I bought the Elite headstrap for the Quest 2 but found the back of the strap very uncomfortable after a short amount of time, so I bought this, it does what I hoped and takes away that pressure on the back of the head, it’s easy to fit, stays in place and is very comfortable. The price is a little too high for what it is though imo.
I wasn’t sure how much difference this pad would make but I’m pleased to report it helps on the comfort front and also seems to help with the fit too. I’m very happy with the purchase and now have a few Kiwi products that seem to be consistently well designed and well made.
