They did their job for our two nights wild camping in Africa. I quite like the grey colour but my wife hates it – so husbands beware! Not quite as light and compact as I’d hoped from the description but still pretty good.

I’m very happy with the liner but it is only just big enough for me (size 12 or EU size 42) . Material is very soft and comforting when used inside a sleeping bag. Zip only goes down approx. 3/4 of way so getting feet out can be slightly tricky though!
Zip works well and was easy to pull up and down. Used for a festival weekend and would recommend it, if you are average size.

    This is really good,
Easy to put into sleeping bag,
    Saves washing the actual bag,
Great material that’s lovely to sleep in,
    Well made,
    Washes well,
    Easy to fold away

One does not need a liner for a sleeping bag but personally I always preferred using one that can be more easily washed than the all bag. At 12.99 I feel that it is really well made, comfortable and personally I love it even if not everyone might need/want i

I’ve never used an actual sleeping bag liner before – I have always just used an old single duvet cover with the buttons removed so this was a nice change.

It’s very comfortable and super lightweight making it easy to pack and carry with you.

It washes well in the machine and dries quickly on the line and in the tumble drier.

    Would recommend

in the old days we used a single duvet cover and chucked that in our backpacks. This liner is fab, great to just slip into, either in your sleeping bag, or at the youth hostel that has bedding, giving yoursef extra protection.

This MAMMO Sleeping Bag Liner arrived nicely and compactly wrapped in a zip bag. The liner is very soft and is portable. 210 x 70 cm size is a very good measurement and will fit most of the single sleeping bags.

I really like the grey colour of the liner because it doesn’t make dirt or stains prominent when using the liner outside for example for camping.

A liner is an essential because it will keep the sleeping bag clean and you don’t need to wash the sleeping bag regularly, just simply wash the liner.

The sleeping bag liner can also be used as it is on its own as a sheet to sleep on and pillow sheet. I will use it in the hotels because I don’t like sleeping on the hotel bedding.

Highly recommended and great quality plus great value product.

Just one thing I noticed is that it doesn’t have any labels regarding washing instructions.

This sleeping bag liner is great:

cotton is good on skin – soft and breathable
it’s really small and lightweight so perfect for trekking, interrailing etc as it comes with a little bag and clip
    zip is decent quality
    easy to machine wash

My teenage daughter is spending 3 weeks in South Korea this summer so will be sleeping in this on its own due to heat. Ideal for this purpose, while of course it adds an extra layer of warmth if you use it in the UK!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAs a keen wild camper, it’s always nice to have the added comfort of a sleeping bag liner. This is by far THE best liner I’ve had. The cotton material is super soft & a dream to clean (the instruction card that came with the product details how to clean the liner correctly). 10/10 product and highly recommend for those sleeping under the stars.

What a lovely soft and soothing fabric to sleep in – you won’t find much nicer than this. I actually use it to sleep under a weighted blanket, as the blanket is a real pain to wash and so I want a barrier but a lightweight one and a sheet seems to move about too much. The only negative is that it doesn’t fully unzip so your feet can be out if you want them to be.
It folds up and stores in a very small bag so would be great for travelling if you use it to camp etc. Much easier to wash this than a sleeping bag, but also in very warm weather if camping and you want a cover but not too hot then this will fit the bill perfectly. A versatile and very comfy piece of kit, I’m pleased with it.

A tidy little sleeve that will keep you warmer in a sleeping bag, or just keep the inner cleaner to save washing.

Comes in a small zippered pouch with a loop to allow easy attachment to something. The bag is very lightweight but pretty strong and very smooth/comfortable to sleep in. There’s a zip that goes half way down the side which makes things easier to get in and out, although maybe a longer zip could have been a better addition.

Soft, keeps an extra layer of air around you so very warm and much easier to wash than a whole bag. Means you can carry a lighter weight bag and don’t need a summer/winter one either.

