I had no expectations for this to work. The handle could do with improvement and better finishing off so that it fits together better. But I got it working and doubt I will take it apart as I’m not sure it will go back together. The instructions weren’t too clear on how to get it together, but a little bit of common sense and looking at the image will help. My kids had managed to get a load of their play sand into the pool. Being very fine, the supplied netting bag was allowing the sand to filter through. So I just added the end of some stockings and this worked brilliantly. The hose connector is not great quality – but we got it to work. I did not expect much sand to be collected so was pleasantly surprised to see how much it did collect!! For the money paid, I think it is good value and does the job better than I expected. We have a 10ft steel frame pool and the handle length was suitable.
I had a problem with grit and debris in my hot tub, tried everything to clean it but normal nets etc did not work, you need a hosepipe to make this work (and a water supply with decent pressure!), but the clear design means it hoovers up and nets everything easily, quickly and allows to to then take out, remove the net bag and empty. It picks up everything that should not be on the bottom of you hot tub (or pool if thats what you have!).. human hair, bits of grit, leaves small twigs and bugs…. I was going to do a video, i loved it so much! but only thought about it afte rI had cleaned it… I may return and do it, as this product is one of the best bits of kit i have every got online… I was sure it would not work, but got it out of frustration with the dirt on the bottom,bu it did
Simple but effective
No problems with assembly apart from the aforementioned hose connection. This appears to be due to an oversized o ring on the Male connector. Simply replace with one from DIY shop or garden centre and its sorted. Great piece of kit, cleans up great.
It works well once fitted
Very easy to use, cleaned bottom of pool to perfection (12ft frame pool) would highly recommend.
Paid 39.99 which is expensive for what you get, considering the hose fitting provided is of poor quality (threw away and used hoselock fitting I already had) and even then need some pressure to fit onto the hose. Hence 4 stars.
Works Freaky Well!
First, that bad. The supplied hose attachment is a bit nasty, not a great fit and you have to push really hard to get it to weakly latch.
There is a built in stopper so that you can turn on the tap so water doesn’t come out until you click it on properly.
That blew out and disappeared in to next door’s Rose bed the first time I turned on the tap.
I’ll adapt it out later with a bit of hose, some tube and a couple of jubilee clips.
Now the good. It really works! It’s amazed. I’m not a plumber so to me it appears to be something between science fiction and Witch Craft, but nonetheless I now have a bad full if dead bugs and dirt.
For that alone I’m giving it 5 stars!
Great gadge
This took me a while to figure out at the beginning and a good soaking before I perfected the art. Also it doesnt make it very clear that you need a connector on the hose to attach to the vacuum. If you buy one with water hold facility, it only comes out when the attachment is on the vacumm, make sure this is then in the tub and you are good to go. It does a great job of cleaning. Bit fiddly keeping all the bits together and putting it together.
This really works!
I was a little bit sceptical of this before I bought it but I went on the reviews and I was surprised at how well it works.
It pushes the water through a mesh and catches the lumps out of the pool. It does raise the level of the pool slightly though for how long you need to use it for it’s fine.
The only thing that could be better is having a finer mesh on it which would allow catching the green algae aswell without needing to put so many chemicals in the pool.
It works brilliantly, we have a beautiful clean pool!
Fantastic, inexpensive item (17.99). No instructions but a bindfolded monkey could put it together, it’s very easy. Only modification I made was to put an elastic band around the collection bag by the drawstring to ensure it doesn’t fall off.
I’m using this on a 12 ft easy up pool, our garden is surrounded by lots of trees and bushes so debris in the pool from those and grassy feet is inevitable. Amazing how much leaves, dust and muck this picks up. Just move very slowly around the pool (it’s mesmerising!) and within 10 minutes the pool is sparkling!

