Nice Cameras and Amazing customer service
I brought a couple of these cameras a few months ago, they are very good and the picture quality is amazing expecially in the dark. The app is also very easy to use and the cameras are easy to add to it. As I liked them so much I brought a couple more, I was having a problem with them and contacted the company through the app, they replied within a few minutes and I was passed to Jessie who was extremely helpful and fixed my problem very quickly.

Excellent Produc
Purchased this for our mobile home. Well packaged and once out of the box it was literally a 5 minute set up. Scanned the code on the box to download the app, created a username and password, and then linked it to the wi-fi without any problems. The app is user friendly, has all of the features found on more expensive systems. You can pan and tilt the unit direct from the app, zoom in, take screenshots – extremely pleased with it. It also has a solid build quality. All in all, 5 stars from me, can’t fault it.

over the years I’ve bought several different makes of cameras for my home, mostly Chinese. they’ve been hard to set up and kept on reseting themselves. this is a very simple camera to set up and with a quality picture. i have bought another 2 because of their quality. Top marks.
I use this to spy on my neighbours
I joke, actually I got it because there is a fox visits our car park at night, and this records when it detects motion, and swivels to follow moving objects. Also, I have a screen in front of me (an older defunct phone) perpetually looking out of my window so I know when Deliveroo’s arrived before they even park the moped.
Great product best sales team
I had a slight problem and spoke to their sales team, I have never ever dealt with a better bunch of people, their support is second to none. They’ve pulled out every stop to sort me out. All I can say is thank you. The product is fantastic, we are using it to monitor my very old mother-in-law who is having a hard time health wise. We can see her, check on her even talk to her via this device although I don’t as it might frighten her. Can monitor over my iPhone 20 miles away. Can’t recommend this enough, the image is super clear, sound not as good but I want a visual device. Thanks you sales team you get a 6 star rating. Yuki you represent your company exceptionally.
I have 2 cameras and they worked perfectly until I got new WiFi, then they wouldn’t connect. I used the live chat option and Yuki was amazing, she organised for new ones to be sent straight away. Wonderful and friendly customer service.

Excellent quality video. 2 way audio is great. 360 pan/tilt control super useful. Easy to set up, and easy to use app. Screwable wall mount included is handy to position and fix camera location. If only the power cable was longer.
Great customer suppo
I bought two of these for pet cams. I wasn’t able to set them to what I needed but contacted customer support after getting a thank you email from them and they got me sorted in five mins. They can do so much more than my old, more expensive camera did. Great wee buy.
Littleelf Customer Service - Superb !
i ordered 2 cameras from Littleelf to add to the one i already own in the home – the cameras work perfectly – easy to use app and simple setup to Alexa also – the cameras attached without fuss to my wifi net work – quality and pictures are excellent – the Amazon driver chose to drop the box 2 mts over my back yard fence ! Maya at Littleelf was superb in responding to my complaint – littleelf customer service is the best i’ve used anywhere – Amazon could learn a lot from Maya and the team at Littleelf
really impressed with the quality of the 5MP Little elf camera
I was pretty sceptical before i bought this camera, but im really massively impressed with the little machine. The quality of the image both night vision & day is so clear. It zooms in as well as moves around on its axis to follow a moving subject. It has privacy mode if you want to switch it off and a vocal intercom to speak also….. such a lot in a small price. Highly recommend.
Motion tracking
I bought these cameras for their ability to track motion. Although they do track unfortunately they do not return to their original position meaning the camera is then looking in the wrong direction.

After having my camera for approximately eight months it malfunctioned and I have to say littlelf have been second to none when it’s come to their after sales service cannot fault them at all and i would not hesitate to buy again.