We do lots of camping and there are the odd nights that we can get caught out by the cold.
This liner will be a great addition to out kit, it folds up into a nice small pouch.
The liner is full single bag sized, not mummy sized, and it’s lovely soft material that’s great to snuggle into.
Would make a fantastic extra layer of warmth even though it’s thin, the material is super soft feeling.
The additional pocket to keep your pillow in place is a nice touch too.
Has a full fip on one side too so you can get in and out easily.

Firstly and practically this is lightweight, folds up small and has a zipped carry case with a clip which can fasten easily onto a rucksack if camping. One thing to note is that the case is made of the same material as the liner and probuably not shower proof.

Secondly it feels roomy and has a lovely soft feel which can make the inside of the sleeping bag cosier and warming. The upper part can fit a pillow (or substitute) in so this cosy warm feel extends to the face as well as the rest of the sleepers body.

When there are kids (or adults) sleepovers this could help with ‘hygienic’ sleeping on couches or the ‘put you ups’ with few blankets or a duvet if needed.

A side issue is when there is a need to wash it. Although it doesn’t have it on the lining itself the enclosed paper says it is to be washed and dried on a low heat – easier to freshen up than the whole sleeping bag.

All in all a handy addition, which might make all the difference for a good night’s sleep, to temporary sleeping be this camping or for when there are extra ‘over nighters’.

5.0 out of 5 stars Cosy, hygienic addition for camping and other temporary sleeping arrangements

This portable sleeping bag is fantastic. It is super lightweight to carry and keep in your bag and the material is so soft compared to the standard ones you can buy.

The inside has a lot of room to move around and once finished using it folds up easily and slots into its own case.

This is perfect for camping or festivals.

    Highly recommended.

This is a good addition to your camping kit, and for many, it’s an absolutely essential part. Quality is good, the side zipper also decent, free-running and smooth. Size is ideal, and a proper adult size. There is an insert envelope (like a pillowcase) for pillow inserting.

There is no care label inside this item which is annoying. There is a product loose insert noting: Wash on a low heat / Do not bleach / Dry on a low heat, but as noted no care label, which there should be. Material is noted in the listing (but not anywhere with the product) as ‘Cotton’. That is a somewhat ambiguous without the percentage, and other constituents listed (assuming not 100% cotton, which I suspect it’s not.

This is a good way to use a sleeping bag (with a liner), just think of it like a bed-sheet. Hygienic and convenient. The item is very light-weight, and comes with a travel bag with buckle clip, and as per the liner itself, a good quality zipper, which is good.

Overall, a decent product, but no care label etc. Generally good though, and recommended. Decent value.

I hope that you have found this helpful.

This is a lightweight cotton sleep liner, perfect for hotel beds, sleeping bags, sleeping on friends couches after a night out. There is a half pillow case slip over which is good and the liner is of good quality cotton. I used mine on a hot day and it felt comfortable. It is long and my husband who is 5’10 was easily able to fit. It has a bottom zip which you could poke your feet out of if you need more length.

It is not really suitable for backpacking as it is too thick when folded/rolled. Unless using a sleeping bag and keeping liner in situ then I would maybe suggest a silk/polyester mix – not as warm but packs much smaller.

Hope you find this review helpful.

So I was wondering what I would do if I got to a point I had to clean my sleeping bag, this liner lets me put off that thought.

So the liner is a nice material, it has a bit of slippery to it, not to much though, the pillow section actually has a pouch for your pillow, so you can slip a pillow in and not worry about that getting dirty either.
There is a zip down the side, although it only goes a little short of 1/2 way down, and there is no foot zip, so if you want to get you feet out because you hot or such, you will have to move around a bit.
Sleeping bags that have foot zippers will not benefit from this liner, it has no foot zip, which I think is a real miss.

I do like that it comes with its own neat, zipped storage bag, and the bag comes with a clip so I can hook it onto the sleeping bag storage if I wish.

The liner is nice, but I do think the lack of foot “freedom” is a bit of a let dow

Really handy little sleeping bag liner, which folds to an absolutely tiny size. I hate the feeling of the inside of sleeping bags, so this liner, which is lovely and soft, means my feet won’t end up curling in discomfort.