Some reviews mention problems with the hose connector, I just used my existing clip connector, it was fine, clipped in no problems.
Fast delivery, well packaged.
All you need to do is attach your hose (you don’t need any of your own connectors, just the hose end) to the supplied connector. Then you need to push it on to the black pole connector quote hard. I didn’t push it on hard enough at first and thought I’d wasted my money as it wouldn’t work. Then you turn on the water and you will hear a gurgling sound so you know it’s working. I also realised that if you tilt it on its side at the surface it creates a whirlwind effect on the water and all those surface bugs get sucked up too. You do need to make sure your pool has enough room for extra water as it does fill it up at the same time and it took me about 20 minutes to give my 10ft pool it’s initial clean. I had sand at the bottom of my pool and as you can see from the photo it sucked it up no problem. I left the bag to dry then emptied the dried up dirt in to the bin as it was easier then dealing with wet bugs clinging on to the bag. Well worth the money and brilliant at cleaning the pool up.
Looks cheap but brilliant !
I read the reviews and thought worth a try – I have a normal vac set up via the pump on my in ground swimming pool but get a lot of fine dirt that the system doesn’t cope with. This arrived and looked like something from the pound shop…but…it really works esp if you put some old tights in it, as others have suggested. Put on face mask and snorkel to do the deep end and I am truly amazed at the results and simplicity. Will buy another just as a spare. Best few quid I have spent on the pool! Also as others have noted great fun diving for dirt!
Great purchase
Fab piece of kit, considering some of the reviews. Patience is key but relatively quick clean this morning on our 10ft pool which was flithy after the school holidays! I recommend skimming the top and middle with a net first whilst the vac in running in the pool and most of the little awkward bits will drop to the bottom. Only thing that could make it better is a longer handle, for a short person like myself I nearly had several unplanned dips in the pool! For the price compared to some other brands this was a amazingly good bargain.
……Great little tool, that is capable of doing the complete job if you do the following… **No more dust clouds
1x old heavy boot socks(preferably wool & long)
2x Intex filters, or what ever pool/spa filter that fills the bag supplied, leave about 3inchs to the toggle tie.
Put the 2x filters in the bag supplied with the item, tie the bag to the end of the suction tool shaft, then place the sock all the way over the bag, filter(s) working your way right to the suction tool head(suction area),
Keep the sock taught at the outlet of the tool suction shaft, Keeping the sock taught, place a shoe lace to secure (use a regular bow for easy removal later)
remember to make sure that the filters are inline with the suction hole on the suction tool shaft
Works fantastic on the fine silt & sand using this method, this has just saved me a for not much better, so NO more cloud puff’s as your work the item around your pool when just using the bag supplied, it’s taken me an hour to complete a 16ft pool, and around 2hrs first of all collecting the leaves (2 half full bags),
I used the following, a 4m car brush telescope pole with the brush removed, I then used a temporary method to secure the two poles (electrician’s tape, stretching the tape as your going around the pole, I done it 3 times), in use the key is going slow
Save your money, this little item is a jem. All for a few pounds.

I read all the reviews before buying this, which stated that it does not come in the packaging shown, that it does not come with instructions and that the pole feels rather thin and flimsy and all of this was true. However, providing you have patience and work slowly across the base of your pool, (I have a 15ft round inflatable Bestway pool) it was brilliant!! I had to climb into the pool in order to do this properly, as reaching from the side was not possible with the shape of my pool, but it worked really well. The nylon bag attachment which catches all the debris, worked really well for me, however, some reviews mentioned that tying a stocking onto the end of the pipe was better. You will need to work that out for yourself. You have to attach your hosepipe to this equipment and then the force of the water from the hose, sends the debris up into the nylon bag. This does mean you are adding cold water to your pooI, so allow for the temperature changes, chlorine, PH levels, etc to be altered. But I was very happy with the end result.

The bottom of my 12′ Bestway pool was getting a covering of hair and other foreign objects which the filter system doesn’t lift of the bottom.
This simple cheap product is just brilliant. I have just spent 30-40 minutes slowly hoovering the bottom. It is now as clean as the day I set the pool up.
Now with regret I will have to include a ‘But’ The pole could be slightly longer and possibly thicker. I will adapt something to overcome this. It’s a shame that extra handle sections are not available. If they were I would imagine that they might be prone to bending.
Great product. Bargain at just over 14
I read lots of reviews and had compared with other vacs. This was suited to my budget. Easy to put together had no problems. Good sized net bag, when using I was amazed how much it had picked up even the snail that was at the bottom of the pool. I held the hose and handle together thus making it more sturdy to use, did us the handle by it self and it was no problem let it guide naturally in the water, did not put pressure on the handle. Very fast delivery. I am glad I brought this one. I have only got my above ground pool this year and had no problems with cleaning an 18ft by 9ft. done half at a time very quick to clean.
Ok
I tried to use this with the water still in my hot tub and it wasn’t a good idea, didn’t realise it connected up to the hose so I ended up just putting cold water into the hot water with it picking up very little gritty bits. We don’t have to change the water in the spa very often so this would be ok if it was going to be emptied I think.