Amazing Quality, Easy to Use App and 5* Customer Service
These cameras are fantastic, easy to set up and easy to use App that comes with them allows for easy monitoring for CCTV or pet & Kids supervision. They use both normal and night vision modes allowing for 24hr surveillance and with a micro as card can store and record/screenshot key motion and sound detections. Also any problems I’ve had so far have been completely resolved by the fantastic 5* customer service team who have understood and worked with me to diagnose and sort any problems from simple tech bugs to complete replacements without any fuss or hassle. Definitely worth their weight in gold 5* from me
Excellent little cameras, very clear and smooth panning
These litocam cameras do a lot more than I expected. I could access the camera through an app anywhere in the world with internet access and also supports audio so you can listen and eavesdrop on your kids. You can also press to talk to them if you need to. The scrolling and panning is very smooth as well as the streaming quality, definitely highly recommended. These cameras only takes a few seconds to boot up and connect to your Wi-Fi. Will be adding more to my home. Ideal for keeping an eye anywhere. You can also set up alerts for movement on the camera and your mobile phone app. The only downside is the volume can be quite loud on the camera when communicating thru the intercom.

I’ve had & been using these little Litokam indoor home security cameras for several months now & they have been great ! I downloaded the little elf security camera app to use them with & this has also worked great without any issues ! You can choose & use a good selection of features within the app for the cameras like, motion detection, motion detection alarm, so you receive messages alerts to your phone or tablet. You can also choose the sensitivity, low, medium or high. You can also turn on motion tracking so the camera will follow the subject & it’s movement. You also have sound detection, where if it picks up unusual sounds, you will receive an alert. You can also choose human detection where it will only react to human forms & their movements, instead of picking up any & all other movements. You can also set schedules to. They also have night vision, which is a great feature to have when the lights are out. Plus it’s great that you have the option of inserting a micro SD card to record your footage on. You can also choose to have & pay monthly or yearly subscription for a storage cloud within the app for the cameras if this is a better option for you as well. Also within the app, you are able to turn the cameras of your choice off using private mode if you don’t want them on & recording continuously or you want some privacy. They are also really handy if like me you have any pets as well. It gives you peace of mind knowing if you have to pop out & about & go anywhere, that you are able to check on them & make sure they are all safe & sound. This Is one of the main reasons I decided to purchased them. They come with everything you need, so they are ready to set up & go straight out of the box & once connected to the little elf camera app. They are great little home security cameras & they’ve worked perfectly for me.
Very good image quality and very easy to use.
Bought this one to replace a different brand which broke down after just over a year so warrantee was over. I like the design very much, it is quite sturdy and robust, very stable. Image quality is perfect, can’t have better than this. Considering how small the camera is.
I use it mostly as a pet camera – keep an eye on my fish-tank when I am away. What I absolutely love about it is the infra red night vision, as I can see the fish very well in the dark, but there is no bright light that comes on to scare them (that’s how the previous one was).
The motion detection works great as well, but in may case had to turn it off as the fish move all the time.
Setting it up was really easy it basically set itself up, after scanning a qr code.
Really, so far only positives with it. Even customer service os very quick to reply and very helpful, in case you need them.

We bought this to replace our original baby monitor which stopped working. As our child is older we didn’t want to spend the large amount we paid for the original camera so gave this one a go.
Very reasonably priced and honest the picture quality is better that the branded one we had! The camera is easy to set up and easy to move the camera through the app if you need to adjust the view. The talk function means we can soothe our child through and the connection has been reliable.

