Some good some not so good
My daughter wanted the side of her nose pierced but she’s a bit young. Unfortunately the side ones don’t have strong enough magnets. The septum ones work a treat though.

They look very realistic, worth the money.
The magnets are strong and can be used as a fake ear piercing too. You can change the size on some so they don’t fall out but in general they do stay in.

The magnets on the little gems are very strong I used them as lip piercings they work well the magnet for the nose is brilliant looks so real !! But be careful putting the magnet for the gems inside your nose as mine nearly got stuck and they are very strong!! But I would recommend these all day long