Very easy to get running out of the box
As soon as the camera arrived I had a quick look at the instruction manual and it told me to download the associated app. The QR code directed me to the app straight away. After a short download time I ran the app. The longest part was entering my email address and setting a password to get a user confirmation number. Once the app ran, after a few clicks I saw the video stream and it didn’t take long to position the camera within the app. It was probably the easiest camera set up I have experienced. Be aware that you may get a message saying something to the effect that it can only connect to 2.4ghz wireless and you only support 5Ghz. However, I continued past this stage and it still connected. The infra red night camera works very well even through glass. I need to do a few more tests but in the first hour of operation it has been excellent.
The Little Elf is good value. I like the fact that you don’t have to sign up to a monthly subscription. You can record locally with an SD card. Set-up is relatively straightforward. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is that the connection often needs a few goes to connect. It’s not a major problem but stops it being perfect!
Overall though, I would recommend this as a really good camera at a good price.
You can’t buy much for 24 nowadays. But I did buy this and its excellent, giving me added security and piece of mind. Opened the box it arrived in n quality all through. This isn’t a wireless system as advertised. It run off the supplied USB C lead and plug. I followed the quick start instructions and was up and running in 5 minutes.The picture quality is good, your not gonna see a gnats nadger but you can see what you need. There is an optical zoom which you can either pinch the viewing screen or use the on screen control buttons. The swivel is about 170 degrees and motion is smooth and quiet. The motion detector is awesome n tracked people’s jogging past with ease. You can get alarms and messages to alert you of activity in sensor range. There is a speaker that you can talk and listen to whom you are viewing though There is a couple second lag. You can send an audible alarm to surprise unwanted visitors. You can record via the cloud or a memory card and access footage at anytime. It’s a bargain bit of kit that don’t cost loads coin. I gonna get a few more and highly recommend these to anyone who wants a security camera they can watch and control from anywhere with no cost.
Little elf camera
Bought two of these cameras they are very easy to set up they have a very clear picture many features can be mounted upright or upside down feature options are absolutely Amazing can be used in dark inside your home just switch on infrared mode they also pan the image which means they follow motion it has a siren which you can set it triggers when they also detect and can also act as deterrent had these about a month now ,and no complaints about these surprisingly good value. Customer service is unbelievable you can chat with an advisor who will help you if you get stuck. I Highly recommend this product,they also have cameras for outdoor use, what more do you need ,try it out you won’t be disappointed.
Exceptional Customer Service
Littlelf Smart does what Litokam says it can do. I especially like the freedom to be able to turn off the night vision, which allows the camera to see outside through the glass window at night. With the night vision on, reflections usually make this impossible. As well as liking Littlelf, what stands out for me more than anything else with Litokam is the customer service. It truly is more than excellent. It started when I purchased Littlelf, contacted them for help, and then returned the camera before I could get a reply, wrongly thinking the camera couldn’t do what I wanted it to do. Then, as well as refunding me for the camera, Litokam contacted me and offered me one of a list of things as compensation for what they considered my bad experience. In the end, they sent me another camera for free. The delivery was prompt; and not only that, there was a follow-up to check if I received the camera and was satisfied with it. It was truly unreal. Needless to say I certainly will be buying from them in future as well as recommending them whenever possible.
It was a bit of a nightmare to connect the camera through the app. I scanned the QR code and downloaded the little elf smart app and had to mess around a lot though once the camera was connected it’s easy to use. I set it up on my Alexa echo as well so my phone would not be out of action whilst viewing baby. I set the camera name to my baby’s name so I can just say ‘Alexa, show me (baby’s name)’ and she brings up the video feed. I’m very happy with the picture quality and the night vision is excellent. I can use the camera to speak to my baby or tell my partner where to find supplies etc. all around an impressive camera especially for the price. We use it every single day too so definitely worth it for piece of mind knowing the little one is safe and sleeping soundly.
I originally bought this as a ‘cheap’ purchase just to be able to see my new puppy at night time – I have ended up using it for so much more then this!
The picture quality is great, really clear and love that you are able to move the camera around and also set up motion tracking! This comes in handy when I’m working from home, I am able to have the camera open on my Alexa show, the camera follows round the puppy so I can see if she is up to no good! Saves me having to get up every 5 seconds to check on her.
The night vision is also great. Sometimes you can find the picture is grainy but the photo is still clear during the night!
I also like being able to set up a sound alert, I don’t need this during the day so I have my phone only allow this during bed times, great for if I don’t hear pup crying then my phone alerts me.
You can also set this up for movement also which would be great if being used for cctv.
I don’t use the talk feature much as I work from home but can see how this would be useful, I have tested this and it does work great.
All in all a great little camera that can be used for so many things – highly recommend.
Camera’s are easy enough to set up, with Alexa too, got them so I can keep an eye on my dogs while I’m out. Picture quality seems good, however the sound seems to be too sensitive, maybe I just need to play around with it. But on the whole they appear to be ok

Got the 4 pack indoor camera and it’s worth the price. I had to deactivate the notifications for the rooms though as kids move about a lot and i was getting pings every second. Now i can catch my daughter who raids the kitchen at 3am but this camera is a must have if you have kids or pets and want to have peace of mind.

Easy Peezy lemon squeezy to install. Really good resolution for the cameras, auto renew cloud service, that is deleted should you delete the camera, and then reinstated when you put it back on. The best system I’ve seen so far without having it wired. 5* and beyond
